Abstract

This community service educates fishmongers about maintaining personal hygiene to prevent candidiasis. Counselling is planned to be conducted several times so that sellers know the dangers of candidiasis. Fish vendors will be advised to use PPE in the form of long gloves to prevent candidiasis. The results of the community service showed increased knowledge about the dangers of candidiasis in fishmongers. The following are the results of the posttest with a score of 100 by 20%, the results of the posttest with a score of 90 by 45%, and a post-test score of 80 by 35%. Abstract

The limitations of deaf students in hearing significantly impact the minimal reception of information from their environment. This encourages deaf students to utilize their visual senses more by reading. This study aims to create a mobile learning product based on a multisensory approach to learning to read descriptive texts to improve the descriptive text reading skills of deaf students. This study uses a research and development method by adopting the Four-D model as a procedure for developing the product. The subjects in this study were deaf students, 2 media experts, 2 material and language experts, and an Indonesian subject teacher. This study's data were from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative descriptive approach. This study has produced mobile learning based on a multisensory approach to learning to read descriptive texts that is feasible and practical for deaf students. In addition, this mobile learning is equipped with visual, tactile, and interactivity elements that support the multisensory principle that can be implemented in learning to read descriptive texts. This study concludes that mobile learning is very effective in helping deaf students understand the material and overcome the limitations of learning resources. This research implies that mobile learning can help overcome the limitations of learning resources for deaf students and is very effective in supporting the improvement of reading skills.

Health service facilities are places where health services are carried out promotively, preventively and become one of the places where diseases and infections spread. The spread of disease infection through germs on door handles which are objects that are very often used every day and have the potential to be a source of spread of germs from one person to another. This study aims to determine the number of germs on the doorknobs of health care facilities in the opposite Samarinda area. This type of research is descriptive which describes the results of the total germ number on the door handle, with the number of door handle swab samples in this study 27 samples, each of which is divided into 9 samples by testing using the Total Plate Number method with Plate Count Agar media then incubated 1 x 24 hours. The results of this study can be concluded that 63% meet quality standards with a value of less than 10 CFU / cm2 and 37% do not meet standards that exceed the number of quality standards more than 10 CFU / cm2.
