Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness in students of physical education at STKIP Paris Barantai. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Level (TKJI) aged 16-19 years. The subjects in this study were students of physical education at STKIP Paris Barantai, totaling 28 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the level of physical fitness of the students of physical education at STKIP Paris Barantai was in the very good category, there were 0 boys (0%), 6 boys (21%) in the good category, 22 boys (79%) in the medium category, 0 sons (0%) in the poor category, and 0 sons (0%) in the very poor category. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of physical fitness in students of Physical Education and Health at STKIP Paris Barantai is in the medium category. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of leg length and body weight in the ability to sprint 50 meters of SDS Bakau Estate students. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with two independent variables, namely leg length and body weight with one dependent variable sprint of 50 meters. The number of samples in this study is limited to 30 students from SDS Bakau Estate. The technique for determining the sample was by using purposive sampling, taking based on certain objectives as many as 30 students from SDS Mangrove Estate. Data analysis techniques were processed using computer assistance through the SPSS 22.0 program. Based on the data analysis, the results obtained: (1) There is a leg length performance with a 50-meter sprint ability of SDS Bakau Estate students, as evidenced by the value of r arithmetic ( ro ) = 0.382 (0.037 <0.05), (2) There is a weight performance with a 50 sprint ability meters at SDS Bakau Estate students, as evidenced by the value of r arithmetic ( ro ) = 0.409 (0.025<0.05), and (3) there is a performance of leg length and body weight on the 50-meter sprint ability of SDS Bakau Estate, as evidenced by the calculated R-value obtained R = 0.533, R2 value = 0.285 or 36.6% and calculated F value = 5.368 (0.011<0.05).

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine the lower passing ability of volleyball players at the IVO Marbo club, Takalar Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out through a pairing test. The population in this study were all volleyball players for the IVO Marbo club, Takalar Regency and the samples taken in this study were 20 people with a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using computer facilities through the SPSS version 25.0 for Windows program. Based on the results of the data and discussion of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the lower passing ability test for volleyball players at the IVO Marbo club, Takalar Regency, can be categorized as very good with a percentage of 40%. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to determine the level of student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a Tactical Games Model to improve learning outcomes in volleyball game forearm passing technique in grade V SDS Bakau Estate students, in the 2022/2023 academic year consisting of 28 students. This research was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Cycle I and cycle II carried out four meetings. Data collection on learning outcomes is done using observation sheets, students worksheets, and tests of motor skills at the end of each cycle I and the end of each cycle II. The data collected is analyzed quantitatively. From these data, the study of learning outcomes in the technique of forearm passing the volleyball game shows that students who completed their studies in cycle I were 6 people with a percentage of 21% and students who didn’t complete their studies were 22 people with a percentage of 78%. Whereas in cycle II, 21 students completed their studies with a percentage of 75% and 7 students who didn't complete their studies with a percentage of 25%. The results of the analysis also show that there is a significant increase in the learning outcomes of the passing technique in the volleyball game in grade V SDS Bakau Estate students. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with the tactical games model can improve student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kemampuan dribbling dan passing pada peserta Ekstrakulikuler Sepak bola Siswa SDS Paripurna Swakarsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan dribbling dan passing pada peserta Ekstrakulikuler Sepak bola Siswa SDS Paripurna Swakarsa. Populasinya adalah SDS Paripurna Swakarsa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 30 orang Siswa SDS Paripurna Swakarsa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan dribbling pada peserta Ekstrakulikuler Sepak bola Siswa SDS Paripurna Swakarsa pada kategori baik sebesar 43% dan, (2) Kemampuan passing pada peserta Ekstrakulikuler Sepak bola Siswa SDS Paripurna Swakarsa pada kategori cukup sebesar 60% Kata Kunci: sepak bola , dribbling, passing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of eye-foot coordination, agility and dribbling skills of Kotabaru Futsal UKM players aged 18-23 years. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through tests and measurements. The population is Kotabaru Futsal UKM players. The sample used was 27 Kotabaru Futsal UKM players aged 18-23 years. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) There was a contribution between eye-foot coordination and the dribbling ability of Kotabaru Futsal UKM players aged 18-23 years by 0.553 or 55.3%. (2) There was a contribution between agility and dribbling ability of Kotabaru Futsal UKM players aged 18-23 years by 0.521 or 52.1%. and (3) there was a contribution between eye-foot coordination and agility with dribbling skills of Kotabaru Futsal UKM players aged 18-23 years by 0.571 or 57.1%. Abstract

This study investigated the effectiveness of online learning on students’ learning motivation in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) among eighth-grade students at SMP Islam NW Gayu during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employing a quantitative case study design, data were collected through validated questionnaires based on the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The sample consisted of 25 students with access to digital devices, selected purposively from a population of 48. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to determine the effectiveness levels of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation indicators. Results showed that online learning was moderately effective (52%) in sustaining students’ motivation, with extrinsic motivation (56%) higher than intrinsic motivation (48%). Family support, teacher feedback, and peer interaction were identified as the main drivers of engagement. However, limited autonomy, technological barriers, and reduced social connectedness hindered intrinsic motivation and active participation. Emotional comfort and competence-related factors, such as self-efficacy in using digital tools, also influenced students’ engagement. The findings align with Self-Determination Theory (SDT), suggesting that online physical education can foster learning motivation when autonomy, competence, and relatedness needs are fulfilled. Integrating hybrid learning, autonomy-supportive pedagogy, and continuous teacher development is recommended to enhance motivation and engagement in future online and blended PE programs

Abstract

−This program was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Laut Tengah, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan. The partner school faced challenges related to students’ limited awareness of environmental sanitation and waste management within the school environment. Preliminary observations indicated that various types of non-organic waste such as plastic, cardboard, straws, and food packaging were still found scattered in several areas of the school. This condition suggested that students’ understanding of environmental sanitation and waste management needed to be strengthened through participatory educational activities. The purpose of this community service program was to enhance students’ understanding of environmental sanitation and to provide direct learning experiences through creative recycling activities using non-organic waste materials. The activity employed an educational and participatory project-based approach involving 54 students from grades VII and VIII. The program was implemented through several stages, including the delivery of educational materials on environmental sanitation, interactive discussions, an evaluation quiz, and practical activities involving the reuse of non-organic waste to produce simple handicrafts. The results showed that most students were able to understand the material presented, as indicated by quiz results with correct response rates ranging from 74 percent to 100 percent. In addition, the recycling practice encouraged students to recognize that waste materials could be reused and transformed into useful products. The program not only improved students’ initial understanding of environmental sanitation but also provided valuable learning experiences for university students who served as facilitators in the activity. Overall, the program contributed to raising environmental awareness among students and supported the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 6 on clean water and sanitation
