Abstract

Sustainability integration has become a strategic foundation for firms seeking to enhance corporate value in the green economy era. Increasing regulatory pressure, shifting consumer preferences toward environmentally friendly products, and the expansion of green finance have encouraged companies to embed sustainability into their operational, financial, innovation, human resource, and governance systems. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review approach to identify and synthesize empirical findings from 54 selected articles following the PRISMA procedure. The results show that sustainability integration enhances corporate value through three primary mechanisms: operational efficiency, legitimacy and reputation enhancement, and strengthened innovation capacity. Supporting factors such as green finance, green HRM, and ESG governance further reinforce this relationship, while challenges including regulatory uncertainty, internal capability gaps, and limitations in sustainability measurement may hinder integration effectiveness. The study concludes that companies that strategically and cross-functionally integrate sustainability practices tend to achieve higher market valuation and long-term business resilience. This research reinforces the view that sustainability integration is not merely a compliance obligation but a core strategic approach for building enduring corporate value.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Human Resource Management (HRM) has become a major focus for many organizations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. One of the most prominent aspects is the implementation of automation in various HR processes, from recruitment, training, to performance appraisal. This study aims to analyze the effect of automation on the productivity and well-being of employees in the organization. By using quantitative methods through surveys to employees in several companies, the results showed that the implementation of automation in the HR sector can increase work productivity, reduce administrative burden, and provide more time for employees to focus on more strategic tasks. In addition, automation enables organizations to take more accurate, data-driven decisions, thereby increasing the effectiveness of HR strategies. However, automation also poses new challenges, including anxiety related to work roles, adaptation to technology, and employee mental well-being. Lack of training and effective communication can trigger resistance from employees to the changes taking place. Therefore, it is important for organizations to consider a balanced approach between technology and human aspects in the implementation of automation in HR management, including communication strategies and employee skill development so that the digital transition can run smoothly and sustainably.

Abstract

The energy transition has increased the availability of renewable energy services at the household level; however, consumer acceptance remains lower than technological potential. This study aims to examine the influence of behavioral economics factors on consumer acceptance of renewable energy services in everyday energy use. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) with data collected from 220 household consumers. The study analyzes behavioral bias and social norms as independent variables and consumer acceptance as the dependent variable. The results reveal that behavioral bias has a negative and significant effect on consumer acceptance, while social norms exert a positive and significant influence. These findings confirm that household energy decisions are not purely rational but are shaped by psychological tendencies and social dynamics. This study highlights the importance of incorporating behavioral economics perspectives to better explain consumer behavior and to design more effective and behaviorally responsive renewable energy policies and services.

Abstract

The global energy transition has reshaped business dynamics and capital markets through the rise of the green economy and carbon investment as the new foundation of corporate competitiveness. This study analyzes how companies in Indonesia formulate green business strategies while optimizing carbon investment to sustain competitive advantage during the global energy shift. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines was employed to identify, screen, and synthesize 24 relevant scientific articles published between 2018 and 2025. The findings reveal that corporate sustainability strategies rely not only on low-carbon technological innovation, energy efficiency, and supply-chain transformation but also on the implementation of carbon investment, participation in carbon credit markets, and access to ESG-based financing. The integration of green economy and carbon investment enhances corporate market reputation, reduces regulatory risks, lowers capital costs, and creates new revenue opportunities through carbon asset monetization. This study concludes that the success of Indonesian companies in navigating the global energy transition is determined by their ability to position the green economy and carbon investment as the core of their long-term business strategies.

Abstract

Telemedicine has emerged as an innovative solution to address inequities in healthcare access in remote regions, particularly in developing countries facing geographical constraints and uneven distribution of health workers. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of how telemedicine can support equitable healthcare delivery through an evidence-based systematic approach. Using a PRISMA-guided Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the study synthesized 54 eligible articles identified from 412 publications. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of telemedicine is strongly influenced by digital infrastructure readiness, healthcare workforce competence, socio-cultural acceptance, and policy sustainability. Persistent challenges including unstable connectivity, low digital literacy, workforce overload, and fragmented governance continue to hinder optimal deployment in remote settings. The study concludes that telemedicine can serve as a viable equity-enhancing tool only when structurally integrated into the health system, supported by strategic investments in infrastructure, continuous professional training, and community-centered implementation models. These findings offer a foundation for developing more inclusive and sustainable digital health transformation strategies

Abstract

This research endeavours to explore the complexities and prospects associated with the incorporation of educational technology into the 2013 Curriculum, aiming to elevate the standard of learning outcomes. Adopting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) framework guided by PRISMA protocols, the study systematically examines a wide array of scholarly works to gain insights into the evolution, constraints, and strategic applications of technology within the educational landscape. The analytical procedure encompasses the formulation of key research inquiries, the establishment of stringent inclusion and exclusion benchmarks, comprehensive literature retrieval from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and JSTOR, meticulous article screening, data coding, and the synthesis of core findings. From an initial pool of 229 publications, a mere 21 articles satisfied the rigorous inclusion criteria after an exhaustive selection process. The analysis underscores several critical obstacles in the realm of technology integration, including disparities in digital infrastructure accessibility, inadequate technological proficiency among educators, resource scarcity in underdeveloped regions, and prevailing socio-cultural apprehensions towards the assimilation of technological tools in educational environments. Nevertheless, the study also highlights promising avenues, such as the strategic adoption of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, the expansion of e-learning ecosystems and digital platforms, alongside robust governmental initiatives aimed at fostering digital transformation within the education sector. Ultimately, the findings affirm that the effective integration of technology into the 2013 Curriculum possesses substantial potential to revolutionise learning quality, contingent upon the implementation of well-crafted policies, sustained professional development for educators, and the equitable distribution of technological resources throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the green communication strategies used by commercial brands in environmental campaigns and evaluate how Millennials and Gen Z respond to these messages. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis of digital campaigns of several commercial brands and in-depth interviews with respondents from Millennials and Gen Z. The results show that green communication strategies that emphasize sustainability storytelling, transparency, and interactive participation on social media are more effective in building engagement and loyalty of young consumers. Millennials tend to value long-term brand consistency on environmental issues, while Gen Z demands more instant transparency and direct interaction. This study confirms that message authenticity is a determining factor in the success of environmental campaigns as well as strategic differentiation in building a sustainable brand image.
