Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven transformation in archive management, including within notary offices. Manual archiving systems, which are still commonly used, pose several issues such as data loss risks, limited accessibility, and inefficiencies in document retrieval. This study aims to develop a web-based notarial deed archiving information system to address these challenges. The development process adopts the Waterfall software development model, consisting of five stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The design phase includes Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and user interface layouts. The system is implemented using web-based technologies and includes core features such as login, dashboard statistics, deed input and management, document search by category and date, and print functionality. Testing is conducted using the black-box testing method, confirming that all functional requirements perform as expected. As a result, the proposed information system improves effectiveness, efficiency, and data security in managing notarial documents while ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) pada sistem irigasi cerdas tanaman kapas dengan menggunakan parameter suhu dan kelembapan sebagai dasar klasifikasi status pompa. Data penelitian berasal dari dataset publik sistem irigasi pintar yang berisi 201 baris data mencakup variabel jenis tanaman, kelembapan, suhu, dan status pompa. Tahapan pra-pemrosesan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas data melalui normalisasi, pembagian data latih dan uji, serta penghapusan nilai hilang. Model KNN diterapkan dengan parameter n_neighbors = 5 dan metrik jarak Euclidean untuk mengklasifikasikan status pompa (aktif dan nonaktif). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan algoritma KNN mampu mencapai akurasi hingga 96% dengan nilai precision, recall, dan F1-score yang seimbang pada kedua kelas, sehingga membuktikan keandalan algoritma dalam mengenali pola berbasis parameter lingkungan. Visualisasi data kelembapan dan suhu memperlihatkan batasan yang jelas antara kondisi pompa aktif dan nonaktif, yang semakin menegaskan kemampuan KNN dalam memisahkan dua kelas tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting sebagai tahap awal pengembangan sistem irigasi cerdas berbasis pembelajaran mesin. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan penambahan variabel lingkungan lain dan mengeksplorasi algoritma machine learning lain serta pengujian dengan dataset yang lebih besar dan beragam akan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai ketangguhan algoritma KNN pada skala luas dan berbagai kondisi iklim.

Abstract

At the primary school level, integrating ICT-based learning media is crucial; it not only expands access to learning resources but also fosters digital literacy among students from an early age. The partner for this initiative is Adi Widyalaya Gurukula Bangli Primary School. While teachers there already utilize digital devices to support the learning process, their usage remains largely limited to existing internet materials, videos from sharing platforms, or simple presentations. Such practices indicate that technology integration is still at a basic adoption stage and has not yet fully evolved toward creating more contextual and interactive learning media. This activity aims to enhance teachers' understanding of ICT-based learning media, their proficiency with the Canva application, their skills in designing and developing learning media, and their ability to utilize Canva AI. The implementation method employs a participatory training approach combined with hands-on guidance in creating Canva-based learning media. The results demonstrate that the training successfully strengthened the teachers' knowledge, skills, and readiness to use Canva as an ICT-based learning tool. Teacher acceptance of Canva was also high, as the application is considered user-friendly, engaging, and relevant for developing teaching materials.
