The intensive use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and the limited utilization of household organic waste remain challenges in promoting sustainable agriculture. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of members of Gapoktan Riko, Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency, in utilizing eggshell waste (CANTOR) as an environmentally friendly organic agricultural input. The program was implemented using a participatory and empowerment-based approach through several stages, including preparation, program socialization, training, technology demonstration, mentoring, implementation, and evaluation. Training activities covered the use of eggshells as a seedling medium, the production of eggshell-based liquid organic fertilizer, solid organic fertilizer using eggshells and banana peels, and the introduction of botanical pesticides. Evaluation was conducted through interviews, discussions, and questionnaires administered before and after the activities. The results showed positive changes in all evaluated aspects. Participants' knowledge increased from 49.33% to 85.33%, attitudes from 57.33% to 86.40%, and skills from 40.00% to 89.33%. Overall, the achievement increased from 48.89% before the program to 87.02% after the program, representing an improvement of 38.13 percentage points. The program demonstrates that practical training and mentoring can strengthen farmers' capacity to utilize local organic waste as agricultural inputs while supporting environmentally friendly farming and circular economy practices.
