Abstract

Dunia bisnis mengalami persiangan yang semakin ketat dalam menarik minat konsumen. Faktor yang menjadi penentu kepuasan konsumen diantaranya persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Supermarket Irian Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Supermarket Irian Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan secara pasrial dan simultan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini persepsi harga (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2) dan kepuasan pelanggan (Y). metode prngumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear brganda Y = -0.113 + 0.467X1 + 0.235X2 + e. uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan.

Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the residents of Karang Baru Village, Datuk Tanah Datar District, Batu Bara Regency, in processing cassava into high-value donut products. The training was conducted on September 23, 2025, involving 40 participants consisting of PKK members, micro-entrepreneurs, and housewives. The implementation methods included socialization, training, hands-on practice, and group discussions. The results showed an improvement in participants’ abilities in cassava donut production, packaging techniques, and simple marketing strategies through social media. This program also fostered entrepreneurial motivation and awareness of the importance of innovation in utilizing local food resources. It is expected that the residents of Karang Baru Village can continue developing home-based businesses using local potential sustainably. Keywords: cassava donut, cassava, community empowerment, entrepreneurship, training Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan wawasan masyarakat Desa Karang Baru, Kecamatan Datuk Tanah Datar, Kabupaten Batu Bara, dalam mengolah ubi kayu menjadi produk donat yang bernilai jual. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 September 2025 dengan melibatkan 40 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu PKK, pelaku UMKM, dan ibu rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam proses pembuatan donat ubi, teknik pengemasan, serta strategi pemasaran sederhana melalui media sosial. Program ini juga menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha dan kesadaran pentingnya inovasi dalam pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Karang Baru mampu mengembangkan usaha rumahan berbasis potensi lokal secara berkelanjutan. Keywords: donat ubi, ubi kayu, pemberdayaan masyarakat, kewirausahaan, pelatihan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' procedural texts in the Indonesian Language subject in grade V UPT SD Negeri 060874 Medan City. The learning process is still less active, which causes students to be less enthusiastic in learning. Many students tend to chat or play during lessons, so that the material is not conveyed optimally. This condition has an impact on low student grades in the Indonesian Language subject, especially in understanding and writing procedural texts. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Solving method can improve student learning outcomes in learning procedural texts. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 060874 Medan City in the 2025-2026 Academic Year. Data were collected through observation of student activities during learning and learning outcome tests in each cycle to determine the improvements that occurred. The results showed that the application of the Problem Solving method can significantly improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the percentage of student learning completion reached 70%, while in cycle II it increased to 95%. Thus, there was an increase of 25% after the application of the Problem Solving method. This increase is also supported by changes in student behavior who are more active in learning, more focused on the material, and able to solve problems given in learning procedural texts. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Problem Solving method is an effective learning strategy in improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, this method is recommended to be used in Indonesian language learning to increase student engagement and better learning outcomes
