Abstract

This study discusses the organization of curriculum in Islamic Education (PAI), which plays a central role in directing the learning process toward achieving the goals of Islamic education developing students who are faithful, knowledgeable, and possess noble character. The PAI curriculum is viewed as an integrated system that encompasses objectives, content, learning strategies, and evaluation, all grounded in Islamic values. Using a library research approach, this study examines the fundamental principles of curriculum development, including tawhid (unity of God), balance, integration, relevance, and continuity. It also explores various curriculum organization models such as the Separated Subject, Correlated, Integrated, the findings reveal that each model has distinctive strengths and characteristics in implementing Islamic values within educational institutions. In facing the challenges of globalization and the digital era, curriculum organization in Islamic education must be developed innovatively through improving teacher competence, integrating science and technology, and strengthening value-based evaluation systems. Therefore, a well-planned and flexible curriculum organization can create holistic, contextual, and relevant learning that meets the needs of modern society while remaining rooted in Islamic principles. Abstract

Qualitative research plays a crucial role in social science and educational studies because it can deeply explore meaning, experiences, and social realities. However, students and novice researchers still lack understanding of the techniques used in qualitative research. Therefore, this study aims to systematically describe and explain various qualitative research techniques. This study employed a qualitative approach with a library research approach. Data were obtained from research methodology books, journal articles, and other scientific literature relevant to the research. Data collection was conducted through document search and analysis, while data analysis employed descriptive qualitative techniques. The results indicate that qualitative research techniques include the selection of data sources and types, the role of the researcher as the primary instrument, observation, in-depth interviews, field notes, the use of documents, and sampling techniques such as purposive, snowball, and maximum variation sampling. A good understanding of these techniques can help researchers conduct qualitative research in a more focused and systematic manner, producing meaningful findings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode survei dalam penelitian kualitatif serta menjelaskan keunggulan dan tantangan penggunaannya dalam pengumpulan data sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan analisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelaahan jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang membahas penelitian survei dalam konteks kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian survei dalam pendekatan kualitatif mampu memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai persepsi, pengalaman, dan pandangan responden terhadap suatu fenomena. Selain itu, metode survei kualitatif juga dinilai efektif untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat kontekstual dan interpretatif melalui penggunaan pertanyaan terbuka, wawancara, dan observasi pendukung. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya tantangan berupa subjektivitas data, keterbatasan generalisasi, dan kebutuhan analisis yang lebih kompleks. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa survei dalam penelitian kualitatif dapat menjadi alternatif metode yang efektif bagi peneliti sosial dan pendidikan dalam memahami fenomena secara lebih mendalam dan komprehensif.

Abstract

Meskipun metode ibrah telah menjadi perhatian dalam berbagai penelitian pendidikan Islam, kajian yang secara khusus membahas penerapannya sebagai strategi pembelajaran nilai dalam konteks pendidikan modern dan Society 5.0 masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, langkah penerapan, serta implikasi metode ibrah dalam pembelajaran nilai pada pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui telaah berbagai sumber literatur seperti Al-Qur’an, hadis, buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis melalui analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ibrah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan internalisasi nilai moral peserta didik melalui penguatan aspek afektif, spiritual, dan reflektif. Penerapan metode ini dilakukan melalui pemilihan kisah bernilai, penyampaian kisah secara menarik, refleksi dan tadabbur, penguatan nilai, aplikasi dalam kehidupan nyata, serta evaluasi perilaku peserta didik. Selain itu, metode ibrah relevan diterapkan pada era Society 5.0 melalui integrasi media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode ibrah merupakan strategi pembelajaran nilai yang holistik dalam membentuk generasi muslim yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

A research title is the primary identity of a scientific work, reflecting the focus, objectives, and research approach used. Accuracy in formulating a title is crucial to ensure alignment between the title and the research method. This article aims to examine the concept of qualitative research titles, the characteristics of qualitative research, the differences between qualitative and quantitative research titles, and provide examples of qualitative research titles in the field of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research, namely through a review of books and scientific journals relevant to the research title. The results of the discussion indicate that qualitative research titles are descriptive and exploratory, process- and meaning-oriented, and not formulated in the form of statistical variable testing. The main differences between qualitative and quantitative research titles can be seen in the research objectives to be achieved and how the title is formulated. Thus, understanding the characteristics of qualitative research is crucial for researchers to be able to develop research titles that are appropriate, systematic, and in accordance with the approach used.

Abstract

Qualitative research is a research approach aimed at understanding social phenomena in depth through the exploration of meanings, experiences, and perspectives of individuals or groups. This study aims to examine the concept of theory in qualitative research and the role of theory in the research process. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data were obtained from various sources such as books, scientific journals, and other relevant literature related to qualitative research theory. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation by reading, reviewing, and analyzing various sources related to qualitative research theory. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis to explain the concepts and roles of theory in qualitative research. The results of the study indicate that theory in qualitative research has a flexible role and can be used at various stages of research, namely as an initial lens (prefigured theory), as a theory emerging from data (grounded theory), and as a final reflection on research findings. Therefore, broad theoretical knowledge is essential for qualitative researchers in order to understand phenomena deeply and produce systematic and meaningful research.

Abstract

Qualitative research requires systematic data management to produce valid and scientifically accountable findings. This article aims to examine the concepts, techniques, and procedures of data collection, data presentation, and data analysis in qualitative research. The study employs a literature review method by analyzing various scholarly sources related to qualitative research methodology. The findings indicate that data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation, which function to obtain in-depth information while ensuring data credibility. Data presentation is the process of organizing and displaying data in the form of narratives, tables, graphs, or matrices to facilitate understanding and analysis. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification in a continuous and interactive manner. Data trustworthiness in qualitative research can be enhanced through triangulation, prolonged engagement, persistent observation, member checking, and audit trails. Therefore, the success of qualitative research largely depends on the appropriateness of data collection techniques, the systematic presentation of data, and the rigor of data analysis, resulting in credible, accurate, and meaningful findings that contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

Abstract

Strategic planning is a crucial foundation for maintaining the sustainability, relevance, and competitive advantage of educational institutions amidst the rapid dynamics of global change. This article aims to analyze seven fundamental aspects of strategic educational planning: self-evaluation, formulation of vision, mission, and objectives, identification of strategic issues, development of strategic programs, and determination of targets and achievement strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data were obtained from books, articles, and documents relevant to the field of educational management and strategic planning. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of strategic planning depends not only on the completeness of administrative documents but also on the alignment between the institution's internal conditions and the external challenges faced. This analysis emphasizes the importance of leadership commitment and the active participation of all stakeholders in translating strategic plans into concrete actions. The results of the study indicate that strategic planning can be a foundation for developing directed, adaptive, and sustainable educational management. Through the implementation of integrated strategic planning, educational institutions can improve the effectiveness of organizational management and strengthen competitiveness in facing various challenges and changes in the educational environment.
