Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor – faktor motivasi  terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Kantor Inspeksi Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jayapura. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian adalah jenis asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Secara lebih mendetail penelitian assiosiatif ini menggunakan bentuk kausal atau melihat pengaruh variabel idenpeden (bebas) terhadap variabel dependen (terikat) yaitu  pengaruh faktor – faktor motivasi menurut teori hierarkhi kebutuhan Abraham Maslow yang diantaranya adalah kebutuhan akan penghargaan (esteem needs) dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri (self actualization) serta pengaruh nya terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Inspeksi Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa pengaruh kebutuhan akan penghargaan diri mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai koefisiensi regresi sebesar 0,450 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,513 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,031 kemudian kebutuhan aktualisasi diri mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai koefisiensi regresi sebesar 0,549 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,679 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,015. Secara simultan, kebutuhan akan penghargaan diri dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan Kantor Inspeksi Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jayapura dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 17,368 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kebutuhan akan aktualisasi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,519.  Kata Kunci :  Kebutuhan Akan Penghargaan Diri, Kebutuhan Akan Aktualisasi Diri,  Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

COVID-19 attacks have changed the methods and cultures of work in many organizations, the working from home (WFH) phenomenon as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in many countries in the world has impacts on employee productivity. This study aims to explore the impacts of working from home on employee productivity with a qualitative approach. The findings explain that working from home has provided advantages and disadvantages both for employee and organization as well as being responsible for the decline in employee productivity. Furthermore, we also find the fact that working from home cannot be generally accepted since many areas of work cannot be carried out from home, although for many employees, working from home has provided a work-life balance. Yet, this is sometimes interrupted by multiple jobs (multitasking) that must be done at home.

Abstract

Muara Tami Jayapura City is a District that has great fishery potential. This is also supported by the area of ​​land that can be managed. Empowerment of coastal communities is an absolute thing that must be pursued to increase the community's economic income. Training is one of the efforts that can be done to achieve these efforts. Besides increasing people's income, training can also increase knowledge and encourage people to be more empowered and economically independent. For this reason, training on milkfish cultivation is carried out for coastal youth to be more economically empowered. This training was held in Holtekam, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, using lectures and practical methods. This method is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of coastal youth in the field of milkfish cultivation. From the results of the implementation of the activities, it is known that the understanding of the community increased by 65% ​​compared to before participating in the training activities. This was obtained from the results of the pre-test assessment before participating in the training and the post-test after participating in the training. After attending the training, participants have a better understanding of milkfish cultivation. They can prepare the land from the hatchery, rearing, preparing good feed to harvest, and marketing it. --- Muara Tami Kota Jayapura merupakan District yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar. Hal tersebut ditunjang pula dengan luasnya lahan yang dapat dikelola. Pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir merupakan hal mutlak yang harus diupayakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencapaian upaya tersebut. Selain bertujuan meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat, pelatihan juga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan mendorong masyarakat agar lebih berdaya dan merdeka secara ekonomi. Untuk itu maka dilaksanakan pelatihan budidaya ikan bandeng untuk pemuda pesisir pantai sehingga dapat lebih berdaya secara ekonomi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Holtekam Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, dengan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda pesisir dalam bidang budidaya ikan bandeng. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat sebesar 65% dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil penilaian pre-test sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dan post-test setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai budidaya ikan bandeng, mampu menyiapkan lahan mulai dari lahan pembenihan, pembesaran, penyiapan pakan yang baik sampai dengan panen dan pemasarannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style consisting of Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, and Participate Leadership, which have the most dominant influence on the performance of state civil servants. . The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of `146 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the directive leadership style, the supportive leadership style, and the participate leadership style had a positive and significant impact on the performance of state civil servants at the Bappeda Office of Papua Province. The leadership style of the director has a dominant influence on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Bappeda Office of Papua Province

Abstract

This study aims to increase digital entrepreneurship motivation in students through design sprints and social learning. This research was conducted on 120 student informants who took entrepreneurship lessons from two different campuses in Papua. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection was done by way of interviews and observation. Data analysis using NVivo 12 plus software tools. The results of the study show that design sprints and social learning are very effective as strategies to increase digital entrepreneurship motivation for students. By implementing design sprints and social learning, students can find entrepreneurial ideas faster, are more creative and do not make students bored in class. This research also found opportunities and challenges for students to become digital entrepreneurs such as the lack of digital infrastructure, financial support and geographical conditions. Abstract

This study investigates the effect of budgeting participation, managerial roles, and competencies on financial management performance at the Jayapura Main Port Authority Office. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents filled in with several statements with five answer options that would be weighted scores. The collected data will be analyzed through four stages of testing. The first stage is to conduct a descriptive analysis. The second stage is to conduct a data quality test consisting of a validity and reliability test. The third stage is the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test). The fourth stage is to test all hypotheses proposed in this study, which will be proven through partial tests and the coefficient of determination test. The research findings reveal that despite high levels of budgeting participation and favorable perceptions of managerial roles and employee competencies, only competencies significantly improve financial management performance. Despite positive views of budgeting participation and managerial roles, neither showed a statistically significant influence on performance outcomes. This study underscores the importance of subordinate involvement in budgeting and the need for professionalism, transparency, and accountability in government financial management. The study confirmed the statistical validity of the model, including normality, absence of multicollinearity, homoscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The implications of these findings suggest that future research should consider alternative decision-making processes and strategies to enhance competencies, thereby improving financial management performance in similar government environments.
