Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah: a. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh yang signifikan antara Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.b.Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh yang signifikan antara Brand Image terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian. Lokasi Penelitian berada di Kota Malang, sedangkan populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan yang pernah membeli di Starbucks Malang, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah minimal 100.responden Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data yang dipergunakan adalah valid dan reliabel; semakin baik Brand Image semakin tinggi Keputusan Pembelian; semakin tinggi Keputusan Pembelian , semakin tinggi Loyalitasnya ; Semakin baik Brand Image semakin tinggi Keputusan Pembelian, maka semakin kuat Loyalitas Pelanggan; Pengaruh total variabel yang diteliti sebasar 24,75 %.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is: to determine and analyze the significant influence between Store Atmosphere and Product Diversity on Customer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions. The research location is in Malang City, while the population of this research is all buyers at Miniso MOG stores while the sample is 100 respondents.  The research results show that not all data used is valid and reliable; The better the Store Atmosphere and Product Diversity, the higher the Purchasing Decision; The better the Store Atmosphere and Product Diversity, the higher the Purchase Decision, the stronger the Customer Loyalty; The total influence of the variables studied is 13.52%.
