Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of public relations as variable X1, service quality as variable X2, and customer satisfaction as variable Y on cosumers of Mayasari Bakti bus in Jabodetabek. This is quantitative research using probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Determination of margin of error using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% and 100 respondents. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The margin of error was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error rate and 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The research found that the influence of Public Relations on customer satisfaction of Mayasari Bakti transportation services is 0.811, indicating that variable X1 influences customer satisfaction with Mayasari Bakti Bus services. Service Quality as variable X2 yields a value of 0.886, and the Information Needs variable yields a value of 0.879. It can be concluded that both variables X1 and X2 influence variable Y.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perdebatan mengenai validitas tafsir isyârî dan posisi penting Tafs?r al-Tustar? sebagai kitab tafsir sufistik pertama yang lengkap. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis epistemologi tafsir isyâr? secara umum dan khususnya dalam kitab Tafs?r al-Tustar?, termasuk sumber, metode, pendekatan, dan validitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research), menggunakan sumber data primer berupa kitab Tafs?r al-Tustar? dan sekunder dari berbagai literatur tafsir dan tasawuf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tafsir isyâr? memiliki landasan epistemologis yang kuat, menggabungkan isyarat ilahi dengan sumber-sumber konvensional seperti Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan pendapat ulama sufi. Tafs?r al-Tustar? terbukti dapat diterima (maqb?l) karena tidak mengabaikan makna lahiriah teks dan memenuhi syarat-syarat penafsiran yang sah. Implikasi penelitian ini memperkuat legitimasi tafsir isyâr? sebagai bagian dari khazanah tafsir yang sah dan memperkaya pemahaman terhadap dimensi batin Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi konsep Tauhid menurut Ibnu Taimiyah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Hermeneutika. Ibnu Taimiyah dikenal sebagai salah satu ulama yang menolak adanya kontekstualisasi dan penggunaan akal dalam penafsiran al-Qur’an, khususnya yang berkaitan akidah maupun yang lainnya. Namun, dalam penelitian ini penulis menemukan bahwa dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an Ibnu Taimiyah menggunakan pendekatan Hermeneutika sosio-historis yang mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial, politik, dan keagamaan pada masanya. Latar belakang pengambilan judul pada tesis ini adalah dari fenomena pengagungan secara berlebihan terhadap para wali yang telah wafat, sehingga menimbulkan penyimpangan akidah berupa permohonan do’a melalui perantara seperti kuburan, patung-patung dan lain sebaginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer berupa karya Ibnu Taimiyah seperti Majmu Fatawa, Syarah Aqidah Wasatiyyah, Tafsir al-Kabir, dan Syarah Ushul Tsalatsah, serta sumber data sekunder dari beberapa literatur tafsir, Teologi, Hermeneutika, dan kajian kontemporer terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seorang mufassir meskipun menolak secara eksplisit penggunaan kontekstualisasi tidak dapat sepenuhnya melepaskan diri dari pendekatan Hermeneutis dalam memahami teks al-Qur’an, begitupun dengan Ibnu Taimiyah khususnya dalam penafsiran tentang Tauhid.

Abstract

When exploitation, capitalization, or land conversion occurs, it will certainly lead to conflicts between local communities and the private/government or even the State. Damage to nature due to exploitation and land conversion has a negative impact on women's bodies and their lives. Wadas is a village located in Bener sub-district, Purworejo, Central Java. The name Wadas has been widely discussed due to the discourse of andesite/quarry stone mining in the village. The quarry stone is the raw material for the construction of the Bener dam, one of President Jokowi's National Strategic Projects. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors of resistance carried out by the Wadon Wadas movement, a movement carried out by Wadas women as a form of resistance to mining in their village, and to analyze the forms of resistance undertaken. The method used is descriptive. Data was obtained using documentation techniques, through news in digital media and social media. To find out the forms of resistance, the authors use James C. Scott's resistance theory. The finding was that Wadon Wadas applied a structured, observable form of open resistance to defend their land.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the integrated communication model as an instrument in building the image of Hospital. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a Social Image theory and Berlo Communication Model approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Hospital's Public Relations department and observation of communication activities carried out both internally and externally. The results of the study show that EMHAKA Bekasi Hospital's Public Relations department implements various communication strategies, including the use of social media, relationships with the mass media, and direct communication with the community through social events and health seminars. This is done to increase public understanding of the services provided by the hospital and create a positive impression of the quality of services offered. With effective communication strategies, Hospital has succeeded in building a positive image in the community, which has an impact on patient trust and loyalty. This study provides an overview of the important role of public relations communication in shaping the image of a health institution in the eyes of the public.
