Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara pendidikan dan literasi keuangan dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian potong lintang. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada mahasiswa program studi ekonomi atau keuangan syariah dari beberapa perguruan tinggi yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan literasi keuangan memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan dan literasi keuangan dalam membentuk perilaku keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program pendidikan dan literasi keuangan yang lebih efektif, khususnya dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah di kalangan mahasiswa. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan penelitian mendatang termasuk studi lebih lanjut untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa terhadap pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah, serta menguji efektivitas intervensi pendidikan dan literasi keuangan yang spesifik untuk konteks ekonomi syariah di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

General elections (Pemilu) are a key element in strengthening the foundation of democracy, where voter participation, especially among students, plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of a country's democracy. This research explores the determinant factors influencing the decisions of young voters, particularly students in the Civic Education Program (PPKN) at Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed) with Stambuk 2023. The primary focus of this study is to understand the motivations and barriers to young voter participation in elections. The research aims to analyze determinant factors in general elections, emphasizing the perspective of PPKN students at Unimed with Stambuk 2023. Through a survey approach and quantitative research design, the study reveals that student voters tend to make decisions based on in-depth understanding, personal beliefs, and active participation in political activities. These findings provide profound insights into the dynamics of student voter preferences and decision-making. Campaign strategies that prioritize effective communication regarding political parties, candidates' track records, visions and missions, work programs, and freedom of expression can enhance the potential for garnering support. Further understanding of personal values and individual experiences is also crucial in designing campaigns that align with the expectations and values of young voters. With this deeper understanding, the research aims to provide a foundation for formulating relevant policy recommendations to increase young voter participation at the university level.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan, kenyamanan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat beli secara signifikan. Dalam mengumpukan data pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dengan teknik purposive sampling dan mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Software SPSS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui Tiktok Shop dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, sedangkan kenyamanan dan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui tiktok Shop dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

This study investigates the viewpoints of PGSD students at Muhammadiyah University Makassar regarding the Bugis-Makassar marriage system from a sociological perspective. Employing a qualitative approach, the research aims to delve into the students' understanding, personal experiences, pros and cons, and expectations concerning the marriage system. Data were collected through in-depth interviews consisting of 21 questions, involving a total of 80 respondents. The results depict a profound understanding of the complexity, allure, and controversies surrounding the Bugis-Makassar marriage system. While students express appreciation for the cultural uniqueness, they also critique specific aspects deemed incompatible with social development. The research findings also reflect variability in students' perspectives on family roles, social norms, and gender issues. In the educational context, students perceive the relevance of understanding the Bugis-Makassar marriage system as a means to cultivate students' awareness of cultural diversity. Their expectations for the Bugis-Makassar marriage system in contemporary times reflect a desire for cultural preservation with adjustments relevant to modern developments and universal values. In conclusion, students convey nuanced perspectives, showcasing an awareness of traditional values while considering changes that can enhance equality and well-being within Bugis-Makassar society.Top of Form

Abstract

Hedonisme merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk diteliti dalam konteks pengaruhnya terhadap mahasiswa kurang mampu. Dalam perspektif filsafat sosial, pengaruh hedonisme dapat mempengaruhi perilaku dan pola pikir mahasiswa dalam mencapai kepuasan hidup. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dampak hedonisme terhadap mahasiswa kurang mampu dari perspektif filsafat sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitaf deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui berbagai literatur tentang informan mahasiswa kurang mampu yang terlibat dalam perilaku hedonis. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan induktif dan tindakan reflektif untuk menggambarkan pengaruh hedonisme terhadap mahasiswa kurang mampu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hedonisme memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mahasiswa kurang mampu dalam perspektif filsafat sosial. Mahasiswa dengan latar belakang ekonomi menengah kebawah cenderung tergoda oleh gaya hidup hedonis yang menekankan pada kepuasan materi dan kesenangan duniawi. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui kegiatan seperti shopping, nongkrong di café, nonton bioskop, karaoke, dan jalan-jalan/refreshing. Dalam rangka mengatasi dampak negatif hedonisme, pendidikan dan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai filosofis dan sosial harus diberikan kepada mahasiswa kurang mampu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate: 1) The influence of task perceptions about the teaching profession on the motivation to become a teacher; 2) The influence of confidence in teaching ability on the motivation to become a teacher; 3) The influence of utility value on motivation to become a teacher; 4)The influence of fallback career on motivation to become a teacher; and 5) The combined influence of task perceptions about the teaching profession, confidence in teaching ability, utility value, and fallback career on motivation to become a teacher. Data analysis involves descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and an F-test. The results of this research indicate that: 1) Task perceptions about teaching professions have a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, supported by a t-value of 2.757 > t-table value of 1.97769; 2) Confidence in teaching ability has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, with a t-value of 10.839 > t-table value of 1.97769; 3) Utility value has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, evidenced by a t-value of 13.946 > t-table value of 1.97769; 4) Fallback career has a negative and significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher, indicated by a t-value of -16.871 < t-table value of 1.97769; and 5) FIT Choice Theory have a significant effect on the motivation to become a teacher.

Abstract

Data shows that the need for government auditors continues to increase from year to year. This article examines the internal factors that influence the intention of accounting students to become government auditors in Indonesia. This article uses Social Cognitive Career Theory as a research framework. The internal factors included in this article are self-efficacy and outcome expectation. The population in this study consists of Accounting students in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, and a total of 170 active Accounting students are used as the sample for the study. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis as the chosen analytical method.The results show that there is a significant influence of self-efficacy and outcome expectation on the intention of accounting students to become government auditors. The results of this study can contribute to the education providers to give more massive exposure to their students to encourage them to choose and contribute linearly with their main discipline, especially to become government auditors.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur offshore dan onshore semakin marak di Indonesia dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan energi serta pengembangan dalam wilayah pesisir pantai. Namun, dampak dari infrastruktur ini terhadap lingkungan dan juga masyarakat masih sering dipertanyakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif masyarakat mengenai dampak adanya infrastruktur offshore dan onshore terhadap lingkungan dan juga masyarakat serta mengetahui cara untuk meminimalisasi munculnya perspektif negatif terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur pantai dan lepas pantai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei kuesioner yang disebar di wilayah ITB dengan fokus utamanya yaitu perbandingan pendapat mahasiswa teknik kelautan dan masyarakat lainnya di ITB. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum paham mengenai dampak yang sebenarnya harus diketahui masyarakat serta dibutuhkannya sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi perbedaan perspektif dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai dampak pembangunan infrastruktur offshore dan onshore.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) To find out whether students understand Archipelago Insight in the Citizenship course, (2) To find out whether students understand the problems associated with the emergence of the Hello Kuala Lumpur song, (3) To find out how students see the impact of the emergence of the Hello Kuala Lumpur song on Archipelago Insight, and (4) To find out how students see Archipelago Insight from a student perspective. The study was conducted from May 10, 2024, to May 15, 2024. Some students from Raja Ali Haji Maritime University and other universities have responded through Google form space. This research with a descriptive qualitative approach aims to produce systematic general information or detailed descriptions that are factual and accurate using natural conditions (without experimental situations). The students already understand what Archipelago Insight is, the ongoing problem, and the consequences of the problem. To mitigate or overcome the effects, there are many ways. For example, better legal protection, education, and socialization on strengthening the insight of the archipelago, cultural cooperation with neighboring countries, improved communication between the Indonesian and Malaysian governments, and support online cultural education platforms.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the main concepts in symbolic interactionism according to George Herbert Mead, and apply them in the context of UNNES students' adaptation to cultural differences in ethics and politeness ethics. This article was written using a qualitative method by describing the phenomenon in depth. The research data was obtained from interviews with several students from various regions with diverse cultures. The data collection was also carried out through secondary sources in the form of literature review. From data taken from several informants, the thing that is an obstacle for students from outside UNNES, especially outside Central Java, is adapting to or understanding the language used in everyday life. Through a better understanding of these dynamics, it is hoped that more effective strategies can be found to create an educational environment that is inclusive and supportive of students from different cultural backgrounds.
