Abstract

Garbage is leftover material that is no longer used from daily human activities. The Garbage Bank system is currently still manual in nature such as buying and selling waste from the Bengkalis community, waste price lists, types of waste and grouping waste categories. As a solution to these problems, the author builds a Software Design to digitize the previous system which was done manually. In this study the research methodology used is the Kanban method. In making this application the programming language used is PHP Framework Codeigniter, and MYSQL as a data storage area. With this application, it can help the Waste Bank to buy waste easily, safely and more efficiently.

Abstract

The digital divide among underprivileged orphaned children (AYPD) remains a key barrier to inclusive education. This community service program aimed to improve digital literacy, independent learning, and social participation of AYPD through the implementation of RS-BPBL© EduLink, positioning the mosque as a community learning hub. The program was conducted at Masjid As-Salaam, Padang, in five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and sustainability. Evaluation was carried out through pre–post tests, activity logs, and showcase products. The results demonstrated significant improvements in knowledge (84.5%) and digital skills (85.7%), full adoption of the LMS (100% of participants), and 85% successfully managing independent study schedules for 6 weeks. Three showcases were conducted as authentic assessments that fostered reflection and social accountability. The program confirmed the effectiveness of the Masjid EduTech model in bridging the digital divide while strengthening community-based learning ecosystems. This initiative holds strong replication potential in other communities and aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education), Asta Cita (human capital development), and Indonesia’s higher education strategic agenda.

Abstract

This study aims to design an online-based art market information system for Batung Taba SMEs to help business actors to market their products digitally and reach a wider market share, especially in the field of arts crafts. Based on the results of observations made that Batung Taba SMES business actors do not yet have an information system which results in the sale of art products not being so widespread. This also makes it difficult for consumers to find information and the availability of goods. The research method uses the waterfall model with UML design tools. The result of this research is that the system built is expected to be able to increase the marketing of art products for the Batung Taba SMES business actors

Abstract

Abstrak - Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong efisiensi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk sistem pendaftaran peserta didik baru (PPDB). Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi PPDB berbasis web di SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi kendala administrasi konvensional, seperti proses pendaftaran manual, pengelolaan data siswa yang kurang efisien, dan ketiadaan fitur pembayaran online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi PPDB yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sekolah melalui proses pendaftaran dan pembayaran yang dilakukan secara online. Sistem ini mempermudah calon siswa dan orang tua dalam mengakses informasi pendaftaran, menghemat waktu, serta menyediakan transparansi proses administrasi. Dengan fitur-fitur seperti manajemen data siswa, pengelolaan pembayaran, dan pelaporan data secara otomatis, sistem ini memberikan solusi komprehensif bagi pengelolaan PPDB. Implementasi sistem ini juga mengurangi ketergantungan pada kertas, sehingga mendukung penghematan biaya dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di institusi pendidikan lainnya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, PPDB, Laravel, Efisiensi Administrasi, Pembayaran Online. Abstract - Advances in information technology drive efficiency in various fields, including the new student registration system (PPDB). This study aims to design and develop a web-based PPDB information system at SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur using the Laravel framework. This system is designed to overcome conventional administrative constraints, such as manual registration processes, inefficient student data management, and the absence of online payment features. The results of the study show that the designed PPDB information system is able to improve school administration efficiency through the registration and payment process carried out online. This system makes it easier for prospective students and parents to access registration information, saves time, and provides transparency in the administrative process. With features such as student data management, payment management, and automatic data reporting, this system provides a comprehensive solution for PPDB management. The implementation of this system also reduces dependence on paper, thus supporting cost savings and environmental sustainability. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of similar systems in other educational institutions.Keywords: Information System, PPDB, Laravel, Administrative Efficiency, Online Payment.
