Abstract

This study discusses/describes the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Village Regulations in Increasing Community Participation. In this modern era, the active role of the community in village development and decision-making at the local level is increasingly urgent to be realized. Public participation in general in the making of laws and regulations, the development of organizational decisions, and governance processes that affect the quality of life of the general public is highly encouraged. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with a literature approach. The data collection technique used in this study is library research. Based on this study, the researcher found that the success of village regulations is highly dependent on community involvement, transparent management of village funds, and effective implementation. Strategies such as capacity building, collaboration with external parties, and socialization are needed to create inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable regulations. Community involvement strengthens a sense of belonging, increases participation, and encourages synergy for equitable and sustainable village development.

Abstract

This research discusses/describes the Quality of Leadership and the Changes in the National Legal System: An Islamic Law Perspective in Theoretical Review. The success of a nation in organizing its legal system is not only determined by formal aspects such as legislation and institutions but is also significantly influenced by the quality of leadership that guides the direction of legal development. The transformation of Islamic law within the national legal system is a structural and cultural effort to achieve an ideal legal order that meets the needs of the nation (Qomariyah, 2015). The research method used in this study is qualitative with a literature review approach. The data collection technique utilized in this research is library research. Based on this research, the researcher finds that the quality of leadership plays a crucial role in implementing effective changes in the national legal system, where every policy must consider the long-term impacts. Based on this research, the researcher found that the quality of leaders plays an important role in implementing effective changes to the national legal system, where every policy must consider the long-term impact on society.

Abstract

Di tengah beragamnya kuliner Nusantara, Soto Medan menjadi salah satu hidangan khas yang mampu mencuri perhatian penikmat kuliner lokal maupun mancanegara. Hidangan berkuah santan ini bukan sekadar makanan sehari-hari, tetapi juga cerminan kekayaan budaya dan sejarah panjang masyarakat Medan yang multietnis. Soto Medan merupakan salah satu makanan produk lokal. Berbeda dengan soto dari daerah lain di Indonesia, seperti Soto Betawi yang kental dan gurih atau Soto Lamongan yang bening dan segar, Soto Medan memiliki cita rasa yang unik: perpaduan santan yang gurih, rempah-rempah yang harum, serta topping yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis perlindungan hukum indikasi geografis terhadap makanan khas soto medan sebagai produk lokal: studi kasus persepsi pelaku usaha kuliner soto medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dkokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Soto Medan sebagai makanan khas dan produk lokal memiliki karakteristik unik, reputasi, serta keterkaitan kuat dengan wilayah geografis Kota Medan sehingga secara substantif layak untuk memperoleh Perlindungan Hukum Indikasi Geografis.
