Abstract

Superior public service is an essential component of community life. Pasirkaliki Village faces considerable hurdles in managing public grievances, including inefficiencies and complications in prioritizing complaints according to their urgency. This research proposes the creation of a Public Complaint Management Information System utilising the Naive Bayes method within the CodeIgniter Framework to address these challenges. The Naive Bayes method is selected for its efficacy in classifying data, enabling the identification of patterns and trends in incoming complaints. This system aims to enhance the efficiency and precision of complaint management, deliver swifter and more accurate responses, and ultimately improve public satisfaction with the services. The findings of this research are anticipated to enhance the provision of responsive and high-quality public services in Pasirkaliki Village.

Abstract

Monitoring kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan sangat diperlukan, hal ini dilakukan untuk meninjau perkembangan karyawan dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan, sehingga evaluasi dari hasil pekerjaan tersebut dapat dilakukan. PT Makerindo Prima Solusi adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa di bidang IT yang fokus pada pembuatan dan pengembangan produk serta integrator sistem. Dalam memantau karyawan perusahaan tersebut menggunakan aplikasi sistem monitoring untuk melacak karyawan dengan teknologi Geofencing. Namun beberapa fitur lainnya seperti mengetahui tugas karyawan belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan sempurna. Selain itu koordinasi mengenai perkembangan kinerja karyawan dalam pembuatan sebuah proyek masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu menggunakan media sosial. Dan pencatatan hasil kinerja karyawannya masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi monitoring kinerja karyawan berbasis mobile. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Agile Development sebagai metode pengembangan. Tahapan dari metode Agile Development diantaranya plan, design, develop, test, deploy, review, dan launch. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendesain User Interface serta membuat prototype yaitu Balsamiq Wireframes sedangkan text editor nya menggunakan Visual Studio Code. Untuk mengatur segala hal yang berhubungan dengan database, authentication, hosting, API dan sejenisnya menggunakan Firebase Database. Dari hasil implementasi kemudian dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode black box terhadap kebutuhan fungsional secara keseluruhan yang hasilnya aplikasi bisa berjalan dengan baik sesuai input dan output yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sistem informasi monitoring kinerja karyawan dengan penggunaan aplikasi fitur task list menjadi solusi bagi project manager untuk memantau kinerja karyawan mengenai pekerjaan apa saja yang dilakukan oleh setiap karyawan dan dapat memantau perkembangan target proyek. Selain itu dengan fitur task list tersebut maka sistem akan membuat pelaporan kinerja secara otomatis.

Abstract

The community service team of academics and students from STMIK Mardira Indonesia has executed a community service initiative at SMA KP Margahayu, focusing on evaluating the necessity of social media ethics education for adolescents and its implementation tactics using a multidimensional framework.  The employed approaches comprised a blend of seminars, practical workshops, and interactive simulations. The research findings demonstrate that incorporating a digital literacy curriculum, interactive training, social campaigns, and collaboration among educational institutions, families, and communities significantly improves knowledge of digital ethics.  The enduring effects encompass enhanced critical thinking abilities, favorable social interactions, and increased safeguarding of digital privacy among adolescents.

Abstract

The community service initiative in Neglasari Village seeks to improve the digital competencies of women participating in the Family Empowerment and Welfare program and local village officials through training on using Google Forms. This program offers a practical understanding of a digital tool for data collection and information-driven decision-making. Furthermore, initiatives are undertaken to emphasize the significance of legal knowledge in everyday life, thereby enhancing participants' comprehension of their rights and responsibilities. The activity's results indicate that the participatory, technology-driven approach enhances participants' digital competencies and elevates legal awareness. Active discussion sessions enhance participants' engagement and motivation to implement their newly acquired information in social circumstances. We advocate frequent conduct of analogous training sessions, with content modified to meet the requirements of the Family Empowerment and Welfare program and local village officials.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to create and implement a website that serves as an information hub and service platform for SLB Negeri Cihaurbeuti Ciamis, catering to students with special needs. The school faces challenges such as limited access to information, delays in data transmission, and inaccuracies that hinder communication among students, teachers, and parents. This activity employs a qualitative methodology with a case study design, incorporating comprehensive interviews and participatory observation to collect insights from all stakeholders. The findings of this activity reveal a critical necessity to revise the current information system and establish a more effective web-based platform. All stakeholders anticipate a cohesive, intuitive system that enhances communication and information dissemination. This program effectively demonstrated that digital technology can improve information accessibility and modernize communication practices in the educational setting. This community service initiative aims to lay the groundwork for subsequent advancements in information systems at SLB Negeri Cihaurbeuti and other educational institutions to enhance the quality of inclusive education.
