Abstract

Pengukuran tingkat capaian fungsi tridharma yang dijalankan oleh perguruan tinggi diukur dengan penjaminan mutu internal, maupun eksternal dalam bentuk akuntabilitas publik melalui akreditasi. Pemenuhan instrumen penjaminan mutu membutuhkan dukungan data pada setiap kriteria penilaian. Sejalan dengan perkembangan organisasi, kompleksitas data yang dikelola akan semakin meningkat. Pada tingkatan inilah, dibutuhkan sebuah ekosistem informasi yang tepat. Corporate Information Factory (CIF), yaitu konsep yang menggambarkan arsitektur logis intelejensia bisnis dan manajemen bisnis dari data operasional institusi secara terpadu. Penerapan CIF pada perguruan tinggi dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi di berbagai level. Penerapan CIF membutuhkan tinjauan strategis meng Y. F. A. Wibowo and K. A. Oleh karena itu, perguruan tinggi perlu mengadopsi pendekatan arsitektur informasi, untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang menyeluruh dan sistematis terhadap kebutuhan perguruan tinggi akan penyediaan dan pengelolaan informasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify the influence of Strategic Leadership Toward Organizational Learning with Accounting Information System as the mediating variable of Non Manufacturing Firms in Surabaya. The variables were: Strategic Leadership, Organization Learning, and Accounting Information System. The number of samples were 95 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square. The data then analyzed by SmartPLS software application.  This research showed that Strategic Leadership positively influenced toward Organization Learning; Strategic Leadership positively influenced toward Accounting Information System, but there was no influence of Accounting Information System on Organization Learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know whether there was an influence of organizational learning to competitive advantage through the accounting information system. The selected population in this study was open non-manufacturing companies  Surabaya, which is composed of property, telecommunications, banks, and retail. Sample of this research was the employee who has a position as a manager. The total sample of 60 respondents drawn 2 managers from each company manager. This study used path analysis technical model with PLS. The results from this study showed that organizational learning had significant and positive impact on the competitive advantage of companies and also learning through the accounting information system that could give affect to the company in achieving competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational learning to competitive advantage through accounting information system. The samples used in this study were 60 managers who are working in a go-public manufacturing companies. The analysis technique was Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results from this study showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the organizational learning to competitive advantage, organizational learning to accounting information system, and accounting information system to competitive advantage.

Abstract

Abstract. Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing her potential, as well as to humanize humans. Uneven distribution or school distribution geographically affect the quality of education of the population in a region. In addition to the comparison of the number of certified and not certified teachers in a school also had a role in influencing the quality of learning in schools. Because the teacher certification is a process competency test for prospective teachers or teachers who want to gain recognition and increase the appropriate competence or chosen profession. Teacher certification is the governments efforts in improving the quality of teachers which is followed by an increase in teachers welfare. Teachers who have earned certification as an educator declared competent and professional. Data maps are very important information with the information contained within. Data spatial information of GIS-based mapping has a very strategic role in maintaining the integrity of a country, planning and supervision of construction, and arrangement of space. Abstract

Abstract. This research bring together the development and implementation of marine fishery information system model and study of up and down stream component that are indicated have significant impact for the increasing of fisherman prosperity in Cilauteureun fishery port (PPP Cilauteureun), Pameungpeuk. The model results a daily potential fishing zone (ZPPI) map that was distributes to the fisherman. Most of the fisherman in Cilauteureun are labor fisherman who have salary that is lower than the minimum regional salary/UMR (44% of UMR). Developed ZPPI maps contain information about the location of potential fishing zone, fishing route and distance, time and capital needed, and additional information about current, wind, and wave height. Operational cost efficiency resulted from the utilization of the ZPPI maps are 54% respectively for the small capacity vehicle/MT (less than 10 GT) and 41% respectively for bigger vehicle/KM (10-15 GT capacity). The efficiency also cause the MT labor fisherman salary increaing up to 219% (achieve 98% of UMR). The integration of upstream components (ZPPI maps, vehicles and equipments facility, and human resource quality) and downstream components (catchment result sales, traetment, and distribution system) also has important role for the prosperity progress of Cilauteureun local fisherman.Keywords: fishery information system, fisherman prosperity, fisherman salary increasing, fishing zone map, operational cost efficiency, PPP Cilauteureun.

Abstract

Abstract. Tree Adoption Program is a program of reforestation and tree planting actively involving the community as a guardian or foster parent of the trees to be planted. The program is implemented as part of efforts to restore the ability of forests and damaged land to productive back and can ultimately increase the preservation of the environment . To help foster parents and the manager in terms of their adoption of monitoring tree , in this study a Web based GIS will be made. In this web based GIS development, Google Fusion Tables software and Google Maps is eing used. The method of WebGIS development  begins with data collection in the field , then the data is entered into the database in this case is Google Fusion Tables . After that interface implementation ( interface ) based on web was built. To determine the successfully of this WebGIS, we do some test. The results from this study is a Geographic Information System ( GIS ) Web based to assist monitoring the growth and development of tree adoption and are expected to provide convenience to the foster parents and the manager in terms of monitoring. Keywords : Tree Adoption, gis web based, google fusion tables, google mapsAbstract. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh partisipasi menyusun anggaran kinerja atau kepuasan dan informasi kerja relevan sebagai variabel intervening. Kesenjangan antara kinerja dicapai dengan target anggaran dan inkonsistensi antara hasil penelitian sebelumnya, tentang pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dan motivasi kinerja penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner disebarkan ke semua tingkat manajer di semua cabang PT Agricon Putra Citra Optima dari Medan sampai Jayapura, kedua manajer junior, manager senior dan manager umum. Dari 41 kuesioner dianalisis. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis path dan Test Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi anggaran positife dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Partisipasi anggaran menunjukan positife dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Namun, partisipasi  anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap informasi yang relevan. Penelitian ini tidak membuktikan informasi pekerjaan bukan variabel intervening diantara partisipasi anggaran dan kinerja.Katakunci: partisipasi anggaran, kepuasaan kerja, informasi pekerjaan relevan, kinerja pekerjaan

Abstract

Public speaking is one of subjects must be attended by students of English Education Study Program. Several constrains were faced by students in performing public speaking. They were related to the limited learning tools and media, teaching methodology, and learning module. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of public speaking subject module based on IT (Information Technology) applied in public speaking class of students of English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI University of Yogyakarta. The module which was applied in public speaking subject used a media learning based on IT.This quantitative research consisted of four procedures. The procedures done were defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The participants were the students of English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI University of Yogyakarta. The data were collected through questionnaires to validate the module, to measure the practicability of the module, and to measure the effectiveness of the module. The module validity and practicability were analyzed qualitatively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the module was represented quantitatively.The research has been done. Module of public speaking subject is written well. The media for public speaking activity is represented into three themes. Each theme consists of four main activities. The first is listening activity. The second is giving opinion followed by comprehension task. The last activity is pronunciation task. The research test shows that the enthusiasm mean of using non based-IT media is 22, 33. The enthusiasm mean of using based-IT media is 27, 07. Based on the result of the test it can be concluded that using media based on IT is more valid, effective, and practical than using non-based IT media. It is because using media based on IT can fulfill students’ needs and can enhance students’ interest through learning material.

Abstract

Transparency of information became one of the legal reform agenda within the theme of strengthtening the rule of law. Without any public transparency of information, particulary in terms of the completion of criminal cases (crime clearance) by the police, then how can the public contribute to monitor the criminal justice system. Therefore, it needs to be re-examined regarding the transparency of information about the completion of the criminal case as one of the control performance of the police by the public. This research is a descriptive – exploratory elaborated on the level of transparency of information about the crime clearance of the case in the Police Bangkalan as one of the control performance of the police by the public. The transparency of information about the number of cases solved by the Police Bangkalan certaintly can support public trust in the performance conducted by the police. This study started from the idea that one model of control that occur in Indonesia within the framework of the criminal justice system is community involvement in monitoring/ control of law enforcement.Keyword: Transparency, Control, Police, Public.
