Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of joining Indonesia into the international organization, namely the G20. which creates opportunities and challenges for the Indonesian state. This research uses a literature study method with a secondary data approach. The focus of this research is the opportunities and challenges experienced by Indonesia in the G20 organization. The data collection technique used in this research is to combine various sources of information such as journals, articles, books and magazines that are relevant to the topic of this research. The results of our research show that Indonesia gets many opportunities from the G20 organization, for example; opening up jobs, improving the economy, and increasing credibility or world trust in Indonesia. Then, there are several challenges faced by Indonesia in the G20 organization, for example; Increased foreign debt, internal economic inequality, and global economic dependence.

Abstract

Abstract This research delves into the impact of crimes on social media and the legal efforts that can be undertaken within the context of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. Issues encompass the dissemination of fake news, online harassment, and digital identity theft, causing growing concern among the public. The research aims to analyze the relevance of Article 27 Paragraph (3), Article 28, and Article 29 of the ITE Law in addressing these crimes. The research employs a normative analysis approach to the existing laws and a literature review on the legal developments of social media. The findings reveal that the articles in the ITE Law provide a relevant legal foundation but give rise to controversies regarding their interpretation. The conclusion emphasizes the necessity of balancing law enforcement and the protection of individual rights, along with the impetus for a legislative revision that is more adaptive to the dynamics of social media. Keywords: Technology, Crime, Social Media Abstrak Penelitian ini mendalami dampak kejahatan di media sosial dan upaya hukum yang dapat diambil dalam konteks Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Permasalahan mencakup penyebaran berita palsu, pelecehan online, dan pencurian identitas digital yang semakin meresahkan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis relevansi Pasal 27 Ayat (3), Pasal 28, dan Pasal 29 UU ITE dalam menanggapi kejahatan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis normatif terhadap undang-undang yang berlaku dan studi literatur terkait perkembangan hukum media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasal-pasal UU ITE memberikan landasan hukum yang relevan namun memunculkan kontroversi terkait interpretasinya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan perlunya keseimbangan antara penegakan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi individu, serta dorongan untuk melakukan revisi undang-undang yang lebih adaptif terhadap dinamika media sosial. Abstract

This research aims to explore the challenges and learning media of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) in high schools through a qualitative approach. The focus of this case study is high school students, where in-depth interviews and participatory observations were employed to gather contextual data. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns and main themes from the interviews and observations. The findings of the research reveal a profound understanding of high school students regarding the challenges in learning PPKn, involving their perceptions of the utilized learning media. Conclusions are drawn through synthesizing the findings, considering the differences and similarities in students' perspectives. The qualitative method was chosen for its efficiency in providing an in-depth understanding of students' perceptions within a limited timeframe. This research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of PPKn learning in high schools and lays the foundation for further improvements in the learning process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan dan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di SMA melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus studi kasus ini adalah siswa SMA, di mana wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan partisipatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kontekstual. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema utama dari wawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pemahaman mendalam siswa/I SMA terhadap tantangan dalam pembelajaran PPKn, serta melibatkan persepsi mereka terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Kesimpulan ditarik melalui sintesis temuan, mempertimbangkan perbedaan dan persamaan pandangan siswa. Metode kualitatif dipilih karena memberikan pemahaman mendalam terkait persepsi siswa dalam batas waktu yang efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap dinamika pembelajaran PPKn di SMA dan memberikan landasan bagi perbaikan lebih lanjut dalam proses pembelajaran ini.
