Abstract

This study aims to analyse the concept, principles, and implementation of workforce placement in Islamic educational institutions and examine its impact on improving the quality of educational services. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach through an examination of various relevant literature on human resource management based on Islamic values. The results of the study show that employee placement in Islamic education not only considers professional competence but also spiritual, moral, and religious responsibility values. The application of the principle of the right man in the right place supports the creation of a harmonious work environment, increases employee motivation and performance, and strengthens Islamic work culture. Thus, the right placement of personnel contributes directly to the effectiveness of the institution and plays a role in shaping Islamic character and work ethic in the context of education.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the concepts, principles, and application of evaluation in Islamic education as an important part of efforts to ensure the quality of education in line with Islamic values. This study also aims to identify the challenges of evaluation in the digital age and offer directions for developing a more adaptive and relevant evaluation model for Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was obtained through searching and analysing various sources, such as books, scientific articles, regulations, and reports related to evaluation practices in Islamic education. The analysis was carried out by examining the suitability of theories, principles, and empirical findings to understand the patterns, weaknesses, and opportunities for evaluation development. The results of the study show that evaluation in Islamic education not only assesses cognitive aspects but also covers the affective and psychomotor domains in accordance with the holistic objectives of education. Evaluation needs to be carried out in a continuous, fair, comprehensive manner and based on spiritual values that emphasise honesty, responsibility, and accountability. This study also emphasises the importance of adaptive evaluation models in the digital age through the use of artificial intelligence and digital literacy to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and objectivity of assessment.

Abstract

Perencanaan pendidikan memainkan peran krusial dalam mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai pendekatan teoretis dan praktis dalam perencanaan pendidikan, dengan menekankan fungsi, mekanisme, dan strategi optimalisasinya. Pembahasannya mengintegrasikan perspektif sosial, ekonomi, dan sumber daya manusia untuk menyajikan kerangka kerja yang holistik. Pendekatan tuntutan sosial menyoroti pendidikan sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, sementara pendekatan tenaga kerja berfokus pada penyelarasan keluaran pendidikan dengan tuntutan pasar tenaga kerja. Sementara itu, pendekatan efektivitas biaya menilai investasi pendidikan melalui capaian yang terukur. Pendekatan integratif menggabungkan perspektif-perspektif ini ke dalam sistem terpadu yang menekankan sinergi dan adaptabilitas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang efektif membutuhkan fleksibilitas, analisis berbasis bukti, dan partisipasi pemangku kepentingan. Perencanaan pendidikan yang optimal meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan, pemanfaatan sumber daya, dan akuntabilitas kelembagaan. Oleh karena itu, model perencanaan yang sistematis, partisipatif, dan adaptif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dalam konteks global yang dinamis.
