Abstract

Effective classroom management is essential in creating a conducive and productive learning environment. Based on the principles of educational psychology, successful classroom management strategies include a deep understanding of individual student characteristics, the application of positive reinforcement techniques, and the provision of constructive feedback. In addition, establishing a safe and inclusive learning environment by setting clear rules and routines, as well as good time management, is essential to reduce disruptive behaviour and improve student concentration. This process should be dynamic and adaptive, requiring ongoing evaluation and reflection to keep the strategies relevant and effective. With a holistic and student-centred approach, teachers can improve student motivation, participation and learning outcomes, and create an optimal educational experience for all learners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of multicultural education in building tolerance, reducing discrimination, and strengthening national character and identity in the era of globalisation. The research approach used is qualitative with a literature review method, which examines various scientific sources on the theory, practice, and policy of multicultural education. The results of the study show that multicultural education plays an important role as a means of forming mutual respect between individuals and groups with different social, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Through the implementation of an inclusive curriculum and a learning environment that respects diversity, multicultural education has proven to be effective in fostering values of tolerance and equality, as well as preventing discriminatory attitudes in society. In addition, multicultural values integrated with the principles of Pancasila and national culture contribute to strengthening character, morality, and a sense of nationality among students. Therefore, multicultural education needs to be positioned as a key strategy in shaping a generation with superior personalities, a nationalistic spirit, and the ability to adapt constructively in the midst of globalisation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the concepts and practices of innovative learning system design through a literature review of various publications discussing effective strategies and the utilisation of learning resources to improve the quality of education. In facing the challenges of the 21st-century education revolution, learning systems are required to be more adaptive, collaborative, and oriented towards developing the competencies of learners. This study emphasises that the design of innovative learning strategies is not only related to the use of technology, but also includes a transformation of the pedagogical paradigm that places learners at the centre of the learning process. Effective learning strategies involve active interaction, project-based approaches, and the application of instructional design models such as ADDIE and TPACK that integrate pedagogical aspects with technology. Furthermore, the results of the literature review show that the use of learning resources — both conventional and digital — plays a significant role in creating meaningful and inclusive learning. The integration of digital learning resources, the use of Open Educational Resources (OER), and the development of students' digital literacy strengthen access to and equitable quality of education. In this context, the collaboration between learning strategies and learning resources is an important foundation in building an education ecosystem that is oriented towards competence, creativity, and sustainability. This study concludes that the success of an innovative learning system depends on the ability of educators to design adaptive strategies and manage learning resources effectively according to the needs of learners and institutional conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the educational values ​​within the dhikr nazam (recitation of the zikir) culture in Sambas Regency. This is because the dhikr nazam culture in the Malay community of Sambas Regency has been passed down from generation to generation. Currently, dhikr nazam has become prominent in wedding ceremonies, including aqiqah (aqiqah). The research method used by the researcher is descriptive. In descriptive research, the researcher develops concepts and gathers a description of the problem based on the facts. The subjects of this study are Malays who actively attend invitations and enjoy dhikr. The results conclude that the educational values ​​within the dhikr nazam culture of Sambas Regency are a traditional practice in Sambas Malay weddings. The Sambas Malay community carries out this tradition by holding the Majelis Walimatul Ursy (Assembly of Religious Gatherings), which includes traditional events and rituals, such as the recitation of dhikr nazam and dhikr al-barzanji in an area called Tarup. From the perspective of educational values ​​within the culture of dhikr nazam in Sambas Regency, several aspects are identified, such as religion, faith, morals, and worship. The main aspects of dhikr nazam are the preservation of the culture of the Malay community in Sambas Regency. Cultural preservation is evident, among other things, in the musical instruments used. Aspects of dhikr nazam include music and the purpose, function, and objective of dhikr nazam. This is linked to local wisdom, making it a highly engaging cultural practice.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there are a number of interesting things about the way teachers in improving the psychomotoraspects of student conducted in class IV SDN 18 Sadayan includingsome students look passive, not enthusiastic and less enthusiastic in participating in learning in class that indicates the weak motivation of learning in students. With this situation, class IV teachers have a fairly effective way to foster student motivation by using audio visual media in the form of infocus in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to reveal what the teachers’ efforts are in improving the psychomotor aspects of student in class IV through audio visual media. This study uses a phenomenological approach whit qualitative research types. The results of this study: first, class teachers conduct learning using learning media, which is in the form of audio visual electronic media such as the use of infocus in displaying learning videos assisted with loudspeakers. Second, the teacher adjusts the learning media to be used with the material to be taught. Learning media that will be used must be practical and interesting so that student more easily understand and are interested in participating in classroom learning. Three, the teacher is selective in determining the media to be used. Because in the selection of the media it is necessary to compatibility or compatibility with the material to be delivered. So that when learning takes place students not only focus on the material but can also enjoy the course of the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

In general, people think that LPTQ only teaches how to read the Qur'an, but actually LPTQ also provides Islamic education learning. In addition, the lack of Islamic religious education learning in public schools makes students have to get additional Islamic religious education learning. The majority of Islamic religious education learning in public schools is only one meeting a week so it is very unlikely that students will be able to understand more about Islamic religious education learning. The research focus in this study are: 1) How is the Role of Tahfiz Education Institution in Improving Islamic Religious Education at Muamalah Qur'an Tahfiz Education Institution, Sempadian Village, Tekarang District in 2021 -2022? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors at the Muamlah Qur'an Tahfiz Education Institute (LPTQ) Sempadian Village, Tekarang District 2021 -2022? The research approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The purpose of research with this qualitative approach is to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people who can be observed. This type of research is field research, which is research conducted by collecting data and information directly in the field (research area). Based on the results of the study found that: First, LPTQ Muamlah, shows that there are several PAI materials taught in LPTQ Muamlah. Some of these materials include reading the Qur'an, faith, worship, morals, fiqh and Islamic history. Based on the six learning materials, it shows that LPTQ Muamalah teaches about PAI materials. Second, the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving PAI learning in LPTQ have supporting and inhibiting factors. It can be seen from several supporting and inhibiting factors. So it is clear that in LPTQ Muamalah the role of tahfiz educational institutions has supporting and inhibiting factors.
