Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of chicken manure and biourine on the growth of stem of ground water kangkung, so it is known that the best type of fertilizer used for growth and yield of kangkung plants after the first harvest. This experiment used a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial experimental pattern consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dosage of biourine (B) consisting of 4 levels ie B0: control, B1: 200 L ha-1, B2: 400 L ha-1, and B3: 600 L ha-1. The second factor is dose of cow manure (K) consist of 2 levels ie K0: control and K1: 20 ton ha-1. The results concluded that there was no interaction between the treatment of chicken manure with biourin liquid fertilizer to all growth variables and the results observed in ground kangkung plants derived from stump except the variables of the harvest index. Treatment of chicken manure 20 tons ha-1 gave the highest economical fresh weight per plant that is 70.48 g and increased by 84.02% compared to the economical fresh weight per plant obtained in the treatment without chicken manure is 38.30 g, while the treatment dose of 400 L ha-1 biourine fertilizer gave the highest economical fresh weight per plant that is 55.66 g and increased by 7.63% compared to the economical fresh weight per plant obtained in the treatment without biourine fertilizer ie 51.71 g.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compost and NPK Phonska fertilizer application to the growth and yield of okra plants, and to get optimum dose. This research was conducted in experimental garden of Agricultural Faculty of Warmadewa University. The design used in this research is factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of two treatments: compost fertilizer and NPK Phonska fertilizer. The interaction treatment between doses of compost fertilizer with NPK Phosnka and single treatment of NPK Phonska have no significant effect on all observed variables. The treatment of compost fertilizer dosage have no significant to effect foe leaf number and dry weight of oven fruit, but it had significant effect to the weight of fresh and dried weight of oven stover and very significant effect on the variables of plant height, the number of fruit and the weight of fresh fruit. The dosage of compost fertilizer 8 ton ha-1 to got the highest fresh weight of fruit per plant which is 380,42 g, an increase of 44,05% if compared with the lowest fresh fruit weight per plant obtained in the treatment without compost 0 tons ha- Ë¡ of 264.08 g. The results of the distribution of NPK Phonska at different doses have no significant effect on one another . However, , the highest fresh fruit weight was obtained at NPK treatment at 400 kg ha-1 treatment ie 351,75g. This increased by 7.02% when compared with the freshest weight of lowest fruit obtained at 200 kg ha-1 treatment ie 328,67 g.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compost and bioboost doses and their interactions in increasing the yield of leaf onion. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) factorial pattern. The first factor, the compost treatment consisted of 4 levels, namely: without compost, 10 tons ha-1, 20 tons ha-1, and 30 tons ha-1. The second factor, the bioboost fertilizer treatment consisted of 4 levels, namely: without bioboost, 5 cc L-1, 10 cc L-1, and 15 cc L-1, thus there were 16 combination treatments and repeated 3 times so that 48 experimental polybags were needed. The results showed that the compost treatment and the treatment of inter-compost interactions with bioboost had no significant effect on all observed variables. The treatment of bioboost has a very real effect on all observed variables except for the fresh weight of economic results that have a significant effect and the maximum number of leaves has no significant effect. Giving compost at various different dosage levels was not significant, but the compost dose of 30 tons ha-1 yielded the most economical oven dry weight of 1.20 g which increased by 20% compared to yield without compost, namely 1.00 g. The treatment of Bioboost 15 cc L-1 gave the highest oven dry yield of 1.46 g which increased by 80.25% when compared with the lowest value in the treatment without bioboost 0 cc L-1 which was 0.81 g.

Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Cow Manure Dose, Pearl NPK Against Long Beans (Vigan sinensis L.)". Aiming at knowing the growth, yield of long beans due to the dose of cow dung and NPK Mutiara. Conducted in February-April 2020. Using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors: Cow Manure Dose, there are 3 levels: S0 (0 tons / ha), S1 (15 tons / ha) and S2 (30 tons) / ha ), NPK Mutiara fertilizer, there are 3 levels: M0 (0 kg / ha), M1 (150 kg / ha) and M2 (300 kg / ha). obtained 9 combinations, repeated 3 times. The results showed that there was no interaction between doses of cow dung and NPK Mutiara on the growth and yield of long beans, except for the fresh weight of brangkasang (P <0.05). Cow manure had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on the number of leaves, plant height, number of pods, pod weight, had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on pod length, fresh weight of stover, and oven dry weight of stover. NPK Mutiara fertilizer had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the number of leaves and pods, had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on other variables. The treatment dose of cow dung of 30 tonnes / ha (S2) gave the highest yield of 260.76 g on pod weight per plant, an increase of 32.35% compared to the lowest yield of 197.02 g at the treatment dose of 0 ton / ha of cow manure. (S0).
