Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses dan hasil pemberdayaan pengrajin rotan melalui program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Berkat Mandiri di Gampong Lamgaboh, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus BUMDes, pengrajin rotan, serta aparatur gampong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Berkat Mandiri berperan penting dalam memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi pengrajin rotan melalui berbagai program, seperti penyediaan bahan baku dengan harga terjangkau, pemberian akses permodalan, penyediaan fasilitas rumah produksi, serta pendampingan dalam pemasaran produk. Kolaborasi ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi kerja, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar produk rotan. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh komitmen pemerintah desa, manajemen BUMDes yang profesional, partisipasi aktif pengrajin, serta adanya budaya gotong royong masyarakat Lamgaboh. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan melalui BUMDes tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat kemandirian dan keberlanjutan usaha masyarakat desa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya model pemberdayaan berbasis kelembagaan lokal yang mengintegrasikan potensi ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya dalam pembangunan desa berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research explores the synergy of customary law principles, forestry harmonization, and community empowerment in the restoration of illegally converted palm oil land in Aceh Tamiang. The research method involves document analysis, stakeholder interviews, and field surveys. The results indicate that the synergy of customary law principles and the implementation of forestry law principles have a positive impact on the recovery of illegally converted palm oil land. Forestry harmonization enables active community participation, with empowerment as a key factor in natural resource management, bridging the understanding of customary and forestry law. The evaluation of the Aceh Government's restoration policy in Aceh Tamiang highlights positive impacts on ecology and environmental balance. This program, through cross-sector collaboration, not only enhances positive community behavior but also supports the concepts of development and empowerment. The research conclusion provides insights for policymakers, legal practitioners, and relevant parties to develop a holistic approach to land conflict resolution, involving communities in restoration efforts, and strengthening local capacity to manage natural resources. These findings serve as a foundation for policy improvement and the implementation of similar programs to support environmental sustainability and community well-being in Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

This research explores in depth the concept of moral integrity which is the main basis for economic actors in the current context. The focus of this research is to identify ethical principles that should be upheld and behaviors that economic actors should avoid ensuring sustainability and fairness in economic interactions. A qualitative approach is used to investigate the impact of moral integrity on economic decisions. Research findings show that moral integrity must involve a commitment to values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility. On the other hand, behavior that should be avoided includes practices that can harm society, such as fraud, corruption, and exploitation. This article provides a holistic picture of the role of moral integrity in shaping the character of economic actors and its impact on economic sustainability. The implications of this research finding can guide companies, regulators, and individuals in designing policies, business practices, and ethical guidelines that are in accordance with Islamic moral and justice principles. This research contributes to a deep understanding of moral integrity in the complex context of today's economic interactions.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics values in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banda Aceh City. Through a quantitative approach with survey method, data collection involved 150 SME owners as respondents selected through stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the implementation of business ethics values has a positive and significant effect on SME performance, with honesty in transactions as the most dominant factor (41.2%). There are significant differences in the implementation of business ethics values based on business sectors, where the service sector shows a higher level of implementation. The research findings benefit the development of business ethics for SMEs in developing countries

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pekerja sosial sangat berperan penting dalam membantu masyarakat untuk mendapatkan perlindungan sosial terutama di dunia industri. Pekerja sosial kerap menjadikan dirinya sebagai pendamping sosial yang hadir sebagai agen perubahan dan turut terlibat membantu memecahkan persoalan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat sekitar perusahaan. Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit PT. Lembah Bhakti yang beroperasi di Aceh Singkil memiliki kewajiban untuk memberdayakan masyarakat terutama yang berbatasan langsung dengan areal usaha yang mereka jalankan. Pada kenyataannya, perusahaan belum mampu sepenuhnya menunaikan tanggungjawab sosialnya secara baik sehingga konflik antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat sekitar kerap terjadi. Persoalan ini muncul disinyalir karena di PT Lembah Bhakti belum menghadirkan seorang pekerja sosial industri yang profesional, sehingga acapkali program-program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tidak disahuti oleh masyarakat dengan baik, bahkan tidak sedikit yang menolaknya. Kata Kunci: Pekerja Sosial, Pemberdayaan, Perusahaan.

Abstract

The competencies of graduates of PMI study programs are very important, especially in the Social Service and Community Empowerment Service. Therefore research is needed on the study of scientific competencies of graduates of PMI Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Ar-Raniry in the world of work. So this kajin formulates information sources in the context of work, stakeholders, and supporting skills in supporting work professionalism. This qualitative research collects data by conducting evaluations, surveys, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that social work was still not finished by workers from social worker backgrounds. PMI graduates' competencies are currently adequate and good, but there needs to be an increase and development of self-capacity. The supporting skills needed by graduates of PMI's study program are to improve the scientific field of work, to be mediated, to master information technology, even as graduates of the Da'wah and Communication Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry must be able to practice religious values and be sufficient role models in the workplace. Keywords: Competence, Science, PMI, World of Work

Abstract

Arkoun tried to suggest or introduce anachronistic as the beginning of the new Islamic model era. The representative Arab world of Islam does not recognize the world of anachronisms to accept the presence of the activities and creativity of modernity today. The essence of modernity is in fact necessary only in the methodology of open-minded Islamic societies, not converting Muslims to the Islamic worldview. Rethinking, reconstruction and renewal in the modern era are regarded as Islamic opposition due to the application of anachronisms changing the new order of Islam. Anachronism aims to devour Islamic turats (Islamic traditions) but is trapped in Islamic criticism. Islam Kaffah (Islamic perfectionist) will be brought into Islam al-yassar (Islamic Left). An anachronistic deliberation of the approaches used in the past issue of excavation of legal finalization will change according to modernity. Anachronism have been placed modernity as the creation of the advancement of all sides of human life with unlimited activities, creativity and ethos.AbstrakArkoun mencoba mensugestikan atau memperkenalkan anakronistik sebagai dimulainya era model Islam baru. Dunia Arab yang representatif Islam tidak mengenal adanya dunia anakronisme untuk menerima kehadiran aktifitas dan kreatifitas modernitas sekarang. Essensi modernitas sejatinya dibutuhkan hanya dalam metodologi membuka akal masyarakat Islam, bukan mengubah Muslim terhadap worldview Islam. Rethinking, rekonstruction dan renewal di era modern dianggap sebagai oposisi Islam akibat aplikasi anakronisme merubah tatanan baru keIslaman. Anakronisme bertujuan membaguskan turats Islam (tradisi Islam) namun terjebak dalam kritik Islam. Islam kaffah akan digiring ke dalam Islam al-yassar (Islam Kiri). Delibrasi anakronistik terhadap pendekatan-pendekatan yang digunakan pada masalah lalu tersebut tentang penggalian finalisasi hukum akan berubah sesuai modernitas. Anakronisme menempatkan modernitas sebagai penciptaan kemajuan semua sisi kehidupan manusia dengan berbagai aktifitas, kreatifitas dan ethos yang tanpa batas.
