Abstract

The weakness of referral system has an impact on the use of human resources and in effficent advanced technology, have consequence in accumulation of patients in the hospital and finally impacted to the quality of health service. The purpose of research was to find out the factor of online referral that related to patient satisfaction in agency of social health service outpatients. The research was done using the quantitaive method with the cross sectional approach which analytical survey. The 96 samples is from purposive sampling method. The data instrument used questionnaire with the item correlation 0,361 and cronbach alpha 0,6. The data analysis was done with chi-square test (X 2 test) on the bivariate test, and regression logistic on the multivariate test with α= 0,05. The result of the analysis was related certainty of time (p=0,005), certainty of referral (p= 0,007),waiting time (p=0,034), acces to health service (p=0,011),quality of health service (p= 0,001), health care procces (p=0,004), health care system (p= 0,003) with the patient satisfaction in agency of social health service outpatients and the most dominant variable related with patient satisfaction is certainty of referral (RP=8,886). The research was concluded that there is related the certainty of time, certainty of referral, waiting time, acces to health service, quality of health service, health care procces and health care system related with the patients satisfaction. Suggested to doctor have to be on time in service so that service is more optimal.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak is a global public health emergency of international concern. Cases of COVID-19 spread in many countries across the continent and were marked as a pandemic. COVID-19 is growing rapidly, requiring hospitals to prepare preparedness measures related to managing the pandemic while continuing to provide essential services to other patients who need treatment. This study aims to assess the resiliency capacity of RSUD Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Batang Hari Jambi against the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive approach. Assessment using the N-COV Hospital Readiness Checklist. The results show that the readiness to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic shows an achievement of 95.6%, which means that HAMBA Hospital is ready to face the COVID-19 pandemic disaster. HAMBA Hospital has taken preparedness steps according to the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) in handling.

Abstract

Diural Intermittent Fasting is a fasting activity that is believed to have various benefits such as having an effect on the pro-inflammatory substances interleukin and TNF. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of intermittent diural fasting on pro-inflammatory mediators using a literature review. The literature review was carried out by searching the electronic databases CINAHL, Proquest, Google Scholar, and Science Direct from 2012 to 2023. Key words used included Diural Intermittent Fasting, Proinflammatory. 122 articles were obtained, 44 articles were reviewed and only 6 articles met the criteria. Diural intermittent fasting has an effect on regulating blood sugar levels which will have an effect on inflammation.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which a child's physical growth does not reach the height that is appropriate for his age is known as stunting. This suggests that the child is experiencing growth delays, which can hinder his physical and mental development. Stunting occurs when children aged 12 to 59 months and younger experience growth failure as a result of chronic malnutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life. Thus, kids have a level that is more limited than the standard that ought to be as per their age. Nine children in the Saitnihuta Community Health Center's Doloksanggul District working area were stunted out of 93 samples of children under the age of five. This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the preval___ence of stunting in the Doloksanggul District's Saitnihuta Community Health Center working area. This kind of research is quantitative and uses a cross-sectional approach and a survey design. The example for this exploration was 93 examples. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate information handling examination. Bivariate examination with chi-square test and multivariate investigation with different calculated relapse. The consequences of this examination are that there is a connection between work (p esteem = 0.027), instruction (p esteem = 0.004), information (p esteem = 0.000), nurturing style (p esteem = 0.012) and disposition (p esteem = 0.007) with hindering . The predominant variable connected with hindering is information. Scientists propose that local area wellbeing focuses can expand the information and knowledge of moms to comprehend the significance of keeping hindering from the age of five to diminish the frequency of hindering in Indonesia, Saitnihuta People group Wellbeing Center, Doloksanggul Region. Abstract

Infeksi nosokomial merupakan masalah besar di seluruh dunia dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Meskipun petugas kesehatan melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mencegah infeksi nosokomial, namun angka kejadian infeksi nosokomial terus meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penularan penyakit menular dari pasien ke perawat di RS GrandMed Lubuk Pakam. Sampel penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perawat yang diwawancarai, atau 183 perawat. Analisa pengambilan data dapat dilaksanakan secara univariat, bivariat (chi-square), dan multivariat. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, sikap dan kebersihan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap penularan penyakit menular dari pasien ke perawat di RS GrandMed Lubuk Pakam dengan nilai P 0,05. Sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu penularan penyakit menular dari pasien ke perawat di RS GrandMed Lubuk Pakam dengan nilai P < 0,05

Abstract

Setiap pekerjaan mengandung risiko bahaya saat seseorang melakukan tugasnya. Bahaya di tempat kerja menyebabkan penyakit atau kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Dokter gigi rentan dan memiliki potensi masalah kesehatan akibat pekerjaan, seperti yang disebabkan oleh paparan terhadap agen penyebab infeksi, radiasi, kebisingan, gangguan muskuloskeletal, masalah psikologis, dermatis, gangguan pernapasan dan percikan bahan gigi pada mata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko pekerjaan penambalan gigi di praktik mandiri dokter gigi di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2022 sampai Maret 2023. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 30 dokter gigi di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang telah divalidasi serta observasi langsung pada praktik dokter gigi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan editing, coding, dan cleaning menggunakan pendekatan Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat delapan potensi bahaya utama seperti pencahayaan tidak memadai, paparan agen biologis, dan kebisingan alat. Dari analisis JSA, ditemukan dua kategori risiko rendah, satu kategori risiko sedang, delapan kategori risiko tinggi, dan satu kategori risiko sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan langkah mitigasi seperti pelatihan keselamatan kerja dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) untuk mengurangi dampak risiko tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variety show program as Variable X1, Content Quality (Variable X2), and Fulfillment of Entertainment Needs (Variable Y). The research object is the variety show program 'Going Seventeen' aired through the YouTube channel, analyzed through the Uses and Gratifications Theory. This research is quantitative, using a positivistic paradigm, with a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Determination of the sample size using the Slovin's formula, with the assumption that the number of followers is known, a margin of error of 0.5%, totaling 400 respondents. Findings: This study found a significant influence between the variety show program 'Going Seventeen' and content quality on the fulfillment of entertainment needs for Seventeen fans. Analysis through the Uses and Gratification Theory found that Going Seventeen can be accessed through the Going Seventeen YouTube channel, indicating that the variety show significantly influences the fulfillment of entertainment needs. Content quality (X2) also significantly affects variable Y, and simultaneous testing shows that the variety show program significantly influences variable Y.

Abstract

The forms of services in hospital is include being able to serve patients suffering from illness, friendliness and the alertness of doctors, nurses and employees so that satisfaction and loyalty of hospital service users will be formed and patients will put their trust and commitment to in the hospital and patients will eventually use the services in the hospital in the future. An important problem related that to doctor job satisfaction that need to be considered by the hospital as the quality of hospital management. The purpose of this research is to find out that effect the job satisfaction of doctors at Hermina Hospital. The type of research is observational analytic with a cross sectional approach with a total number of 76 respondents with a Non Probability Sampling tehnique with a total sampling method. Data analysis was performed by Chi Square data testing and multiple logistic regression. The result of this research that the work satisfaction variable of doctors at Hermina Hospital which has a significant relationship is the variable working environtmen conditions pesonal dependent and interpersonal dependent variables. The most dominant variable is the interpesonal relationship variable. It is recommended to the hospital to be able to improve the quality of facilities, facilities and infrastucture which according to the assessment of doctors who have not yet adjusted to their expectations. It is expected that hospital will conduct training, or continue the education to improve the quality of services and Human Research Development performance. Hospital should be clean, neat and posess comfortable physical evidence when doctors are providing services to patients.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of public relations as variable X1, service quality as variable X2, and customer satisfaction as variable Y on cosumers of Mayasari Bakti bus in Jabodetabek. This is quantitative research using probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Determination of margin of error using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% and 100 respondents. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The margin of error was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error rate and 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The research found that the influence of Public Relations on customer satisfaction of Mayasari Bakti transportation services is 0.811, indicating that variable X1 influences customer satisfaction with Mayasari Bakti Bus services. Service Quality as variable X2 yields a value of 0.886, and the Information Needs variable yields a value of 0.879. It can be concluded that both variables X1 and X2 influence variable Y.

Abstract

Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, is a type C private hospital that offers various types of care, including dental care. In the digital era, the Mobile JKN application was introduced to simplify the registration and patient care process. However, many patients still experience difficulties using it. This study aims to analyze the comparison of patient satisfaction levels between the Mobile JKN application and the on-site service at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, using the SERVQUAL approach, which encompasses five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 56 respondents, namely BPJS dental care patients who registered through Mobile JKN and on-site. Data analysis was performed using a bivariate statistical test, with a significance value of p < 0.05 as an indicator of significant differences between services. The results showed that overall satisfaction levels were higher among users of the Mobile JKN service (mean = 0.70) compared to users of the on-site service (mean = 0.14), with a p = 0.000. The dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy showed significant differences favoring Mobile JKN. However, no significant difference was found in the Tangibles aspect (p = 0.173), indicating that ease of access remains a challenge for both services. It can be concluded that Mobile JKN provides a more satisfactory service overall than On-Site, particularly in terms of trustworthiness, response speed, security, and empathy for patients.
