Abstract

School culture is a culture that is owned by every school and has its own characteristics, school culture is very important to do to strengthen the value of twam ation education and noble character of students, so as to create a young generation of noble character and noble character. Therefore, this study aims to (1) find out the potential form of school culture in strengthening the value of tat twam asi education at SMAN 1 Marga, Tabanan Regency, (2) find out the steps taken in strengthening the value of tat twam asi education at SMAN 1 Marga, (3) find out the educational value of tat twam asi what is contained in the school culture at SMAN 1 Marga. The theory used is Cultural Structuralism from Yasraf 2002, Consensus from Durkheim 1990 and Values from Adisusilo 2013. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Hindu Religion Teacher, BK Teacher, Vice Head of Student Affairs, Head of TU, Parents of Students and Students at SMAN 1 Marga. The method used is Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Literature Study. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of research and discussion in this study 1) Forms of School Culture Potential in Strengthening Tat Twam Asi Educational Values at SMAN 1 Marga: School social climate, School Intellectual Climate, Rules and Policies, Traditions and Routines, Structure, Effective Partnering, Norms. 2) Ste ps Taken in Strengthening Tat Twam Asi Educational Values at SMAN 1 Marga: Strengthening tat twam asi teachings, Throug extracurricular, discussions and making mutual agreements, religious activities, distribution of coordinators in each activity, communicating with parents of students, and implement and implement. 3) The Value of Tat Twam Asi Education in SMAN 1 Marga: Mutual Cooperation and ToleranceKeywords: School Culture, Strengthening Tat Twam Asi

Abstract

Formation of Noble Noble Character Based on Local Hindu Culture is a process or way to shape behavior through education as a way of thinking and behaving that is unique to each individual in living and working together with human life which is contained in a local Hindu culture located at Widya Sakti Junior High School Denpasar. The formulation of the problem used by the research foundation are: 1). What is the form of local Hindu culture that contributes to the formation of noble character for Hindu students among the Widya Sakti Junior High School Denpasar? 2). What are the obstacles faced by teachers in forming noble characters based on local Hindu culture among Widya Sakti Junior High School Denpasar? 3). What are the implications for the formation of noble character based on local Hindu culture among Widya Sakti Junior High School Denpasar. This research problem is dissected by using theory. Character Theory to find out what are the local Hindu cultural values that contribute to the development, knowledge, and moral action for students of SMP Widya Sakti Denpasar. Convergence theory to find out what are the obstacles faced by teachers in character building. Constructivism  theory to  find  out  the  implications in character  building.  The research method used is using an empirical approach and qualitative methods, using primary and secondary data, research using interview guidelines, observation and literature.The results of the study, namely the formation of noble character based on local  Hindu  culture,  students are  able  to  apply forms of  local  culture  in the formation of student character and participate in these activities so that they can shape the character of students and the results get achievements, namely non- academic achievements.

Abstract

Learning strategies in learning Hindu Religious Education and Budi Pekerti are very important to be able to minimize the deviant behavior of students. So that with the learning strategy children's behavior can be formed through the teachings of Hinduism. Applying religious teachings to everyday life will foster good behavior. The problems that will be discussed include (1) How is the reality of the application of Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School, (2) How is the weakness of Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School, (3) How is the effort to optimize Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies in shaping students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School. Religious Education Teachers as an effort to shape gurubhakti behavior using the development of Hindu religious teachings using the Discovery Learning strategy. This strategy makes students active in seeking knowledge. Teachers in improving students' Gurubhakti behavior relate learning material to everyday life. Weaknesses and efforts to optimize Hindu Religious Education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior can be divided into several factors, namely: learning method selection strategies, learning material development selection strategies, learning media selection strategies, classroom management development strategies, and evaluation selection strategies. Abstract

The discovery learning model is discovery learning so that this learning model is useful for the world of education, even learning Hindu religious education and character. Based on initial observations of the application of the discovery learning learning model at the research location, it shows an increase in learning motivation and student active responses. The theories used are Skinner's behavioristic theory and Vygotsky's constructivist theory. The research subjects were the principal, deputy principal for curriculum, Hindu religious and character education teachers, students in class XI.9. Data collection methods are observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and document study. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research show (1) The process of implementing the discovery learning model in learning Hindu religious education and character at SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura, namely: (1) Stimulation, (2) Problem Statement, (3) Data Collection, (4) Data Processing, (5) Verification, (6) Generalization. The evaluation stage is the presentation of hypotheses and individual assessment. (2) Obstacles and efforts in implementing the discovery learning model in learning Hindu religious education and character at SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura. Barriers include: (1) lack of efficient learning time. (2) Lack of teacher skills in creating learning media. Efforts include: (1) optimizing learning time. (2) increasing and training teacher professionalism. (3) The impact of implementing the discovery learning model on learning Hindu religious education and character at SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura, namely (1) impact on school image, (2) impact on teacher skills, (3) impact on student learning motivation, (4) impact on student learning outcomes, (5) impact on students' active responses.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis urgensi pengembangan kultur formal sekolah keagamaan Islam sebagai instrumen pembentukan aspek pemahaman kultur liyan. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik angket terbuka, observasi tidak berstruktur, wawancara tidak berstruktur, dan studi dokumen sebagai metode pengumpuan data. Data dianalisis menggunaan teknik analisis kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa yang menunjukkan urgensi pengembangan kultur formal sekolah keagamaan sebagai instrumen peengembangan aspek pemahaman kultur liyan. Pertama, konten pendidikan multilkultural sebagian besar telah tereksternalisasi melalui kultur formal sekolah keagamaan, kecuali aspek pemahaman kultur liyan. Kedua, ketidakoptimal eksternalisasi konten pendidikan multuikultural berkaitan dengan ketidakutuhan pemahaman terhadap konsep pendidikan multikultural. Ketiga, pengelola memiliki respon positif terhadap penerapan konten pendidikan multikultural sebagai basis kultur sekolah keagamaan Islam sebagai wujud pemahaman bahwa konsep pendidikan multikultural berkongruensi dengan ajarana Agama Islam. Keempat, pendidikan multikultural dipahami sebagai salah satu strategi yang relevan dan memberikan keuntungan bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia umat Islam di Bali, di Indonesia, dan bahkan di dunia. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan kultur formal pendidikan keagamaan sebagai instrumen pengembangan aspek pemahaman kultur liyan merupakan hal yang sangat urgen untuk mendorong Pondok PBBI sebagai model pengembangan pendidikan multikultural dalam pendidikan keagamaan Islam di Bali, Indonesia, dan dunia pada umumnya.
