Abstract

PT.XYZ So research was carried out so that we could find the critical path for a house construction project using the CPM method, the duration of the critical path for building a house, and how much budget was spent on building a house using the CPM method. CPM is a project management concept which is interpreted in a network image that marks project activities from start to finish with the aim of determining the critical path and PERT is a network model that is able to determine the completion time of activities. The aim is to assess and review development projects and requires three calculations. optimistic, pessimistic and realistic. The results of this research show that house construction project work using the CPM method has a work duration of 182 days, a decrease of 118 days from the actual duration and the costs incurred in this work are IDR 1,956,043,000. can reduce the budget by IDR 771,914,000/35% of the actual budget. The house construction project produces a Te value of 182.48 and a standard deviation value of 8.09 and has a probability of 53.59% if the project is completed within 182 days. However, if you use the assumption that the project can be completed within 190 days, the probability is 83.89%.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kompetensi pelaku UMKM di RW. 10 Kelurahan Banjar Agung, Cipocok Jaya, Kota Serang, khususnya melalui penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk keperluan penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM warga. Pada tahap awal, tim abdimas melakukan survei untuk menilai kondisi dan lokasi tempat kegiatan. Selain itu, tim juga penyusunan materi yang akan digunakan untuk kegiatan pelatihan. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi presentasi, disertai dengan sesi tanya jawab, serta latihan praktis. Kegiatan ini yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan Microsoft Excel untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM, yang secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi terkait penggunaan komputer, telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Umpan balik yang diterima menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Mereka merasa bahwa mereka telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang berharga. Warga RW 10 Kelurahan Banjar Agung menyatakan kepuasan dan apresiasi yang cukup besar terhadap pelatihan yang ditawarkan. Mereka mengakui bahwa pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam menggunakan Ms Excel akan secara signifikan memfasilitasi kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Pendekatan ini akan secara signifikan mengurangi ketergantungan pada kertas untuk penyimpanan data penghuni, sehingga mengurangi potensi risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan.

Abstract

This study seeks to enhance the logistics system of a logistics company through the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies. The focus is on optimizing efficiency and quality within the logistics system to meet competitive market demands. The issue at hand is the potential for breakdowns in manufacturing and distribution processes, which may impede overall performance. The aim is to detect possible failures, assess failure risks using the Fuzzy FMEA method, and improve decision-making through the AHP method. The research methodology includes a literature review, data analysis, and the use of Expert Choice software for weight calculations and rankings. Data were collected from the decision-makers involved in the company. The findings show that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies can effectively identify potential failures, assess risks with greater accuracy, and prioritize improvement measures within the logistics framework of a traditional bag factory. In summary, the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methodologies can enhance risk management and decision-making within the logistics system, mitigate failure risks, optimize production and distribution processes, and more effectively meet client requirements. This integration presents an innovative approach to improving logistics systems.

Abstract

Sebagai komunitas kolaboratif, posisi ekonomi masyarakat Sindangsari diukur dengan indikator Desa Membangun, yang menunjukkan perkembangannya. Desa-desa yang sedang berkembang rentan terhadap guncangan ekonomi, bencana alam, dan perselisihan sosial, yang dapat memperburuk posisi mereka. Untuk menyukseskan proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini, kami melakukan survei terhadap sumber daya lokal yang unik di Desa Mitra. Kami bekerja sama dengan UKM makanan ringan desa mitra dalam survei ini. Kelompok UKM Keripik Singkong mitra kami. Program ini memperkuat usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) desa mitra untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha produk mereka. Dengan demikian, layanan ini harus memberikan instruksi tentang penggunaan teknik Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk merepresentasikan, menilai, dan membuat model bisnis berbasis produk untuk proses manufaktur. Mitra UKM juga mendapatkan bantuan untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi (HPP), yang sangat penting dalam penentuan harga produk untuk menghindari kerugian finansial. Analisis BMC dan pendampingan mitra UKM membantu menentukan biaya produksi. Proposisi nilai, segmentasi pelanggan, hubungan pelanggan, saluran, sumber daya penting, aktivitas, kolaborasi, struktur biaya, dan aliran pendapatan dianalisis. Kualitas produk, proses pemasaran, pendapatan, dan infrastruktur UKM meningkat dengan prosedur ini. Menghitung harga pokok produksi dapat membantu usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) meningkatkan kelayakan finansial produk mereka dan menghindari kegagalan pemasaran.

Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan terhadap prosedur dan standar Lembaga Masalah Kelistrikan (LMK) PLN, peralatan dan kabel listrik di bawah standar, serta pemasangan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan menjadi penyebab utama kebakaran di rumah tangga. Data sementara Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Bekasi mencatat sebanyak 124 kejadian kebakaran, dengan mayoritas disebabkan oleh faktor kelistrikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi kelistrikan yang dilakukan oleh para dosen di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya menunjukkan komitmen universitas terhadap lingkungan dan pengurangan biaya dengan mempromosikan efisiensi energi di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

This research is driven by the necessity for effective and high-quality maintenance systems capable of fulfilling rigorous equipment maintenance standards. The purpose of this study was to identify potential failures in an air knocker, evaluate the risk of failure through the Fuzzy FMEA approach, and optimize decision-making using the AHP method. This study was based on theories related to maintenance, Fuzzy FMEA, and AHP. The research methodologies employed comprised a literature review, data analysis, and the application of Expert Choice software to compute weights and ratings according to pertinent criteria. The results showed that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods was effective in identifying potential failures, evaluating risks more accurately, and prioritizing optimal corrective actions in the maintenance system. This study suggests that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods can improve risk management and decision-making in maintenance systems. This strategy assists organizations in mitigating the risk of failure, enhancing efficiency, and more effectively addressing process requirements. This methodology enables a more comprehensive examination of risk variables and the efficient management of uncertainties, as well as the decision-making process for assessing the risks associated with air knocker operations.

Abstract

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that can have negative impacts on victims, perpetrators, and bystanders. This community service program aimed to increase students’ awareness of bullying, its various forms, and strategies for prevention and intervention. The activities were conducted at junior high schools using interactive counseling, case studies, group discussions, and role-playing methods. Evaluation was carried out through surveys, pre-tests, and post-tests. The results showed a 43.35% increase in students’ understanding. Approximately 91% of students understood the types of bullying, 89% felt more confident in reporting incidents, and 86% demonstrated a better understanding of the bystander's role. Role-playing activities were particularly effective in fostering empathy and social awareness. It is hoped that, through this program, students will be better equipped to recognize and avoid bullying behavior, and contribute to creating a safer, more inclusive, and bullying-free school environment.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi tantangan utama dalam upaya mengurangi beban tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Larva BSF mampu mengurai sampah organik secara efisien dan menghasilkan biomassa tinggi protein (maggot) serta frass sebagai pupuk organik. Metode Pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi pemberian pakan sampah organik kepada larva BSF dan pemantauan pertumbuhan serta hasil reduksi sampah selama 12 hari. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa larva BSF mampu mereduksi hingga 70% sampah organik, menghasilkan ±2,2 kg maggot dan ±3 kg frass dari 10 kg sampah. Potensi ekonomi dari produk ini cukup menjanjikan, dengan pendapatan tambahan rumah tangga sebesar Rp100.000–Rp150.000 per bulan. Pendekatan ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
