Abstract

Abstract

Learning psychology is a branch of science that plays a crucial role in understanding students' learning processes. In educational practice, some learning approaches still do not fully consider psychological aspects, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. Therefore, understanding the scope of learning psychology is crucial, particularly in the context of Islamic Religious Education. This study aims to describe and analyze the scope of learning psychology, including its definition, methods, and benefits in improving learning effectiveness. This study employed a qualitative approach with library research, using books, scientific journal articles, and relevant previous research as data sources. Data collection was conducted through documentation studies, while data analysis employed descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results show that learning psychology addresses not only changes in individual behavior during the learning process but also encompasses cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects influenced by various internal and external factors. Furthermore, learning psychology employs a variety of methods, such as clinical methods, questionnaires, experiments, case studies, and tests, that can be used to gain a deeper understanding of students' conditions. An understanding of learning psychology also provides significant benefits for educators in designing effective learning, creating a conducive learning environment, and optimally developing students' potential

Abstract

A research title is the primary identity of a scientific work, reflecting the focus, objectives, and research approach used. Accuracy in formulating a title is crucial to ensure alignment between the title and the research method. This article aims to examine the concept of qualitative research titles, the characteristics of qualitative research, the differences between qualitative and quantitative research titles, and provide examples of qualitative research titles in the field of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research, namely through a review of books and scientific journals relevant to the research title. The results of the discussion indicate that qualitative research titles are descriptive and exploratory, process- and meaning-oriented, and not formulated in the form of statistical variable testing. The main differences between qualitative and quantitative research titles can be seen in the research objectives to be achieved and how the title is formulated. Thus, understanding the characteristics of qualitative research is crucial for researchers to be able to develop research titles that are appropriate, systematic, and in accordance with the approach used.

Abstract

Epistemology is the study of the sources, nature, and methods of acquiring knowledge. From an Islamic perspective, knowledge is acquired not only through reason and empirical experience, but also through revelation and intuition, which are related to the spiritual dimension of humankind. Understanding these sources of knowledge is crucial in building a foundation for knowledge within the Islamic intellectual tradition. This study aims to examine the construction of the foundation for knowledge in Islam through an epistemological perspective, examining revelation as a source of knowledge and the role of reason and intuition as instruments in understanding and developing knowledge. This study employed a qualitative method with library research. Data were obtained through documentation studies of various relevant literature and analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods. The results show that in Islamic epistemology, revelation serves as a divine source of truth and is the primary foundation for knowledge, while reason and intuition serve as instruments used by humans to understand, develop, and internalize that knowledge. The integration of these three forms a comprehensive and balanced Islamic epistemological system in building a foundation for knowledge.
