Abstract

Kata kunci: RTH, rusunawa, penataan tapak Title: Evaluation of Arragement and Use of Green Open Space in Cimai City’s Rusunawa Cimahi City was originally one part of Bandung Regency, with rapid growth finally established as an administrative city on January 29, 1976, then became autonomous city on June 21, 2001. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract - The Salman ITB Mosque is one of Indonesia's most important architectural accomplishments. It has an upward curved roof with a column-free prayer space that is still in good working order. The structure serves as a medium for distributing load, but the structural function of a building extends beyond that to include the aesthetic value of the architectural work itself. The purpose of this study is to look at the use of structures in the Salman ITB Mosque building, which not only serve as a means of distributing loads but also have an aesthetic value. The findings of the study could lead to scientific advancements in the construction of structures that improve the aesthetic value of structures. Designers can use this knowledge to create structure-based designs in the future, so that structural aspects are no longer considered as an afterthought to the architectural design, but are valued equally. The Bjorn Normann hypothesis is used to investigate the structure's aesthetics, which states that the structure's aesthetics can be appraised based on its structural and architectural functions. The outcomes of the study of books connected to structure will be based on the theory. This is a qualitative descriptive study that uses data from book reviews, direct observation, interviews, and simulations to process the data. The analysis is split into two sections. The first section is devoted to a consideration of the structure and its structural features as a load-distribution medium. The second section delves into the structure's architectural features, such as forms, expressions, and elements that divide the space. Findings emerged from the conversation, which were used to draw conclusions. The structure, as a space-forming element, plays the most important role in accomplishing structural ethics at the Salman Mosque ITB, according to this study. Furthermore, in the ITB Salman Mosque, the structure as an expression of the building still plays a significant part in achieving the structure's aesthetics. Finally, in the Salman ITB Mosque, the structure as a type of building plays the least important function in achieving structural beauty. This is possible due to the structure's position as a load distributor, which places a premium on optimizing the structure's design and arrangement. Keywords: Salman Mosque ITB, structural aesthetics, structural function, architectural functions, load distribution, form, expression, and interior space.

Abstract

Abstract

Title: Study of Toba and Toraja Batak Architectural Forms as a Result of Collective Austronesian Memory The archipelago (Indonesia) that we live in today is the distribution of the Austronesian people who lived in riverine areas in South China and North Vietnam in the mid-4th BC. Cultural development in an area results from a mixture of internal and external things. The mixing of culture and art by early settlers and new settlers resulted in diverse architectural forms, even though they share the same principles of traditional values (Austronesian collective memory). Toba and Toraja Batak architecture is hollow architecture with a similar roof shape that resembles the shape of a boat, a typology of houses and barns facing each other, and a housing complex oriented to form a particular axis. This research used an exploratory-qualitative approach, using literature sources combined with direct observations in the field. This research aims to find the level of closeness between Toba and Toraja Batak architecture based on the collective memory of the Austronesian people.

Abstract

The Argomulyo Culinary Center (ACC), a growing culinary hub in Yogyakarta, aims to attract local tourists but lacks a structured marketing approach to increase visitor purchase intention. To establish a foundation for designing a marketing approach, this study examines the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) on Purchase Intention at ACC. A quantitative approach was used, employing Multiple Linear Regression with Purposive Sampling of 160 Yogyakarta-based visitors. Data were collected through structured surveys and analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that Product has a significant effect on Purchase Intention (β = 0.226, p = 0.013), while Price (p = 0.983), Place (p = 0.508), and Promotion (p = 0.227) do not have significant partial effects. However, all four variables simultaneously influence Purchase Intention (p < 0.001). These findings suggest that ACC should prioritize product development, including expanding menu variety, enhancing quality of ingredients, and improving food presentation. Additionally, a training program for tenants is recommended, focusing on culinary innovation, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancement. These efforts are expected to strengthen ACC’s competitive position and attract more visitors. This research offers valuable insights for culinary businesses, especially in developing economies, struggling to establish a strong market presence.  It demonstrates the critical role of product quality and innovation in driving purchase intention, highlighting the need for a holistic marketing approach and targeted training programs to enhance competitiveness.
