Natural tourism plays an important role in providing recreational, educational, and restorative experiences for visitors. The appeal of a tourism area is determined not only by its natural beauty, but also by the comfort of the environment, the completeness of facilities, the quality of services, and the experiences perceived by visitors during their stay. This writing aims to examine the attractiveness of a natural tourism attraction based on visitor experiences and reviews. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews and documentation involving four informants selected through purposive sampling. The analysis was conducted using the 4A concept, which includes attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary services, as well as the Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) theory to understand how tourist experiences are reflected in digital reviews. The findings show that the main attractions lie in the natural scenery, fresh air, diverse attractions, and strong educational value. Visitors also considered the facilities and services to be fairly good, although improvements are still needed in terms of information availability, cleanliness, and area management during peak visits. These findings indicate that the quality of tourism attractions influences visitor experiences and encourages positive reviews as a form of destination evaluation.
