Abstract

The research aims to analyze the management of cocoa agroforestry, labor allocation and household income of farmers in cocoa agroforestry management activities as well as the contribution of agroforestry to household income of cocoa farmers in the Anyar District Serang Regency Banten Province. The method used in this research is a survey using two stage cluster sampling method. Samples taken are as many as 60 farmer of 400 populations scattered from cocoa agroforestry farmers in the Anyar District Serang Regency Banten Province. The results showed that the management of cocoa agroforestry in the Anyar District during year 1 to year 7 consists of 5 stages, namely : land clearing, planting, maintenance, harvesting and post-harvest. Average allocation of labor in the cocoa agroforestry management activities in the Anyar District is at 440,18 HOK/Ha/Year with the following composition : 1,21 HOK/Ha/Year in the planting stage, 132,5 HOK/Ha/Year in the maintenance stage, 145,22 HOK/Ha/Year in the harvesting stage and 161,25 HOK/Ha/year in the post-harvest stage. Average household income of cocoa agroforestry farmers in the Anyar District is Rp. 84.451.377/Year which includes income from cocoa agroforestry is Rp. 26.880.210/Year by contributing to the household income of farmers by 31,83%/Year and income from non-cocoa agroforestry is Rp. 57.571.167/Year by contributing to the household income of farmers by 68,17%/Year.

Abstract

Issues of corporate social responsibility is an issue many researchers. it is because the issue of implementation and benefits of CSR is still widely questioned for the company and for the public. This study aimed to observe CSR issues. Companies that implement CSR still has problems to the external community. This research is expected to develop model solutions to solve problems in the implementation of CSR. Abstract

Consumption of corn, cassava, and sweet potato as local food needs to be increased continuously as one of the food strategies to support non-food self-sufficiency. The purpose of this research is to develop a strategy for empowering farmers to support the distribution of local food. Data collection was carried out for three months, from February to April 2021. This research was carried out in Pandeglang Regency, in three centers of sweet potato corn and cassava. The samples in this study were corn and cassava farmers. and sweet potato spread in three sub-districts. The number of samples is 90 farmers. Data analysis used descriptively. The results show that it is necessary to increase the empowerment of farmers by developing empowerment strategies to support local food in the form of short and long term.

Abstract

The instability of rice prices in Banten Province is relatively large, the factor causing price fluctuations is because rice production still depends on the season. The distribution of price information in the reference market often experiences a large price difference from the price at the follower market level. This study aims to analyze the pattern of rice price movements at the retail level, rice prices at the wholesaler level and rice prices at the producer level in the province of Banten; analyze the integration that occurs between the rice market at the retail level, the rice market at the wholesaler level, and the rice market at the producer level. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data. Market integration analysis is carried out using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results of the pattern of price movements show that the price of rice in the producer market has fluctuated compared to the market price of rice at the retail level and the price of rice at the wholesaler level. The results of the VECM analysis in this study show that between the retail market and wholesaler market there is long-term and short-term integration, in the wholesaler market and producer market there is no long-term or short-term integration, in the retail market and producer market there is long-term and integrated integration. one-way short term.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on grilled meat consumer satisfaction at Cilamaya Cafe and Resto Cilegon. The number of respondents in this study were 40 respondents, namely grilled meat consumers at Cilamaya Cafe and Resto Cilegon. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. In proving and analysis, the data processing method used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), T test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The test results using the T test in this study can mean that: price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (3,496 > 2,028). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4.752 > 2.028). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2.147 > 2.028). While the results of testing using the F test in this study can say that: price, product quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (120.193 > 2.86).

Abstract

Desa Muktijaya merupakan salah satu pemasok utama lengkuas di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemetaan pemasaran lengkuas dari Muktijaya yang terdiri dari pemetaan kuantitatif, luas pasar, harga, dan lalu lintas. Responden terdiri dari 51 petani lengkuas dan 8 pengepul. Berdasarkan data panen Desember 2022, lengkuas dari Desa Mukti Jaya telah didistribusikan ke 9 pasar yaitu Pasar Baru Bogor, Pasar Cikopo Purwakarta, Pasar Caringin Bandung, Pasar Kramatjati Jakarta, Pasar Minggu Jakarta, Pasar Kranggan Cibubur, Pasar Pondok Gede di Bekasi, Pasar Cibitung Tambun, Pasar Cibitung Tambun, dan Pasar Setu Bekasi. Harga jual di tingkat produsen atau pengumpul sekitar Rp 3.500/kg - Rp 7.800/kg. Lengkuas diangkut dengan sepeda motor, truk pick-up dan truk ke pasar tujuan dengan biaya pengiriman tergantung jarak. Dengan mempertimbangkan harga jual, ongkos kirim, jumlah permintaan dan kontinuitas, maka penjualan lengkuas langsung ke Pasar Kramat Jati Jakarta perlu diprioritaskan.

Abstract

Tempeh is a high protein food that is reasonably priced. Capital constraints are a common source of concern in the temporary housing industry, and raw material prices are rising. To avoid losses, many tempeh artisans in Kramatwatu improvise during the tempeh-making process. Production components are inextricably linked in determining a production. The goal of this study was to see how price fluctuations and raw material availability affected tempeh production in Pejaten Village, Kramatwatu District. This research method is known as quantitative research. Simple random sampling was used as the sampling technique. 35 home industries were used as samples in this study. According to the study's findings, price and availability fluctuations in raw materials have a significant impact on the variable results of tempeh production. Furthermore, the results of the concurrent test show that price fluctuations and raw material availability have a significant impact on tempeh production in the Kramatwatu District. The obtained R2 value is 0.888. It can be concluded that price fluctuations and raw material availability have an overall effect of 88.8% on tempeh production yield, with the remaining 11.2 percent influenced by variables not researched.

Abstract

Land is the most important resource in supporting agricultural activities but land is limited. Therefore, land use must be wise and need economic considerations. The economic value of agricultural land is seen based on the level of fertility which is quantified by the production and production costs. This study aims to determine the average economic value of agricultural land and determine the most optimum economic value of land based on the types of commodities in Forestry Service Branch IV Working Area, Cianjur Regency, West Java. This research was conducted in Cianjur Regency, West Java from November 2022 to May 2023. Data was collected through direct interviews with 40 respondents. The average economic value of agricultural land in Forestry Service Branch IV Working Area, Cianjur Regency, West Java is Rp. 8.130/m²/cycle. The most optimal economic value of land in one cycle is the chili commodity in the amount of Rp. 9.530/m²/cycle while the most optimum economic value of land in one year is the cabbage commodity of Rp. 28.218/m²/year.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise owned by celebrity endorser on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. Data collection used the questionnaire method with 486 thousand population and with the provisions of researchers that have been considered, then obtained as many as 50 samples. The analysis of the data that has been obtained in the form of quantitative analysis, including validity test, reliability test, through t test and F test to prove the hypothesis, determination coefficient analysis test (R2), and classical assumption test. This study used multiple linear regression analysis which aims to see the influence between variables. Hypothesis test analysis (t test) showed attractiveness has a sig value of 0.026 < 0.05, trustworthiness has a sig value of 0.977 > 0.05, expertise has asig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The t test resulted one of the variables, trustworthiness, can not significantly affect consumer buying interest. The F test analysis showed a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the three variables simultaneously or together proved to have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.
