This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of the Mikekena Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani [KWT]) in Boangmanalu Village, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Indonesia, to develop its Arabica coffee business through the integration of financial management, appropriate technology adoption, and digital marketing. The program actively engaged 20 group members and adopted a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The data were analyzed using descriptive comparative and percentage analyses. The results indicate improvements in participants' understanding of financial management and digital marketing, with increases of 45.8% and 48.2%, respectively. In terms of production, coffee hulling capacity increased substantially from 40 kg to 90 kg per hour, representing a 125% increase, while working time was reduced by 55.5%. Regarding marketing, the group successfully established and operated official digital marketing channels through Instagram (@mikekenakopi_kwt), Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and an active Shopee store. The integrated program contributed to improved operational efficiency and a shift in the group's sales orientation from raw coffee beans to higher-value processed products. These outcomes are expected to strengthen the group's sustainable economic self-reliance.
