<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low maturity of student career planning at SMP Negeri 37 Makassar, which is marked by a high number of student doubts and a lack of exploratory assistance. The purpose of the research is to develop a career welfare guidance module that has been tested to be valid and effective to optimize students' future readiness. The method applied is the research and development of the simplified Borg and Gall model, including preliminary studies, design, validation, revision, and field trials. The research subjects included fifty ninth-grade students with instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and initial and final tests. The validation results of material and media experts reached a very high category with a percentage above 87.5%. The trial showed a significant spike in average score of career planning, from 56.9 to 86.7, with the majority of students achieving the good to very good category. The level of practicality of the product is also relatively high through the acquisition of an observation score of 82.5%. It is concluded that this guidance module has proven to be valid and practical to apply. Educators are advised to utilize this medium continuously, while developers can then integrate the module with a wider information technology platform.]]>
