The test results after fulfilling the validity and reliability tests with SPSS25 tools produce the following regression equation: Y = 4.264 + 0.337 (visibility) + 0.142 (credibility) + 0.311 (attraction) + 0.752 (power) + e. The partial and simultaneous analysis results positively or significantly influence consumer buying interest in social media users. Simultaneous research results Vis CAP has a significant effect seen from the results of the coefficient of determination of 57.8%, while other variables outside the research model influence the remaining 42.2%.

Abstract

This qualitative interpretative research aims at scientifically testing the signs and symbols of sharia economic values in the equitable distribution of justice in the Quran based on the semiotic discourse of the Quran and describes their significance in the economic sphere. Economic values and principles are presented in the Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261, which explains the meaning of charity with its seven-hundred-fold reward for whoever gives charity. Semiotics, as one approach to the Quran study, attempts to construct the meaning of language with a sign system. The marking interpretation method is to synergize between the mark and the marker, which leads to a new representation of the meaning. Based on semiotic reading, socio-economic justice may be realized through several ways: Eliminating monopolies; Guaranteeing all parties’ rights and opportunities for active participation in the economic processes, including production, distribution, circulation and consumption; Ensuring fulfillment of the basic needs of every community member; and conducting socio-economic security assurance mandate for survival and assisting the weak.

Abstract

Introduction: Employee retention is a critical factor in maintaining human resource stability within organizations. Leadership style and work stress are two major factors that influence employees’ decisions to remain in a company. Effective leadership enhances employee motivation and commitment, whereas excessive work stress tends to reduce employee retention levels. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Serba Ada Mulia Godean Store. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Results: The results of the validity and reliability tests confirmed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The multiple regression analysis showed an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.908, indicating that 90.8% of employee retention variation is explained by leadership style and work stress. The t-test revealed that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee retention (p < 0.05), while work stress has a significant negative effect (p < 0.05). Discussion: The findings demonstrate that supportive and effective leadership increases employee retention through enhanced job satisfaction and engagement, while high work stress levels negatively affect employee loyalty and organizational commitment. Therefore, companies should promote supportive leadership practices and implement effective stress management strategies to maintain a stable and productive workforce.
