Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bandung bertugas untuk merumuskan dan menetapkan kebijakan teknis kenaikan gaji berkala aparatur sipil negara. Dalam instansi tersebut, prosedur dan pelaporan dalam mengajukan kenaikan gaji barkala dari tiap aparatur masih berbentuk konvensional. Bentuk prosedur pengajuan kenaikan gaji berkala yang belum terkomputerisasi seperti ini, menimbulkan penumpukan berkas pengajuan dan proses pengajuan menjadi lama. Untuk itu, perlu dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem yang berfungsi untuk memfasilitasi data yang diajukan aparatur serta menyampaikannya kepada atasan melalui format dan dokumentasi penulisan yang baku. Sistem Informasi Kenaikan Gaji Berkala Berbasis Web ini dirancang dengan metode pengembangan model Waterfall dan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan sistem manajemen basis data MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan metode black box, sistem ini telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional. Sistem Informasi Kenaikan Gaji Berkala diharapkan dapat mengawasai aparatur yang mengajukan kenaikan gaji berkala secera terus menerus setiap harinya, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan efisiensi waktu saat melakukan pengajuan kenaikan gaji berkala secara online di Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bandung.

Abstract

The research aims to know the design of system information completeness of charging the informed consent of the patient's Poly. teeth to use microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in UPT Puskemas Talagabodas the city of Bandung. The research method used is the method of qualitative techniques of collecting data field studies, interviews, the library and browsing the internet. Methods of use is a waterfall. From a study found no problems, namely : The process of completwness analysis  of charging the informed consent is still not running, The informed consent in Poly. teeth are not filled with complete, the lack of socialization of the creation and filling the informed consent, especially in Poly. teeth. The advice is give, namely :  start to do the analysis of the completeness of charging the informed consent in accordance with SOP,  the medical records that there can be re-socialization  back about the creation and filling the informed consent to all staff of other medical right to send out the,  should the institution has a system information that can rock the performance of staff medical records more effective in terms of analyzing the completeness of the informed consent and facilitate the creation of the,quipment.

Abstract

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kemajuan sebuah perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan untuk menghasilkan pegawai yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Subyektifitas dalam pengambilan keputusan merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi terutama dalam penilaian karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan tidak jauh berbeda, maka diperlukan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat mencari alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merekomendasikan penilaian kinerja pegawai di PT SHS International berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan, menggunakan penggabungan metode ELECTRE dan TOPSIS. Metode ELECTRE untuk mencari nilai matrik ternormalisasi dilanjutkan dengan metode TOPSIS untuk mencari alternatif yang dipilih. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi RUP (Relational Unified Process) dengan pembatasan hanya pada tahapan inception dan elaboration serta disiplin business modeling, requirements dan analysis design Dilakukan uji coba berupa memasukkan sample data pegawai sebanyak 10 orang kemudian berhasil diolah menggunakan penggabungan metode tersebut dan menghasilkan daftar penilaian kinerja pegawai. Hal ini secara garis besar telah meningkatkan proses rekap penilaian dan juga sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi urutan ketiga terbesar untuk memperoleh prosentase bonus akhir tahun tertinggi yaitu Suryana pada urutan pertama, Kastaman pada urutan kedua dan Dede Hasan pada urutan ketiga.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the design of registrative information system KK and KTP using PHP and MySql in Kecamatan Kiaracondong, Bandung, which is intended for facilitating the process of registration services to the population. In data collection, the author used method of observation, interviews, and literature study, and for research the author used the method of qualitative and for software development method was used Waterfall method. The current system is still using manual system, therefore some problems arise such as difficult to find data and loss of data at any time in the registrative process. The use of information systems facilitates the completion of each job, hence this information system can be useful in the agency in handling its duties and in handling the registrative activities of population services.

Abstract

A traditional information management system is still in use at Pondok Saluyu, a boarding house in Bandung City. This method is unsuccessful or inefficient, particularly regarding marketing and providing potential tenants with information. This project aims to create and implement a web-based information system to facilitate digital payments, streamline the online room rental procedure, and distribute information more efficiently. Agile development, which enables quick development, adapts to change, and actively incorporates all relevant parties in the process, is the system development methodology employed. The findings of this study should make it easier for boarding house operators to verify room availability, manage boarding rooms, and handle tenant transactions. Additionally, this website will serve as a more contemporary form of advertising. The use of mobile/Android applications for system optimization, payment gateways to enhance payment systems, the creation of more comprehensive applications, and the improvement and development of programs in line with technological advancements are some recommendations for future development.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengelola proyek dan meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak. PT. Javan Cipta Solusi sebagai perusahaan pengembangan perangkat lunak menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen bug pada proyek-proyek yang dikerjakannya. Meskipun telah menggunakan QA Touch sebagai alat utama dalam manajemen pengujian, terdapat kebutuhan untuk sistem yang lebih terfokus dan efisien dalam pencatatan serta penanganan bug. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Bug Berbasis Website yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik tim Quality Assurance (QA) di PT. Javan Cipta Solusi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu tim QA dalam mencatat, melacak, dan melaporkan bug secara lebih efisien dan transparan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan tim QA dalam hal pencatatan dan pelaporan bug yang lebih terfokus dan sistematis. Fitur-fitur utama yang disediakan oleh sistem ini, seperti pelacakan status bug, penentuan prioritas bug, dan laporan analisis bug, telah meningkatkan transparansi dan kejelasan status bug, serta mempercepat siklus perbaikan perangkat lunak. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memungkinkan kolaborasi yang lebih baik di antara anggota tim, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi keseluruhan tim QA.
