Abstract

The preparation of Budget realization report is a routine activity that must be done in the Department of Cominfo and Statistics. The use of budget realization applications has been implemented but there has been no evaluation of the application so that researchers evaluated the application with the purpose of improving the application in the future. The method used to evaluate is TAM, with the results of the research that the application of the budget Realization report on the basis is good but there are some things that need to be done application development in the ease of use and meaning of Symbols that exist in the system thus improving the quality of the system, the quality of information and service quality thereby affecting the use of a good budget realization application

Abstract

The research's purpose is to examine the effect of consumers' psychological factors consist of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes toward online purchase decisions. This research focuses on Gen Z in the Malang Raya that have made purchases through the marketplace especially Shopee which is not deeply studied yet on previous research. The sample of this research is 97 respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis has conducted by multiple linear regression. Finding of this research is a phycological factor has a significant effect on online purchase decisions.

Abstract

The existence of the internet and digital technology has changed the way companies interact with customers. This shift has opened up huge opportunities for promotions, allowing businesses to connect with their audiences more easily and effectively. This research aims to develop Instagram reel ad videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for PT. Air The Best Langga, Kepanjen branch office. This research was action research. The data collection was conducted by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The EPIC model was employed to analyze the effectiveness of the videos to determine their feasibility for posting on Instagram reels. The research unit comprised 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts, 1 company owner, and 10 consumers. The results showed that the advertising video fell into the highly effective category, with a calculated score of 4.54 for the overall EPIC rate average. This indicated that the video was suitable for publication. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the advertising videos are feasible to use and can be published as advertising media for PT. Air The Best Langga, Kepanjen branch. It is expected that the company can use the video as an advertising medium on its Instagram account. The company also has to monitor and maintain posts, and keep up with trending updates on Instagram.

Abstract

Triple Bottom Line (TBL) is a concept that is being promoted to be applied to businesses. TBL prioritizes the balance of people, planet and profit in business. No exception for batik craftsmen. Batik crafts in their production process involve a coloring process, which is dangerous for the health of their employees and a washing process that risks disrupting soil fertility. This is the background to this research, so it was carried out at Batik Bambu Kenanga craftsmen, Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach, with data obtained from observations and interviews. The results of the study found that Batik Bambu Kenanga is run with simple management, although not written and recorded every procedure and business process, Batik Bambu Kenanga has implemented TBL. Such as maintaining the health and safety of its employees when producing batik (implementing people), implementing adequate waste management (implementing planet), and establishing good relationships with village officials, local governments and other parties that influence its production process. These results show that Batik Bambu Kenanga, which has implemented TBL, finally gets convenience in running its business which is correlated with profit achievement. The existence of employee support, support from local residents and support from the government. All of that can guarantee the sustainability of the Batik Bambu Kenanga business and to gain competitive advantage in the midst of batik craft competition.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the usability of the audio archive metadata management application. This application is used to record all song collection data in the form of cassettes and vinyl and is also used to search for collection data easily and quickly. This research used System Usage Scale (SUS) method to test the application usability. The SUS Testing was carried out by distributing a questionnaire which consists of 10 statements to 30 respondents to determine the assessment scale based on percentile rank, grade, adjective rating, acceptability, and net promoter score. The result of the system usage scale testing showed an average total score of 83. By detail, this result explained that the percentile range assessment scale is between 90-95%, grade is A, adjective rating is in the Excellent category, acceptability is in the acceptable category, and net promoter is in the promoter category. Thus, it can be concluded that the audio archive metadata management application is suitable for use as a search and retrieval tool for song collections in the form of cassettes and vinyl. However, in order to increase the application’s usefulness, the application can be more developed in the future by adding additional features to meet the criteria as a better metadata management tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of transformational leadership on work engagement and the indirect effect mediated by remuneration and educator motivation. This type of research is positivist research. The object of this research is the lecturer at State Polytechnic of Malang. The population in this study amounted to 182 lecturers of Malang State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used census techniques, all populations were used as research samples. The analytical tool used is the Partial Least Square Smart Program (PLS) based on the Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results show that Transformational Leadership affects Work Engagement, Remuneration does not mediate the effect of Transformational Leadership on Work Engagement, Educator Motivation mediates the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Engagement. Implementation of Remunerationneed to be repaired to meet related to the performance of supporting activities, indirect rewards, research performance, the performance of teaching/lectures, the performance of community service. Future researchers are expected to research teaching staff at all levels of office.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a digital archive management system using Microsoft Access to support archive handling at the BPIPI. The study was motivated by the institution's continued use of manual archiving, which has led to difficulties in document retrieval, weak classification, and a lack of data security. The system was developed by applying Microsoft Access as the core platform, supported by Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to handle input validation, login control, and archive retrieval functions. The research employed an action research methodology encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. System evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving 11 respondents from various work units. The results showed an average SUS score of 80, indicating that the system was "Very Feasible" for daily use. These findings affirm that Microsoft Access can serve as an effective digital archiving solution for government institutions by offering structured classification, access control, and ease of use without complex infrastructure requirements.

Abstract

File management is the process of organizing, storing, and manipulating digital files on a computer system. Several key aspects such as documents can be easily accessed, protected in terms of authenticity, and managed efficiently are criteria for good physical and digital file management. In addition, by implementing a good file management, archives can be easily and quickly retrieved again when needed, classified clearly, named consistently for easy tracking, protected from loss and damage, and maintained their authenticity for valid evidence. Not only that, the scalability of file management can also be developed according to future document growth, is adaptive to business needs, and sustainability maintained. This study aims to create and measure the effectiveness of a VBA-based File Management Application as a file mitigation effort in the Digital Era. This study uses action research and functional black box testing methods. The results of this study indicate that the VBA-based application created has met the criteria for good file management, namely easy to use, creates and stores documents securely, easy to trace back, reliably protected in terms of authenticity, and all its functions run as expected. This application is expected to be evaluated and monitored regularly during the implementation for further development.

Abstract

The development of beauty products in Indonesia shows impressive growth. One example is the growth of local brand beauty products. The growth of beauty products demonstrates the potential for consumption, as consumers consider beauty products a necessity that continues to attract purchase interest. This study aims to analyze the consumption value of local brand product purchase interest. This study used a quantitative approach. The population consists of Malang residents familiar with local beauty products. The sample size was 128 respondents, drawn through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests used in this study showed that the questionnaire items used were valid and reliable. Subsequent tests were conducted, including the Classical Assumption test, multiple linear regression tests, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that functional value and conditional value did not have a significant effect. In contrast, emotional value, social value, and epistemic value had a significant effect. The findings open up opportunities for further research to explore the same product category in more depth or expand the scope to other product categories, thereby providing a more varied picture.

Abstract

Abstract Intranet as one of the results of Information Technology (IT) development can offer much benefit if it is utilized effectively. It can improve individual impact in terms of increasing task productivity, task innovation, and personal sense of accomplishment. The improvement depens on the role of organizational characteristics and individual characteristics as they can influence the success of IT adoption and implementation (including Intranet) in an organization. Eventhough offering much benefit, the Intranet usage level in Indonesia is still very low, especially in Surabaya area and its surroundings. The objectives of this research are to test, analyse, and discuss the influence of organization characteristics and individual characteristics on Intranet usage mode and individual impact. Method used in this research is quantitative research with number of sample is 71 employees of PT. Molindo Inti Gas Lawang Malang. The technique of data collection is a survey by distributing questionaires and the method used to analyze hypotheses is path analysis. Results of path analysis indicate that both organization and individual characteristics are positively and significantly influenced Intranet usage mode and individual impact and Intranet usage mode is also positively and significantly influenced individual impact. All significant values are less than 0.05. Keywords: Organization Characteristics, Individual Characteristics, Intranet Utilization Mode, Individual Impact Abstrak   Intranet sebagai salah satu hasil perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI), jika digunakan secara efektif dapat memberikan banyak manfaat yaitu dapat meningkatkan dampak individual, seperti meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, efisiensi kerja, dan personal sense of accomplishment. Peningkatan ini tergantung dari peran karakteristik organisasi dan karakteristik individu. Karena kedua karakteristik tersebut dapat menentukan keberhasilan pengapdosian dan implementasi TI ke dalam suatu organisasi, termasuk Intranet. Meskipun menawarkan banyak manfaat, tingkat penggunaan Intranet di Indonesia masih sangat rendah, khususnya di kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh Karakteristik Organisasi dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Mode Penggunaan Intranet dan Dampak Individual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 karyawan PT. Molindo Inti Gas Lawang Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesener dan metode analisis hipotesa yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Karakteristik Organisasi maupun Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Mode Penggunaan Intranet dan Dampak Individual serta Mode Penggunaan Intranet juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Dampak Individual. Semua nilai Sign. kurang dari 0,05.   Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Organisasi, Karakteristik Individu, Mode Penggunaan Intranet, Dampak Individual.
