Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan subsistem agribisnis, mengidentifikasi masalah dalam pengembangan usahatani kakao, dan menghitung tingkat pendapatan usahatani kakao di Desa Karangan Hilir Kecamatan Karangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2020 di Desa Karangan Hilir Kecamatan Karangan Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Metode Penentuan sampel adalah Purposive sampling yaitu teknik sampling dimana peneliti menentukan pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapakan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesui tujuan penelitian. Responden berjumlah 26 orang petani kakao. Pertimbangan yang digunakan adalah luas lahan yaitu 2 ha dan umur tanaman yaitu 5 tahun. Luas lahan dan umur tanaman dihitung sejak memulai usahatani yaitu pada tahun 2015-2019 (lima tahun terakhir) Perkembangan subsistem agribisnis (input produksi, pengelolaan, budidaya, pemasaran) mengalami peningkatan selama lima tahun terakhir, rendahnya harga biji kakao serta hama penyakit tanaman penggerek buah kakao (Conopomorpha cramerella snell) sebagai kendala petani, total biaya rata-rata sebesar Rp. 35.493.716/Thn, Penerimaan rata-rata dalam satu periode (satu tahun) sebesar Rp. 136.459.231 ha/Thn, pendapatan rata-rata usahatani kakao sebesar Rp. 100.965.515 ha/Thn.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the social, economic, and environmental impacts of MSMEs Partners after using digital applications (2) to identify the effects of the utilization digital applications on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where all members of the MSMEs partners who had used digital applications in their business were used as samples in this research. The data analysis method was descriptive statistics with SPSS program, and SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the highest mean value of descriptive statistics was the economic impact with a value of 3.94 and a standard deviation of 0.70. It stated the utilization of digital applications has an economic impact on MSMEs Partners Community Development Officier PT. KPC. The variables (impact) of the utilization digital applications that have a significant effects on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners are economic impacts and social impacts, while environmental impacts do not have a significant effect on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. Keywords: Digital Applications, Empowerment MSMEs, Partial Least Square.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to find out the effects of leadership style and work environment on employee work satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effects of leadership style and work environment on organizational commitment, and (3) to identify the effects of leadership style, work environment, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performances of tea processing at Pagilaran Production Unit of PT Pagilaran. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling method with a total of 112 respondents from a total of 156 employees working in the tea processing factory. The data analysis method was SEM-PLS with SmartPLS version 3.0 software to see the effects of exogenous latent variables (leadership style and work environment) on endogenous latent variables, i.e. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The evaluation result of the outer model indicates that the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value for all variables is greater than 0.5 and the composite reliability value is greater than 0.6. It states that the model used in this study is acceptable, while the evaluation of inner model based on the bootstrapping test shows that leadership style variables and work environment have  positive effects on work satisfaction and organizational commitment, but do not have direct effects on employee performances. The work satisfaction variables do not have significant effects on the employee performances, while organizational commitment has direct effects on the employee performances of tea processing at the production unit

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah yang banyak tumbuh di masyarakat Indonesia dapatdiartikan sebagai suatu usaha yang dapat menggerakkan roda perokonomian melaluipenciptaan produk dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Pelaku usaha harus dapat mengelolausahanya melalui pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang dibuktikan dengan adanya laporankeungan usaha sebagai salah satu bukti kineja UMKM. Kegiatan pendampingan inibertujuan (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pelaku usaha (UMKM) untukmelakukan pembukuan atau pencatatan keuangan, (2) menjelaskan proses pencatatantransaksi dan langkah-langkah dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdianini dilakukan pada UMKM yang tergabung sebagai UMKM Mitra LPB Pabanet dalambentuk penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, kemudian dilanjutkan denganpendampingan langsung kepada UMKM sesuai dengan sektor usahanya. Para pesertaUMKM Mitra dapat mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik terlihat dari antusias dankemampuan dalam mengerjakan soal latihan yang diberikan terkait dengan contohtransaksi usaha, laporan keuangan, juga dapat menghitung harga pokok produksi. Pelakuusaha dapat memahami pentingnya laporan keuangan untuk rencana investasiselanjutnya.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan adalah warga masyarakat yang mayoritas sebagian ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Teluk Lingga berkeinginan mengisi waktu luang diantaranya membuat produk olahan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga di masa pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi covid-19. Motivasi mitra untuk berwirausaha sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi keluarga diapresiasi dalam bentuk sosialisasi disertai dengan penerapan contoh pengolahan dan pengemasan produk olahan makanan dan minuman. Tujuan dilakukannya Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat memberikan ide-ide kewirausahaan melalui pengolahan dan pengemasan produk olahan pangan dan minuman yang dicontohkan diantaranya: keripik bayam, jasuke (jagung susu keju), es merut, cilo drink, dan produk lainnya yang baik dan agar mampu bersaing di pasaran. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi lebih kreatif dalam membuat produk dengan kemasan yang lebih diminati konsumen sehingga dapat dijadikan peluang berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di lingkungan RT. 24 Kelurahan Teluk Lingga Kecamatan Sangata Utara. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat umum terutama ibu-ibu PKK dan pelaku usaha mikro skala rumah tangga di lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan aplikasi contoh yang diakhiri dengan diskusi. Terdapat antusias peserta dalam kegiata pengabdian yang ditandai dengan keaktifan ibu-ibu baik saat kegiatan sosialisasi, maupun sesi sharing dan diskusi terkait materi yang diberikan oleh narasumber karena sebagian besar peserta yang hadir ingin berwirausaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga

Abstract

Marketing activities as a bridge for arriving a product from producers to consumers. In these activities there were factors that influence customer satisfaction for knowing the company's stratgies. The objectives of this research were (1) to find out the effect of marketing mix (7P) on consumer satisfaction, and (2) to analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty who shop at UD. Olsabara Sangatta. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, namely accidental sampling by taking the case of Olsabara visitors who want to be interviewed and are willing to fill out a questionnaire. The data analysis method was used structural equation model (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS software to determine the factors of the marketing mix that affect consumer satisfaction, and the effect of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The results showed that among the marketing mix variables that affect consumer satisfaction were people and physical evidence variables, while variables marketing mix of the product, price, promotion, place, and process have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The variable of consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty. These results indicate that the attributes used in the people and physical evidence variables in the marketing mix need to be maintained and improved.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction level of a product could be seen from the performance assessment of the attributes of the marketing mix. The aims of this research were (1) to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction on the marketing mix, (2) to determine priority strategies for increasing customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in December 2021 at UD Olsabara Sukses Sejahtera which was located in the North Sangatta Sub District, Kutai Timur District. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, namely the sampling by taking visitors of Olsabara who want to be interviewed and to fill out a questionnaire. During the research process, 52 people were willing to be interviewed, so the number of samples was 52 respondents. Data analysis by using the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method, which used to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of the marketing mix at UD Olsabara. Beside that, an important performance analysis (IPA) diagram was used to determine priority strategies for increasing customer satisfaction. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction (CSI) was 80.46% which was included in the very satisfied category. The main priority matrix strategy was the attributes which was in quadrant I as the main priority for business owners, namely offline promotion, online promotions, supporting parking facilities, and sales person knowledge of products, and available delivery services.

Abstract

The development of pepper farming in Batu Timbau Village cannot be separated from the role of agricultural extension workers in encouraging and providing information to farmers. This study aimed to determine the role of extension workers in pepper farming in Batu Timbau Village, Batu Ampar Sub-District, which is seen from the aspects of motivators, educators, catalysts, organizers, and communicators. This research was carried out in 2021 in Batu Timbau Village, Batu Ampar Sub-District, East Kutai District. The sampling technique in this study used the census method with a total sample of 47 pepper farmers. The data analysis method used was descriptive statistics with a 3-item Likert scale. The results showed that the role of extension workers for pepper farmers in Batu Timbau Village was included in the role category seen from five aspects of the assessment. The role of extension workers for pepper farmers in the motivator aspect was included in the interval between 391.71 - 548.30 which is included in the role category with a value of 488. In the educational aspect, it is included in the interval of the role category with a value of 472. In addition, the aspect of organizers, communicators, and catalysts are in the interval of role categories with values of 485, 502, and 545 respectively.

Abstract

Teluk Lerong Ulu Village has the highest population density compared to six other villages in Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda City, and with dense settlements and minimal yard land. Innovation in cultivating horticultural crops can create sustainability, land use efficiency, meet daily food consumption, and increase the income level of residents if cultivated intensively. If horticultural crops are done intensively and become a culture in an environment, the environment becomes a beautiful and resilient environment. This community service program aims to be a form of synergy between the world of higher education and the community by increasing community insight and skills by cultivating horticultural crops in the yard using plastic waste. The method of implementing activities is in the form of extension activities and practices on the cultivation of horticultural crops by utilizing plastic waste as a place to grow crops. In this activity, the community can take advantage of a narrow yard by planting horticultural types and can use plastic waste as a planting medium, so that people will easily get food, especially vegetables needed by households, and can reduce household expenses in terms of buying vegetables.

Abstract

Upaya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu bentuk keberhasilan perguruan tinggi dalam membantu pemerintah mengurangi pengangguran. Modal awal menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha dapat dilaksanakan dengan berkreasi dan berinovasi melalui pemanfaatan terarium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan memanfaatkan terarium ekosistem. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan sampel sebanyak 54 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dengan analisis berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan terarium berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pengelolaan Perkebunan Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Samarinda. Variabel pemanfaatan terarium (X) menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, (5.640 0.268). Sementara itu variasi perubahan variabel minat wirausaha mahasiswa (Y) dipengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel independen yang terdiri dari pemanfaatan terarium (X) sebesar 61.6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di luar dari penelitian ini. ABSTRACTEfforts to promote interest in entrepreneurship among students are conducted by universities in helping the government reduce unemployment. Initial capital to increase interest in entrepreneurship can be done by being creative and innovative, one of which involves the use of terrariums. This research aims to determine the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship by utilizing an ecosystem terrarium. The data collection method used was survey with a sample of 54 students. This research used quantitative data and analysis instruments in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple regression tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research show that the use of terrariums has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic Plantation Management Study Program. The terrarium utilization variable (X) showed the calculated t value was greater than the t table, (5.640 0.268). Meanwhile, variations in changes in the student entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) were influenced by changes in the independent variable consisting of terrarium utilization (X) amounting to 61.6%, while the remaining 38.4% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
