The Independent Campus policy, launched in 2020 by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, aims to provide freedom and flexibility in learning for students. One of the programs implemented is the Independent Student Exchange (PMM), where students can study outside their home campus. One of the mandatory courses in this program is the Nusantara Module, which is designed to increase understanding of diversity and develop communication and collaboration skills. This study focuses on the influence of the Nusantara Module on students' knowledge and insight into Indonesian diversity, with the research subjects being 67 inbound students from the third batch of the Independent Student Exchange Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Kendari. The results show that the Nusantara Module activities, particularly the Diversity submodule, are effective in increasing students' awareness of the importance of tolerance, knowledge of local history, and appreciation of the beauty of nature and culture in Indonesia. These activities contribute to strengthening national identity and national unity.
