Abstract

Artikel[A1]  ini mengkaji penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa analisis dokumen, jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan kebijakan pendidikan terbaru yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025, dikumpulkan melalui platform akademik terpercaya seperti Google Scholar dan ScienceDirect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi pendidikan karakter secara efektif sangat tergantung pada integrasi menyeluruh dalam kurikulum dan partisipasi aktif semua pemangku kepentingan, termasuk guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai moral serta sosial pada siswa. Meskipun begitu, tantangan utama masih muncul dari kurangnya kompetensi dan pelatihan guru terkait pendidikan karakter, tekanan sistem akademik yang berorientasi pada hasil, serta pengaruh sosial dan media sosial yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai positif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya sinergi yang lebih kuat antara kebijakan, pelatihan, serta sistem monitoring berkelanjutan guna memastikan keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam membangun karakter siswa secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembentukan karakter melalui pengajaran ilmu pengetahuan dan kebudayaan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di tingkat sekolah dasar yang telah menerapkan integrasi nilai Pancasila secara aktif. Data dikumpulkan dari guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah untuk mendapatkan gambaran holistik tentang proses dan tantangan dalam implementasi program sejak dini ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kurikulum mampu meningkatkan kualitas karakter siswa, termasuk aspek empati, kepedulian sosial, dan rasa nasionalisme yang tinggi, sekaligus memperkuat kompetensi akademik mereka. Meskipun demikian, terdapat tantangan signifikan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya pemahaman dan kompetensi guru, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur dan fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pelatihan khusus untuk guru dan peningkatan fasilitas sebagai langkah strategis mendukung implementasi. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya disampaikan agar pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila dapat berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan efektif, sekaligus memperkuat dasar nasionalisme dan moralitas anak bangsa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (CFS) management strategy in elementary schools across Bandung City, emphasizing leadership roles, school culture, teacher competency enhancement through training, and parental engagement in fostering a safe, inclusive, and character-based learning environment. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis in four elementary schools within Bandung City. The study found that the success of CFS implementation depends significantly on the principal’s ability to establish a shared vision, encourage collaboration among all school members, and ensure consistency in students’ character development. Nevertheless, the implementation still faces several challenges, including limited resources, insufficient monitoring, and policy misalignment among institutions. In general, the findings indicate that the management strategy of Child-Friendly Schools in Bandung is developing positively toward creating safe, participatory, and child-centered educational environments.

Abstract

The moral crisis affecting students in the digital era requires innovation in character education strategies. This study focuses on futuristic pedagogy as an approach capable of addressing these challenges, particularly in elementary schools. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method by combining a systematic literature review with semi-structured interviews with teachers. The findings reveal that futuristic pedagogy is not solely oriented toward the use of technology but also emphasizes the integration of ethical, spiritual, and humanistic values in the learning process. Four key findings emerge: the need for value-based curriculum reformulation, the repositioning of teachers as facilitators and agents of change, the reinforcement of moral values within the digital context, and the synergistic involvement of families and communities in the educational ecosystem. From this synthesis, an integrative model of futuristic pedagogy is developed, combining noble values, technology, and local wisdom to cultivate students who are virtuous, adaptive, and competitive in the era of Society 5.0. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to strengthening sustainable character education in elementary schools.
