Abstract

The purpose of this research is to calculate and analyze the break-even point on UD Furniture door products. Nadya Galunggung in 2019. The development of door product production at UD Furniture. Nadya Galunggung in 2019 it can be said that the amount of production is unstable, causing the number of production requests to fluctuate. So far, the magnitude of the benefits obtained is not known with certainty. Because until now the Furniture UD. Nadya Galunggung does not calculate the break-even point to plan their operating profit in the coming period. The data analysis technique used to analyze or calculate the break-even point on UD Furniture door products. Nadya Galunggung, the author uses a mathematical approach and a graphical approach and then proves the break-even point (TR=RC). From the analysis of the break-even point, it is expected that UD Furniture. Nadya Galunggung can use it as an input in developing company activities, especially in knowing the benefits. The conclusion of this paper is from the results of the calculation of break-even point analysis based on 2019 data, the production volume of UD Furniture doors. Nadya Galunggung obtained a break-even point in units of 241 units of doors and in rupiah of Rp. 438,508,000. Then the production volume of UD Furniture doors is obtained. Nadya Galunggung occurs when the production volume is 241 units of doors, if the selling price is considered fixed, namely Rp. 1,400,000 per door unit, then the revenue obtained at the break-even point is when the production volume value is Rp. 438,508,000. These figures can be a reference for UD Furniture. Nadya Galunggung to plan minimum sales to make a profit. Keyword: Break-even Point

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the production forecast for sofa chairs at Erlan Furniture for the next 3 year period from 2022-2024. Mebel Erlan is a company furniture sector, that manufacture and sale of sofa chairs according to consumer demand based on the order data obtained. The production of sofa chairs is always increasing in every year. In this study used Linear Trend Analysis with the Least Squares Method using the equation Y = a + bx and to determine the accuracy of known forecasts used Standard Error of Estimate Analysis. From the results of the forecasting analysis it is expected that Erlan Furniture can be used as an input in developing company activities, especially in knowing the number of products that must be produced. The results of the calculated of the Linear Trend Analysis can be seen that the forecast for sofa chair production at Erlan Furniture is that in 2022 there will be 113 Sofa Chair Units, in 2023 there will be 114 sofa chairs, and in 2024 there will be 115 sofa chairs. Standard Error of Estimate Analysis Calculation, shows that the level of error from the results of production forecasting calculations is 14 sofa chairs. These figures can be a reference for Erlan Furniture to plan the number of products that must be produced to fulfill consumer needs. Keyword: Forcasting Production

Abstract

Financial preparation is an important factor for final year students in facing the world of work. This study aims to classify the financial readiness of final year students using the Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms based on 15 attributes related to economic conditions, financial behavior, and financial literacy. Data were obtained from 85 final year students of the Business Administration Department of Ambon State Polytechnic and processed using the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) technique to address class imbalance. Testing was conducted using WEKA software with a 10-fold cross-validation method. The results showed that the Naive Bayes algorithm produced an accuracy of 96.6667%, a precision of 96.7%, a recall of 96.7%, and an ROC Area of 0.9988. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm produced an accuracy of 80.0%, a precision of 80.4%, a recall of 80.0%, and an ROC Area of 0.8703. These results indicate that Naive Bayes outperforms K-NN in classifying the financial readiness of final-year students. Furthermore, the application of SMOTE has been shown to improve the model's ability to recognize minority classes, resulting in a more balanced and representative classification.

Abstract

Agriculture is the field closest to people's lives, especially in rural areas. The government must continue to provide advice and in this case the Western Moluccas Department of Agriculture is responsible for contributing to these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction through motivation in the SBB District Department of Agriculture. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique and the research sample includes 42 employees. The data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires were then analyzed using inferential statistical analysis techniques, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3 software. This study shows that organizational culture and leadership style do not directly affect job satisfaction. However, organizational culture and leadership style have an indirect impact on job satisfaction through work motivation.
