Abstract

                    Globalization has had consequences for every organization to implement changes on its internal side. The internal side of the organization includes managing human resources, organizational policy, and situational conditions at the company. Human resources are a driver of creativity and innovation in a company that will increase the reputation and profit of the company in a long period of time. The competition causes banking companies always developing the working system thus providing encouragement for employees both from basic employees to management level to always be active in and have advantages in understanding their job desk. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), tbk is one of the Banking Company that always makes changes in both the operational system and human resources to achieve maksimum work result and fair treatment of all employees in accordance with the quality and quantity of their work so that employees feel committed to the organization Organizational citizenship behavior is expected to change the mindset where an employee does not only master an ability to work in accordance with his main task, but also can have the ability to other units outside the job desk. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on OCB through affective commitment.                    This research is descriptive and verification analysis. The method used is the survey method. While the sampling technique is a saturated sample with a total sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis in this research using PLS (Partial Least Square) Analysis. The result show that distributive justice, procedural justice has a significant effect on affective commitments that have an impact on OCB.                    The contribution of this research is to provide advice to managers especially in banking companies to arrange strategies and implement policies related to the management of human resources appropriately And create human resources with all their best abilities to play an extra role in doing their work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan Owabong Park Purbalingga dengan reward sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian 112 karyawan tetap Owabong Park Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan alat Smart PLS Versi 3.0. Uji yang digunakan outer model,uji inner model, serta uji mediasi dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji validitas menunjukkan nilai loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE lebih dari 0,5 dinyatakan valid, pada uji reliabilitas nilai Composite Reliability dan Cronbach’s Alpha diatas 0,7 dinyatakan valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,009. Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada kinerja karyawan, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,122. Motivasi kerja terhadap reward, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor diatas 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,002. Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap reward, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor lebih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,000. Reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, dengan uji loading faktor diatas 0,7 dan nilai AVE 0,000. Dalam uji mediasi reward mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawa. Peneliti hanya meneliti karyawan di Owabong Park Purbalingga, penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas objek penelitian baik di wilayah Jawa Tengah maupun di Indonesia. Peneliti hanya mengandalkan 1 teori, yaitu teori Human Capital. Variabel yang di teliti hanya motivasi kerja, OCB, reward dan kinerja karyawan, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya bisa memperluas variabel variabel lainya.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Reward, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah merambah ke bidang pemasaran digital bagipara pelaku bisnis. Salah satu alat pemasaran digital adalah media sosial. Media sosial dapatmembantu pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan dan menjual produk, salah satunya UMKM.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM khususnya di desa Melung kecamatanKedungbanteng adalah pemasarannya masih door to door, dititipkan ke warung dan promosidari mulut ke mulut. Hal ini menyebabkan wilayah pemasaran dan cakupan penjualan produkmenjadi kecil. Sehingga perkembangan usaha para pelaku UMKM tidak berkembang pesat.Hal ini berdampak pada pendapatan yang tidak bertambah, jumlah produk yang terjual tidakbertambah dan cakupan wilayah pemasaran tidak luas. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihanbagi para pelaku UMKM di desa Melung, para pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan mediasosial sebagai alat pemasaran digital sehingga wilayah promosi menjadi lebih luas danmembantu dalam menjual produk serta memberikan dan mengajarkan pentingnya brandingbagi usaha yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

Desa Bongas yang berada daerah dilereng pegunungan mempunyai cukup banyak lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pesawahan dan perkebunan. Singkong merrupakan salah satu tanaman umbi yang dibudidayakan kemudian proses menjadi produk makanan berupa keripik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan sebagai upaya penerapan strategi penjualan, yang berupa branding dan pengemasan agar dapat mengoptimalkan daya saing dan mutu produk yang berkualitas. Tingkat keberhasilan dari produk ini dicapai dengan meningkatnya volume penjualan dan produk dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM keripik singkong masyarakat Desa Bongas kecamatan Watukumpul Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah berupa pendampingan. Keterlibatan pendampingan dimulai dengan berkonsultasi dengan pelaku UMKM keripik singkong terkait proses pembuatan, sosialisasi pentingnya merk usaha produk, label pengemasan dan desain pengemasan yang menarik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa strategi dalam penjualan keripik berupa informasi terkait lokasi dan nomor penjual, pemberian merk usaha, label kemasan, dan pengemasan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and organizational justice on employee performance at Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS. The results showed that work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and organizational justice had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation and work environment have a strong positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline and organizational justice have a moderate positive influence on employee performance. So, Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang needs to focus on increasing employee motivation and work environment, as well as improving work discipline and organizational justice to improve employee performance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pliken Village is one of the villages in Kembaran Sub-district, Banyumas Regency, which is rich in agricultural potential. The majority of the community work as farmers, but many also work as soybean tempe artisans. Farmers have not realized the importance of environmentally friendly products in agricultural production due to a lack of knowledge of the good and sustainable impacts of environmentally friendly products. In addition, the large number of tempe craftsmen makes Pliken Village the center of soybean tempe production. The high potential of soybean tempe production must be balanced with the widespread marketing of Pliken Village soybean tempe products. One strategy in marketing is seen from product packaging. There is no product labeling on soybean tempe products in Pliken Village. Product labeling will make Pliken Village's tempe soybean famous. In an effort to make farmers aware of the good impact of environmentally friendly products and the importance of product labeling on soybean tempe, it is necessary to empower agricultural productivity by using environmentally friendly products and marketing strategies through labeling. The solution offered is to provide information related to the concept of environmentally friendly products and training in making environmentally friendly products, as well as the concept of marketing strategies with product labeling. The targets of this service are active farmer groups and soybean tempe craftsmen. The methods used are lectures/counseling, mentoring, and direct practice of making environmentally friendly products. Activities began with an environmentally friendly product workshop, then socialization of marketing strategies through product labeling.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, brand image, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Ventela shoes on the Shopee marketplace. The research subjects were the general public, with sampling using purposive sampling method, with a total sample size of 102 people. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) online customer review has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) online customer rating has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, 3) brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and 4) price perception has no influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of investment knowledge, investment motivation, technological developments and financial literacy on investment interest. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data source used in this research is primary data, using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via the Google From link. The population in this study were active FEB students at Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto who had opened stock accounts at the Sharia Investment Gallery of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University Purwokerto (GISBEI FEB UMP), totaling 3,104 students. The data analysis method in this research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis program version 3.0. In this study, all instruments were valid and reliable. The research results show that investment knowledge has a positive and insignificant effect on investment interest. Investment motivation has a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Technological developments have a positive and insignificant effect on investment interest. And financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Flash Sales on Impulsive Buying during the Shopee Twin Date Promo Event among Students. This type of research is quantitative, using a purposive sampling technique involving 244 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationships between variables. The research results show that fear of missing out, hedonistic shopping motivation, and flash sales positively and significantly impact impulsive buying. The implication of this research is to assist companies in designing effective marketing strategies by leveraging the emotional appeal triggered by FoMO, creating enjoyable shopping experiences to enhance consumers' hedonistic shopping motivation, and utilizing flash sale-based promotions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 133 responden pada karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan emotional intelligence secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan emotional intelligence secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
