Abstract

Tingginya persaingan di industri ayam goreng cepat saji Denpasar menuntut evaluasi kelayakan bisnis yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kelayakan persaingan usaha ACK Fried Chicken di Denpasar dan merumuskan strategi yang tepat melalui analisis matrix scoring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis kelayakan meliputi aspek non-finansial (pasar dan pemasaran, manajemen dan sumber daya manusia, teknis dan teknologi, sosial dan ekonomi, serta hukum) dan aspek finansial. Evaluasi finansial dilakukan dengan uji kelayakan investasi. Hasil analisis matrix scoring menempatkan bisnis ACK Fried Chicken pada kuadran I, mengindikasikan posisi persaingan yang kuat dan pertumbuhan pasar yang cepat. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan diarahkan pada pertumbuhan bisnis dan pemanfaatan peluang tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis aspek non-finansial, usaha ACK Fried Chicken dinyatakan layak. Secara finansial, proyek ini menunjukkan kelayakan kuat dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 244.864.180 dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 44,49%.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai menjadi indikator utama keberhasilan instansi pemerintah. Namun fenomena absensi dan volume tugas yang tinggi di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Badung menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap penurunan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian kuanttatif ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan populasi seluruh pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Badung sebanyak 86 orang. Data d|ikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas dilakukan untuk memastikan kualitas data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β = -0,166; p = 0,001), sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (β = 0,506; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,8% (F-hitung = 50,908; p = 0,000). Implikasinya, penurunan beban kerja dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Disarankan pimpinan instansi untuk menyeimbangkan pembagian tugas dan tetap menjaga fasilitas kerja guna meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas pegawai.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the effect of income and motivation on employee performance at PT. Aromaduta Rasaprima. A quantitative approach was employed with a total of 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that partially, income (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.001 and a regression coefficient of 0.144. Similarly, motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 and a regression coefficient of 0.234. Simultaneously, income and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a significance value of 0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.579 indicates that 57.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by income and motivation, while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. In conclusion, increased income and work motivation can significantly boost employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to implement policies that strengthen these two factors to improve overall productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of business development for CV. Subur Indah Pertama, located in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar, Bali, based on five main aspects of business feasibility studies: market and marketing, legal, human resources, environmental, and financial. This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The analysis results show that from the market and marketing aspect, the company has demonstrated positive performance through the optimization of digital platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok, as well as strategic partnerships with contractors and property developers. Legally, the company is deemed feasible as it has fulfilled all business documents and licenses, including SIUP, NPWP, PKP, and tax compliance. In terms of human resources, a systematic organizational structure and professionally-based HR management indicate the company’s readiness to support business expansion. The environmental aspect also meets feasibility criteria, with evidence of standardized waste management systems and compliance with environmental regulations. From the financial perspective, the project is considered highly feasible based on financial indicators, namely a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 13.7 billion, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 32%, and a Payback Period of 5 years, which is below the project’s economic life of 8 years. The IFAS and EFAS analyses show significant internal strengths, while the SWOT matrix places the company in Quadrant I with an aggressive strategy (Strength–Opportunity). Based on the overall findings, the business development of CV. Subur Indah Pertama is declared feasible and has strong prospects for long-term growth.
