Abstract

Bank as a business organization has become a tool and a means of supporting the liquidity of the business , as a consequence, banks are required to become a business organisasasi proper and prudent in the distribution of funds in the form of credit . It has been recognized correctly by the community because the business function other than as a financial intermediary bank , also the agent of development that have an obligation to support the equitable distribution of national development efforts . Thus the function of banking business as the source of funds and lending function must be balanced in order to create proper banking .Interest Rate Loans positive and significant impact on Return on Assets ( ROA ) . This suggests that the higher the Loan Interest Rate Return on Assets ( ROA ) acquired banks will be even greater because of the higher Interest Rate Loans , the greater the income received from the debtor banks because the rate of return on bank loans . The greater the bank's profitability ( ROA ) obtained by the bank , which means the financial performance has improved or increasedVolume of Loans positive and significant impact on Return on Assets ( ROA ) . This suggests that the greater the volume of loans then Return on Assets ( ROA ) acquired banks will be even greater because of the greater volume of loans , the higher the income received from the debtor banks because the rate of return on bank loans . The greater the bank's profitability ( ROA ) obtained by the bank , which means the financial performance has improved or increased . Adjusted R Square value of 0.121 indicates that 12.1 % of the dependent variable of financial performance proxied by ROA can be explained by the two independent variables , namely interest rates and credit and loan volumes , while the remaining 87.9 % is explained by other factors outside the regression model analyzed . This study did not escape from the limitations . Limitations contained in this research can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square which can only explain 12.1 % or a fraction of the variance of dependent variable , while 87.9 % is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model so that there are many variables that influence but not included in this model . Given the tremendous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable , it is suggested the need for caution in generalizing the results of this study . Based on the results of statistical tests , the three variables that partially have a significant effect , Interest Rate Loans has the highest influence on ROA , as evidenced by the Beta value of the variable size of the company showed a number greater volume of loans amounting to 1,050 .Keywords : loan rates , loan volume , return on assets

Abstract

     Profitability is the ability to create profit in the company, the prifitability can kniw by anayzing elements such as analysis the Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Sales growth is a trend or movement from the company activities from sale of each period. The purpose of this research is to determine: 1. To determine the influence sales growth through rasio analysis? 2. To determine a company’s financial condition through ratio analysis? 3. To determine the relationship between the ratio of sales growth and profitability ratio?      Research conduction from 2003 to 2007, by taking sampled of two paper companies, namely : PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk, and PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk    Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the  PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk., in terms of sales growh ratio,PT. Tjiwi Kimia for 2003 to 2007 produced a positive trend ratio is an average of 8,42 percent. The profitability level of of PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk, for the year 2003 to 2007, which is seen from the company’s ability to produce the OPM (Operating Profit Margin) increased overall trend, an average of 17,9 percent, while the terms of return on equity fierm are able produces an average of 3,4 percent, and the ability in terms of return on assets decreased tendency of companies an average of 0,5 percent.Based  on the correlation of the PT. Tjiwi kimia Tbk has a relationship to the operating profit margin (OPM) of 0,495 percent (positive, do not approach 1). This means that that the growth rate has a weak relationship to the operating profit marginWhile in PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, in terms of sales growth rate average of 8.94 percent, the level of profitability from 2003 to 2007, namely in terms of OPM (Operating Profit Margin) increased the overall trend is an average of 16 , 24 per cent, while for the ability in terms of ROE in the year is between 2003 to 2007 the overall trend of declining average of 0.61 percent, and for the profitability of companies in terms of ROA is also experiencing a declining trend that is an average of 1, 87 per cent. sales growth rate relationship with the operatingprofit margin (OPM) has a correlation of 0.637 percent (positive, approaching 1). This means that the growth rate has a strong relationship with the Operating Profit Margin    The result ot the evalution in the study states that overall PT. Tjiwi Kimia Tbk hal a level of profitability that is better than PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, although the company has lost  sales growth ratio of PT. Abstract

Bank is an institution acting as financial intermediary between those who have money and those who needs funds. The important role of the bank as financial intermediary in concrete action is to collect and to distribute public funds efficiently and effectively.Fund sources of the bank is divided into three categories, namely: the first party funds (from the bank it self), the second party funds (on loan from outside parties), and third party funds (from the public, it is the most important source of funding for operational activities by the bank). The goal of this research is to find out how the operational procedure and transaction recording of the third party funds (savings, time deposits, and demand deposits) such as account bookkeeping, depositing, withdrawal, interest accounting, administration costs, closure, and evaluation of the correlation between transaction recording of the third party funds and finance reporting of PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan. The research conducted by the author is on PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Bogor Branch located in Jalan Surya Kencana No. 99, Bogor 16126. PT.Bank Nusantara Parahyangan is a foreign exchange bank and perceptions bank. The result of this research shows that the operational procedure applied by PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Bogor Branch associated with the third party funds can be said as good enough in accordance with Finance Accounting Standard Code (PSAK No.31, Revised: 2000), about banking accounting, just exactly at recognition of interest charge. It is as well in  accordance with Government Regulation on interest tax as high as 20% and it is final to savings balance (savings, time deposits, and demand deposits) above Rp.7.500.000,00. The conclusion is the implementation of the procedure, transactions recording related to the third party funds and finance reporting of PT. Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Bogor Branch is adequate and has followed the guideline in Finance Accounting Standard Code (PSAK No.31, Revised: 2000).Keywords : The Transaction of the Third Party Funds; Finance Reporting

Abstract

The role of parents is needed when students with special needs study from home. However, when accompanying children to learn online, parents find it difficult due to various factors. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze how difficult it is for parents to accompany elementary school children with special needs during online learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the population and the research sample are parents of elementary school students as many as 20 people. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey in the form of a questionnaire, observation notes, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the obstacles for parents in assisting children with special needs to study online at home during the Covid-19 pandemic are the lack of understanding of the material by parents, the difficulty of parents in growing their children's interest in learning, not having enough time to accompany their children because they have to work, parents are impatient in accompanying children while studying at home, parents have difficulties in operating gadgets, and obstacles related to internet service coverage.

Abstract

Indonesian aviation still faces safety problems. The reputation of Indonesia's air transportation system has been damaged by a number of aviation accidents. Human error is a component that can cause plane crashes. These human factors will be explained in the following explanation: smoke from burning dry leaves by local residents in the Apron area and the level of alertness of the Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Fighting Unit (PKP-PK) at ANGKAL Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Based on several existing problems, the aim of this research is to find out how human error can cause plane crashes. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive. By using qualitative research methods, the author's aim is to display and reveal the information and symptoms discussed in this research. In particular, the author will analyze and explain the main tasks and functions of the Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Fighting Unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU nggul Wulung Cilacap. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the data collection methods used in this research. The results of the research show that the PKP-PK unit at nggul Wulung Cilacap Airport carries out personnel duties and functions in accordance with what is stipulated in PR 30 of 2022 concerning Technical Standards and Operations of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 139, which states that the duties and functions of PKP-PK are saving lives and property from aircraft that experience incidents or accidents, as well as preventing, controlling and extinguishing fires. The obstacle faced by PKP-PK personnel is regarding the storage building for extinguishing equipment and materials. There is also a solution to the obstacles faced by PKP-PK personnel, namely the construction of storage dams for equipment and extinguishing materials.

Abstract

Pembangunan pariwisata bahari berkelanjutan di Pulau Tidung, bagian dari Kepulauan Seribu, membutuhkan integrasi yang seimbang antara pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan konservasi lingkungan. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat ini, fokus diberikan pada peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penelitian tindakan partisipatif (Participatory Action Research) dengan pendekatan program tindak partisipatif (Participatory Action Program) yang melibatkan 14 siswa di Pulau Tidung. Inisiatif ini telah berhasil menumbuhkan budaya aksi peduli lingkungan yang sejalan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di masyarakat Pulau Tidung. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi masyarakat dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya konservasi lingkungan dalam konteks pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Hajatan menjadi fenomena unik yang mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat Desa Tanjungsari, Bogor. Pasalnya hajatan menjadi tolok ukur seberapa ideal keluarga tersebut melangsungkan acara dalam kehidupannya. Dewasa ini masyarakat kerap menghadirkan kebudayaan social judgement dengan dalih common sense dalam hajatan manusia lain. Hal tersebut terjadi karena manusia dalam berinteraksi akan membuat dan menggunakan simbol-simbol, pernyataan ini sejalan oleh pernyataan Berger dan Luckman yang diistilahkan sebagai externalization. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjek perilaku masyarakat Desa Tanjungsari, Bogor terhadap fenomena hajatan dikehidupannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, kepustakaan, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa peneliti mendapati perilaku social judgement masyarakat terhadap fenomena hajatan yang kemudian membentuk kebudayaan baru. faktor yang mempengaruhi penilaian ideal sebuah hajatan ialah makanan yang dihidangkan, pasangan pengantin, penampilan fisik, rentang waktu acara hajatan, kesiapan, status keluarga, souvenir serta bingkisan, dekorasi dan tata rias. Adapun pelbagai permasalahan diatas diperlukan kontrol sosial agar saling menghormati hak masyarakat dalam menyelenggarakan hajatan.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan serius yang masih banyak ditemukan di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Linggajati, Kecamatan Sukaratu. Masalah ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi, infeksi berulang, serta kurangnya stimulasi psikososial. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah stunting adalah melalui edukasi dan inovasi pangan bergizi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan sebagai bagian dari program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya tahun 2025, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai stunting serta mengenalkan inovasi gummy herbal dari tanaman obat lokal sebagai alternatif camilan sehat penunjang nafsu makan anak. Metode kegiatan mencakup survei awal, pelaksanaan penyuluhan dengan media presentasi dan leaflet, pre-test dan post-test, serta demonstrasi pembuatan produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta secara signifikan, dari kategori “kurang” dan “cukup” menjadi mayoritas kategori “baik” setelah penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi berbasis masyarakat yang disertai dengan inovasi produk berbahan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting.
