Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha dan kelompok masyarakat untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Namun, sebagian kelompok masyarakat pedesaan, seperti Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Melati di Desa Karangpucung, Kabupaten Purbalingga, masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, baik karena kurangnya literasi maupun infrastruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan kemampuan pemasaran digital KWT Melati melalui penerapan Google Sites sebagai media promosi daring. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi dan wawancara kebutuhan mitra, perancangan situs web, pelatihan teknis pembuatan Google Sites, serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2025 dengan melibatkan anggota KWT Melati dan petani Agroeduwisata Chandra Kahuripan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya pemasaran digital dan keterampilan dasar pembuatan situs web. Situs Google Sites yang dihasilkan telah memuat profil kelompok, produk, lokasi, serta tautan ke media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Google Sites efektif digunakan sebagai sarana promosi digital yang sederhana, murah, dan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas KWT Melati di ranah digital.

Abstract

This study explores the economic resilience and challenges faced by women farmers engaged in collective agricultural ventures in the districts of Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, and Banyumas, Indonesia. Women farmers’ groups, known locally as Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), play a vital role in rural agricultural economies by fostering cooperative farming, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. Despite their contributions, these women encounter multifaceted challenges, including limited access to capital, market barriers, infrastructural constraints, and entrenched gender norms. Employing a mixed qualitative approach of surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions, this research reveals how KWT membership enhances household income, financial autonomy, and decision-making power among women. Livelihood diversification and social capital emerge as key strategies supporting economic resilience. However, persistent barriers like capital scarcity, infrastructure limitations, and generational engagement risks threaten sustainability. The study recommends targeted policy interventions to strengthen institutional support, financial inclusion, youth engagement, gender-sensitive policies, and market access to sustain and amplify these gains. These findings contribute contextualized insights into women’s economic empowerment through collective agriculture, informing stakeholders on advancing equitable and resilient rural development in Indonesia.

Abstract

School discipline often prioritizes compliance and sanctions over guidance that respects students' dignity. This study analyzes the implementation of humanistic student management in strengthening discipline and school culture at SMAN 1 Sokaraja. A qualitative case study design was employed. Informants were purposively selected and included the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, a guidance and counseling teacher, a teacher or homeroom teacher, students, representatives of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) and the Class Representative Council (MPK), and a parent. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis and were analyzed thematically through coding, categorization, theme development, and interpretation. Trustworthiness was enhanced through source and method triangulation. The findings show that humanistic student management is implemented through preventive habituation, dialogue before decisions are made, tiered guidance, student involvement in correcting mistakes, confidentiality in counseling services, and family collaboration. A culture of discipline is reinforced through the 5S Greeting Duty Program, punctual assemblies, teacher role modeling, student leadership, and digital feedback channels. Implementation, however, is constrained by inconsistent practices among educators, public reprimands that cause discomfort for some students, limitations in teachers' emotional regulation, and differences between school and family values. The study proposes a humanistic student management cycle comprising preventive habituation, diagnostic dialogue, proportional and restorative responses, collaborative support, and organizational reflection. Sustainable discipline requires a balance among firmness, dialogue, role modeling, participation, and respect for students' dignity.
