Abstract

The rapid digital transformation requires human resources (HR) to adapt to various new technologies in the work environment. This research aims to analyze the level of readiness of human resources in facing the implementation of digital technology, identify the digital competencies needed, and formulate relevant training strategies based on actual needs. The research method employed was a descriptive, quantitative approach using a survey of 120 respondents from the service and public administration sectors. The results show that HR readiness levels vary, with younger generations and operational job positions exhibiting higher readiness than senior generations and top-level management. The most essential digital competencies include basic digital literacy, data analysis skills, software utilization for work, cybersecurity, and digital communication. The primary implication of these findings is the need for initial competency mapping and the implementation of need-based training to address the challenges of digital transformation effectively. The study also identified implementation barriers, including budget constraints, resistance to change, and lack of top management support. These findings make a crucial contribution to the development of adaptive and sustainable HR strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri yang terdiri dari RA Rodia Fitri Indiriani, Fitria Marisya, Hatidah, Marsinah, dan M. Bambang Purwanto berfokus pada pelestarian tradisi Perayaan Cap Gomeh di Pulau Kemaro, Palembang. Program ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi budaya Cap Gomeh, sebuah perayaan penting bagi komunitas Tionghoa di Palembang, yang mulai tergerus oleh modernisasi dan kurangnya keterlibatan generasi muda. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pelestarian tradisi Cap Gomeh. Tim dosen bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk sekolah-sekolah dan institusi pendidikan, untuk melibatkan generasi muda dalam prosesi dan kegiatan seni, serta menyelenggarakan seminar dan lokakarya tentang nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam perayaan tersebut. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, terutama di kalangan generasi muda, serta pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai nilai-nilai budaya Tionghoa. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan sumber daya dan partisipasi masyarakat non-Tionghoa, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya yaitu pelestarian dan penguatan identitas budaya komunitas Tionghoa di Palembang. Kesimpulannya, program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya pelestarian budaya lokal dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat lainnya di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how student learning results, teacher professional development, and the efficacy of school administration are affected by the shift in leadership in the digital age in technology-driven management of education governance. A qualitative research approach was used in the study's design, and semi-structured interviews with teachers, students, and school administrators were used to collect data. Triangulation method was used in the research to analyse school policy documents and practices pertaining to technology integration. At SD Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang, the results demonstrated a considerable improvement in students' academic performance through technology-based education management. Personalized learning materials are made available to students through the use of educational software and online resources, which also improves academic performance. Furthermore, the use of digital platforms for feedback and evaluation has made it easier for teachers to monitor students' progress in real time and effectively, enabling them to offer focused interventions. The present study underscores the noteworthy influence of technology-driven education governance on the academic achievements of students, the professional growth of educators, and the efficiency of school administration at SD Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang. The study points up a number of integration-related difficulties that school administrators must carefully analyse and handle. The study's recommendations are intended to address these issues and enhance the efficacy of SD Muhammadiyah 14 Palembang's technology-based education management in the digital age.
