Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem TOEFL-Like berbasis algoritma Linear on the Fly Testing (LOFT) dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Kata kunci: TOEFL-Like; Linear on the Fly Testing; LOFT; Computer-Based Test; SDLC; sistem ujian digital; simulasi TOEFL; bank soal terkalibrasi. Abstract - This research aims to develop a TOEFL-Like system based on Linear on the Fly Testing (LOFT) algorithm with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. The TOEFL-Like system is an English language test simulation designed to resemble the official TOEFL but is non-adaptive and is used for training needs or internal evaluation. The application of the LOFT algorithm in this system aims to produce questions that are compiled dynamically and in real-time from a calibrated question bank, so that each participant receives a unique set of questions but has a high level of statistical equivalence. The system development process includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The implementation results show that the system is able to present a variety of questions, maintain consistency in difficulty levels, and improve exam security and efficiency. The system provides automated scoring features, question randomization based on difficulty level, and live score reporting, making it an effective solution for large-scale TOEFL-Like training. Keywords: TOEFL-Like; Linear on the Fly Testing; LOFT; Computer-Based Test; SDLC; digital exam system; TOEFL simulation; calibrated question bank.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention by considering customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Livin’ by Mandiri users in Samarinda. The increasing adoption of digital banking has created intense competition, making it essential for banks to improve user experience in order to maintain customer loyalty. A quantitative research approach was applied using a survey method. Data were obtained from 100 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use does not directly influence repurchase intention. However, it has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction, which subsequently affects repurchase intention. In addition, customer satisfaction functions as a full mediator in the relationship between perceived ease of use and repurchase intention. These results indicate that ease of use alone is insufficient to encourage continued usage unless it contributes to a satisfying user experience. Therefore, banks should prioritize enhancing overall user satisfaction alongside system usability to improve customer retention in digital banking services.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy and the independence of the manager of Toko Hawaii Alat Jahit Samarinda in conducting digital business financial recording. The main problems faced by the partner include irregular and unstructured recording of income and expenses, as well as the potential mixing of personal and business finances. The activity was carried out using a participatory training approach through initial observation, interviews, financial management education, mentoring in the use of Money Tracker, transaction recording practice, and evaluation of the partner’s ability. Changes were measured using a structured observation sheet with indicators covering understanding of financial recording, income recording, expense recording, transaction categorization, separation of personal and business finances, and the ability to read financial summaries. The results show that the partner began to understand the importance of transaction recording as a basis for business control, started to develop the habit of recording income and expenses, and became more aware of the importance of separating business and personal finances. This activity indicates that MSME financial digitalization requires not only an application but also personal mentoring that can align technology with the partner’s habits and needs.

Abstract

The nutritional status of toddlers is a key indicator for assessing public health levels. Nutritional problems such as undernutrition remain common and require effective analysis to identify data patterns quickly and accurately. This study aims to cluster the nutritional status of toddlers in the Bukuan Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Posyandu area using the K-Means algorithm with the CRISP-DM approach. The main challenge in this study is that the processing of nutritional status data is still done manually, making it less effective in quickly and accurately identifying patterns and risk groups. The dataset consists of 2,145 records of toddlers from 12 Posyandu, with primary attributes including weight, height, age, and gender. The research process was conducted through the CRISP-DM stages, which include business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, and evaluation, without deployment implementation since the study focused on data analysis. The clustering process was performed using the K-Means algorithm, with the optimal number of clusters determined via the Elbow method, resulting in three clusters. Model evaluation using the Silhouette Score yielded a value of 0.629, indicating that the clustering quality falls into the “good” category. The results show that data on toddlers can be grouped into three nutritional status categories: under-nutrition, adequate nutrition (normal), and over-nutrition, based on centroid values. The data distribution indicates that the adequate nutrition category dominates, though there remains a significant number of cases in the under-nutrition category. Thus, the application of the K-Means algorithm provides more structured and accurate information for identifying the nutritional status of toddlers and can serve as a basis for data-driven decision-making in public health programs.
