Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of influence of the work environment and job training on employee performance with job loyalty as an intervening variable at the Satpol PP office of Sijunjung Regency. The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 47 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using smartpls. The results of the study showed a significant influence of the work environment on job loyalty. There was a significant influence of job training on job loyalty. There was a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. There was an insignificant influence of job training on employee performance. There was a significant influence of job loyalty on employee performance. Work loyalty mediated the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Work loyalty did not mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge management and talent management on employee performance, with employee engagement as an intervening variable, at the West Sumatra Provincial Youth and Sports Office. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 78 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results obtained Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement on employee performance. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement on employee performance. Employee engagement mediates the effect of knowledge management on employee performance. Employee engagement mediates the effect of talent management on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and innovative behavior on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Kemilau Permata Sawit Nagari Kubu Tapan. The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS. The results of the study obtained based on the Partial Test (t-Test) obtained a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction. A significant influence between Leadership Effectiveness on Job Satisfaction. An insignificant influence between Innovative Behavior on Job Satisfaction. An insignificant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. An insignificant influence between Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance. A significant influence between Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance. A significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The direct influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Employee Performance is smaller than the indirect influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The direct influence of Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance is smaller than the indirect influence of Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The direct influence of Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance is greater than the indirect influence of Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of creative thinking and innovative behavior on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 86 respondents. The analytical method used was path analysis using SmartPLS. The research results showed a significant influence of creative thinking and innovative behavior on job satisfaction. Creative thinking, innovative behavior, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Creative thinking significantly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Innovative behavior also has an insignificant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract
