Abstract

Target in this research is to know the wearer involvement in system development accounting information, training or education of wearer and management support culminate to have an effect on by parsial to performance of information system accountancy and To know the wearer involvement in system development accounting information, training or education of wearer and management support culminate to have an effect on by simultan to performance of information system accountancy. Sampel used in this research responder using information system accountancy at dealer Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki amounting to 60 responder part of administration. Pursuant to result of hypothesis 1 proved result test known that the variable of wearer involvement have the influence by parsial and signifikan to performance information system accountancy., variable program the training and education have the influence by parsial and signifikan to performance information system accountancy, and variable of support manejemn culminate the top have the influence by parsial and signifikan to performance information system accountancy. While to result of hypothesis 2 proved that variable of wearer involvement in system development accounting information, training or education of wearer and management support culminate to have an effect on by simultan to performance information system accountancy. While this research own the limitation that is limited to accurate variable that is only wearer involvement, training and education and support manejemen culminate in influencing performance information system accountancy, research area that is regional karesidenan Surakarta. Keyword : Wearer Involvement, Training Or Wearer Education, Management Support Culminate and Performance of Information System Accountancy.

Abstract

Information Retrieval System digunakan untuk menemukan kembali informasi - informasi yang relevan terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dari suatu kumpulan informasi secara otomatis. Salah satu hal yang perlu diingat adalah bahwa informasi yang diproses terkandung dalam sebuah dokumen yang bersifat tekstual. Pengguna information retrieval system sangat bervariasi dengan kebutuhan informasi. Akan tetapi, yang menjadi masalah adalah bagaimana teknik mendapatkan informasi tersebut, teknik pengindeksan istilah, teknik pembobotan dokumen dan bagaimana memilih dokumen yang paling relevan sesuai dengan query yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Dalam penelitian ini, yang dijelaskan adalah pengindeksan berdasarkan istilah indeks. Pemberian bobot dokumen dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat relevansi dokumen sesuai query yang diberikan dan akan dilakukan secara frekwensi dan rumus savoy. Kemudian, dokumen yang telah diindeks dan ditentukan bobotnya, untuk mendapatkan informasi (dokumen) yang dibutuhkan, dilakukan teknik boolean peringkat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi information retrieval system yang dapat melakukan pencarian dokumen yang relevan dengan kata kunci yang dimasukkan.

Abstract

Survei Peringkat e-Government Indonesia (PeGI) menunjukan  Indonesia perlu membenahi kelembagaannya, menempatkan GCIO pada kedudukan yang tepat dan kuat menjalankan perannya mengembangkan e-Government, tetapi Indonesia belum mempunyai rancangan kedudukan GCIO baku dalam struktur pemerintahan, akibatnya tiap institusi pemerintah menyusun rancangan sendiri berdasar kondisi eksisting dan kebutuhan masing-masing. Kondisi ini menyebabkan peran strategis koordinasi lintas sektoral GCIO sulit terwujud. Langkah penyelesaiannya adalah menyusun standardisasi kedudukan GCIO dalam Pemerintahan Indonesia sehinga membentuk suatu keragaman optimal mendukung peran strategis dan operasional GCIO Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan Focus Group Discussion untuk memodelkan kelembagaan dan kedudukan GCIO dalam struktur pemerintahan Indonesia. Hasilnya adalah usulan model kedudukan GCIO pada struktur Pemerintahan Indonesia, pada jenjang nasional diusulkan CIO adalah Kementerian Koordinator dengan Kominfo dan Kemenpan Reformasi Birokrasi sebagai lini koordinasinya, sedangkan untuk Pemerintah Pusat diusulkan CIO bekedudukan sebagai wakil menteri pada setiap kementerian, dan pada Pemerintah Daerah CIO diusulkan melekat pada Sekretaris Daerah. Kata kunci: Kedudukan GCIO Indonensia, e-Government, peran GCIO Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Pada era globalisasi informasi saat ini, perkembangan sistem dan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat. Perusahaan bersaing secara kompetitif dalam pasar global. Salah satu usaha dalam memenangkan persaingan adalah dengan melakukan investasi dan implementasi sistem dan teknologi informasi untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. E-Commerce merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan pelanggan. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi agar sesuai dengan visi dan tujuan perusahaan, serta proyek sistem informasi berjalan dengan sukses, dibutuhkan perencanaan yang matang. Salah satu perencanaan yang seharusnya dilakukan perusahaan sebelum implementasi sistem informasi adalah menganalisis apakah investasi sistem informasi layak untuk dilakukan dan apa saja manfaat yang akan diperoleh perusahaan dengan adanya sistem informasi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode Cost Benefit Analysis, perusahaan dapat menganalisis kelayakan sistem informasi dari aspek ekonomis dengan menghitung payback period, return on investment, net present value, internal rate of return.  Kata Kunci: kelayakan sistem informasi, e-commerce, cost benefit analysis, investasi sistem informasi, payback period, return on investment, net present value, internal rate of return  Abstract In  the era of information globalization today, systems and technology development are growing rapidly. Companies strive in the competitive global market. One way to win the competition is by investing and implementing systems and information technology to assist in decision making. E-Commerce is one of the information systems that help companies increase their customers. In the development of information systems, good planning is required so that the information system will be implemented in line with the company’s vision and objectives and the project information system runs successfully. One planning a company should have done before the information system implementation is a feasibility study to analyze whether an investment is feasible and the benefits to be gained from the information system. Abstract

Endemic diseases dangerous such as dengue fever must be handling seriously  for the risk minimize by the disease. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is  disease  has not been found vaccine or cure is powerful. It is  necessary  treatment to prevent the occurrence of dengue fever, especially when it came to the incidence of dengue fever endemic in certain areas by doing Epidemiologist dengue fever. Epidemiology is identification of risk factors for DHF to find level of area  risk. Risk factors of hemorrhagic fever endemic must be identified  to prevent the occurrence of dengue fever. Identifying risk factors and  risk factors association  can  potential increase  the occurrence of dengue fever. This study developed  mapping information system Dengue epidemic through Association rule method of data mining. The information generated in the map of epidemic DHF level based association of potential risk factors that cause hemorrhagic fever endemic. Analysis with the Association Rule to determine level of  DHF epidemic area based data reporting system. Abstract

The use of information system application at supply andinventory department of MAL of IBI Darmajaya Lampungis the most important part of business processes of anenterprise serving all units especially serving employeesand lecturers, and monitoring and evaluating theperformance of information technology as well as themanagement to reach the effective and efficient goal of theorganization.Monitoring and Evaluation on a good performance can beconducted by auditing the existing system technicallyusing COBIT 4.1 framework and utility aspects usingmultiple gap as the standard in analyzing how muchattention of the management to the information system andhow the information system can fit the management needsfor information by looking at the importance andsatisfaction between management and users.From the audit process phase conducted in domainmonitoring and evaluation, it is necessary to get attentionbecause users expectation and management focus moreon the level of information technology performance whichstill needs improvement according to the specific standardin data management.KEY WORDS: Information System Application, Audit,COBIT, Multiple Gap analysis

The lack of public information on how to invest tobe a major cause of the lack of public interest on capitalmarket investment. Besides of that, for the certaininstrument such as mutual funds of society will getdifficulty in judging and choosing the mutual funds whichbe able to give optimal performance and benefit influencesthe slowness of mutual funds development.Result from this research activity is for finding themeasurement of the performance mutual funds stock byusing stage of stock rotation and stage of stock mutual fundwhich is made to be a accounting management informationsystem and financial. With this stock mutual fundperformance measurement model so that can be tool ofimportant information for investor, society about theinvestment will have good potency of financial and themajor elements causeof the performance of that mutualfunds in capital market. Therefore, society can value andchoose mutual fund which be able to give performance andoptimalization in benefit especially in capital market.Explanatory research, this research has the goal to explainthe relationship between the research variable through thehypotheses based on the data, such as: rotation stage andrisk stage concerning the stock of mutual fund performance.Multiple regression analysis will be used to test the effectof two or more independent variables on the dependentvariable . independent variable in this research is rotationstage and risk stage. Meanwhile in independent variable isthe stock mutual fund performance. Abstract

Tourism is one of the selling point that BandarLampung City has. The information about the location oftourist attraction and the supporting facility was given inbooklet and tourism map. The information distributionthrough those media haven’t use the technology thatappropriate to the current development.Some research methods were used in thisresearch such as, data collection methods and systemdesign methods. The data collection methods were donein several ways such as interview with the respondents,literature study and observation. The system designmethods use UML (Unified Modelling Language).The output from this research is a design ofgeographic information system that interactive with theuser and able to attract the tourist attention to visit BandarLampung City and the tourist attraction. Abstract

Academic Administration Bureau is a bureau considered asstandards for giving service to all students of Informaticsand Business Institute Darmajaya (IBI Darmajaya).Information system at this bureau plays an important rolein providing service to the students and is expected to beable to improve job performance and service quality. Forthe time being the implemented service information systemat Academic Administration Bureau has not been muchbenefited and not known whether it is in accordance withthe vision and mission of the institution.To make the service offered by the academicadministration bureau relevant to the business goal of theinstitution, it is required to know the conformity levelbetween TI goal and Institutional goal. To obtain theconformity level between TI goal and institutional goal, itneeds a measurement of conformity level between the twogoals by using COBIT 4.1.The result finding of the research is the conformity levelbetween TI goal and institutional goal is obtained andstands at Defined level because the average of TI processeshas been above the international level standard as 2.5(Guldentops, 2000). Even though the average of TIprocesses has been over the international level standard,there are still some TI processes below the internationalstandard, so it requires recommendation to increase theconformity between TI goal and institutional goal to reacha higher level.KEY WORDS: Maturity level, Expected, InformationSystem, Asset Management, COBIT

While the future of socialmedia is uncertain, current trends suggest that there theywill become increasingly widely adopted.
