Information System Error Discovery took a lot of interests of information system experts. Indeed, this concept has been interpreted in more than one way. This paper describes the connections between 1) the Field-to-Scope Proportion and the Identifying and Managing way of Error Discovery and 2) the (Transmission, Influence and Implementing) TII model and Error Scope. The main goal of the work described here, is to seek deeper understanding of Error Discovery in general and, at last, to find easier ways of confirming it. Second, in this paper we try to model the TII evaluating using Work Expressing System which is Relational Graph. We also use this process model to present the relationship between Error Discovery, TII, (Field-To-Scope Proportion) FSP and Error Scope. After explaining the relationship between Semantic Error and Error Discovery, we improve the Relational Graph model by adding standard. We then offer instructions of the Relational Graph.

This study examines the influence of top management commitment on firm productivity through implementation of total quality management and management accounting information systems. The research employed explanatory survey method. Data for this studywere drawn from a survey 73 Indonesia Manufacturing Firms having sertification of ISO 9000 series from 2004 up to 2006. The respondents of this research are production manager of each firm. Data were collected by indirect communication based on a questionnaireand study of documentation. Descriptive statistics were used to data analysis based on weighted mean score and path analysis. This studyused primary data and secondary data. The results are as follows : (1) there is a positive and significant influence of top management commitment toward implementation of total quality management; (2)there is a positive and significant influence of top managementcommitment on management accounting information systems; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of implementation of total quality management and management accounting information systems to firm productivity; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of top management commitment to firm productivity through implementation of total quality management; (5) there is a positive and significant influence of top management commitment to productivity through management accounting information systems; (6) there is a positive and significant influence of top management commitment on firm productivity through implementation of total quality management and management accounting information systems.

Background: Medical decision making is a complex cognitive process of choosing in establishing a diagnosis and selecting a management option in the context of healthcare. Patients may desire to take part in obtaining and exchanging information, discussing over options and making the final decisions about treatment and or care. The focus of the study was to identify the health information and decision making preference on diseases treatment.Methods: A descriptive study was conducted to 110 respondents from Hegarmanah Village, Sumedang, Indonesia, aged 18â65 years old who had the experience in consulting doctors for their medical problems. This study was carried out during the period of September to October 2013. The respondents were selected using random stratified sampling. A tested questionnaire, consisted of 2 sections, was used to collect the data. The collected data were presented using frequency tabulation.Results: Most of the respondents preferred to be offered choices and asked for their opinions by their doctors. Furthermore, 55.45% preferred to rely on physicians for medical knowledge and 93.64% agreed that they had rights in getting all the information on their medical problems, so they submitted their decision to the doctors for care or treatment.Conclusions: This study shows that preference of the patients varies with regard to how much patients want to participate as one, which may have different preference for different components of the decision making process, yet there is a shift of paradigm from paternalistic toÂ collaborative decicion making between doctor and patient. The objectives of this study were to prove empirically that organizational commitment job-relevant information might act as an intervening variable affecting the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. Data for this study were collected by using 90 questionnaires, which were distributed to employee with 3rd and 4th grade echelon at 33 Government Offices in Bengkalis District. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. In total 68 questionnaires received were complete and hence usable in analysis. Using path analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software, the result of this study indicates that the budgetary participation did not effects on managerial performance directly, but has indirectly possitive and significant effects through job relevant information. Meanwhile, budgetary participation positively influence organizational commitment but did not influence managerial performance trough organizational commitment as intervening variable.Keywords: budgetary participation, commitment, job-relevant information, managerial, performance.

This study was aimed to examine the direct effect of budgetary participation to managerial performance, and also indirect effect of budgetary participation to managerial performance with distributive fairness, procedural fairness, budget goal commitment and job relevant information as intervening variables. Collecting data of this study using a questionnaire submitted to111 lini manager/divisi/staff/employees who work at Perbankan in Pekanbaru. From questionnaires distributed 100 questionnaires (90%) ware completed and can be processed. Data analysis for hypothesis test was done with Partial Least Square (PLS). Result of this study give evidence that budgetary participation have significantly effect to managerial performance;it didn’t find indirect effect between budgetary participation to managerial performance through distributive justice and procedural fairness; budgetary participation have indirect effect to managerial performance through budget goal commitment and job relevant information.Keywords: participation, budgetary, performance, fairness, and commitment.

The present study aims to examine the budgetary participation and managerial performance relationship on . It also attempts to examine whether organization commitment and Job-Relevant Information mediate the budgetary participation and managerial performance relationship. To collect data of this study, survey questionnaires are used. From 68questionnaires were given to managers in a public sector organization, questionnaires with complete answers were 53 questionnaires (77,9%). A path analysis was utilized to examine the direct and indirect effects of budgetary participation on managerial performance. The analysis results indicate that budgetary participation and managerial performance have positive relationship and statistically significant. Budgetary participation also directly affects organization commitment and Job-Relevant Information. But budgetary participation did not indirectly affect managerial performance via the intervening variables of organization commitment and Job-Relevant Information. Abstract: Based on the writer’s small observation in the process of teaching and learning English and an interview with one of the English teachers in SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru, most of students faced difficulties in speaking English and their speaking score were lower than KKM so that the teacher needed to find the appropriate teaching technique to improve their speaking ability. Therefore, this research was aimed to find out whether the application of Information Gap technique could improve the speaking skill of the students. The participants were 28 students of XI IPA 3 class. This research was conducted in two cycles, three meetings in each cycle. The instruments of this study were collected quantitatively by asking the students to tell story based on the picture sequences in the pre test, post test 1, post test 2 and qualitatively by asking the collaborator to fill the observation sheet and field note. The writer used the score in Pre-test as a guidance for her to conduct this research. The research finding showed that the application of information gap as the teaching technique could improve students’ speaking ability both at the first cycle and second cycle. The finding also proved that the students’ average score was only 68.10 in the pre-test, then it improved to 73.48 in the post-test 1, and finally improved to 82.10 in the post-test 2, it could increase students’ interest and motivation to speak and share ideas with their partners in pairs or groups since the core of information gap was a collaboration between groups or pairs, and it also improve students’ ability to speak English in terms of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension.Keywords: information gap technique, students’ speaking ability, picture sequences

ABSTRACTThe selected range of data and information regarding an overview of State Pronvenced DIY, with the role of technology that began to grow very fast, therefore the development of the area started in order to advance his country in the field of tourism location information. Then the Government of Yogyakarta is attempting to provide service to the community in order to more easily get a tour of the temple which location information is really needed. This will be discussed in writing regarding the creation of information system of tourist locations in GIS-based DIY Temple. Needed in the design of this system, there are a variety of data. As for the supporting tools in use, namely php and other code editor using notepad, designing databases using MySQL. With the application of this system resulted in a tourist location information system Temple in YOGYAKARTA-based on Geographic Information System (GIS). So it can be used by the authorities in particular, and can be utilized by indigenous peoples in General. Tour the temple location information system based on Geographic Information System (GIS) greatly facilitate the public to obtain the required information.
