Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance the Civil Servants Agency Office of Rural Community Empowerment and the Provincial Government of Central Sulawesi and the factors that hinder the performance of the Civil Service Agency Office of Rural Community Empowerment and the Provincial Government of Central Sulawesi. The population in this study was 58 all employees, samples selected employees 20 people with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using the method: Observation (observation), interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis Dwiyanto’s theory. The results showed that the performance of the Civil Service Agency Office of Rural Community Empowerment and Local Governments of Central Sulawesi province can be seen to the indicators of Quality of Service, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Productivity and Accountability mostly well executed nonetheless still has shortcomings. The factors inhibiting the performance of the Civil Service Agency Office of Rural Community Empowerment and Local Governments of Central Sulawesi province is human resources, incentives and discipline.

Abstract

Wakaf tunai memiliki peran penting akan keeksistensian wakaf dalam masyarakat muslim. Hanya saja potensi wakaf yang besar tersebut belum banyak didayagunakan secara maksimal oleh pengelola wakaf akibat terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai obyek benda yang boleh diwakafkan serta masih terbatasnya nazir wakaf yang memiliki sumber daya yang profesional dan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Bagaimana hukum wakaf tunai dalam prespektif ulama dan 2) Bagaimana tinjauan maqasid syariah dalam wakaf tunai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, yaitu memaparkan pendapat para ulama dengan alasannya kemudian melakukan analisis dalam menarik kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan ulama dalam menetapkan hukum wakaf tunai. Dan wakaf tunai dapat dilihat dari kemaslahatannya dapat mencakup maqasid syariah.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan proses belajar bagi siswa, metode pembelajaran merupakan hal terpenting dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran kepada siswa. Kerenanya metode pembelajaran yang digunakan harus seefektif dan semenarik mungkin pada siswa. Sehingga pada mata pelajaran Fikih dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran quantum teaching untuk mencapai percepatan pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini diterapkanlah metode pembelajaran quantum teaching, yang dilakukan pada kelas VIII MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun ttujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran quantum teaching ini dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan siswa/siswi di MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Medan dalam menguasai materi pembelajaran Fikih. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian dapat mengetahui apakah metode pembelajaran ini efektif atau tidak dalam mata pelajaran Fikih. Ternyata berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti pada siswa/siswi kelas VIII MTs Al-Ittihadiyah Medan yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran quantum teaching lebih baik dengan nilai rata-rata =80,2 dibandingkan dengan hasil tes awal dengan nilai rata-rata = 60,5. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran quantum teaching ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Hukum Islam tidak dapat dipandang hanya dari aspek hukumnya saja, tetapi banyak hal-hal yang mendasar yang harus diketahui seperti soal hikmah, prinsip, dasar-dasar, pokok-pokok, tujuan dan aspek-aspek lainnya. Karena itu umat Islam memerlukan penyegaran terhadap warisan fikih klasik (historis) sembari terus menggali metafisik hukum Islam yang masih terpendam di bagian dasar hukum Islam. Pemahaman terhadap sumber hukum Islam mengharuskan adanya penalaran yang sestematis dan logis. Hukum Islam diyakini bagi umat Islam sebagai hukum yang bersumber pada wahyu Tuhan. Hal ini didasarkan kepada sumber hukum Islam adalah alquran dan al-sunnah. Namun demikian diakui bahwa alquran dan al-sunnah tidak selalu menampakkan secara tersurat untuk setiap persoalan kehidupan, sementara permasalahan yang dihadapi semakin banyak dan kompleks. Penelitian ini ingin melihat hal-hal istilah yang berkaitan dengan hukum Islam baik itu din, syariah, fikih, qoul, fatwa, qanin/qonun dan qadha. Karena dalam pengkajian hukum Islam ini adalah hal yang sangat mendasar yang harus dipahamai. Penelitian ini bersifat library research yang memuat rujukan kitab-kitab mengenai istilah-istilah dalam hukum Islam.

Abstract

this study was to determine: 1) the communication strategy of supervisors in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; 2) The media used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Supervisory Communication Strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat.This thesis research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The collection techniques used interview, observation and documentary studies, while to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher referred to the use of data validity standards consisting of creadibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The results of this study are: 1) supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at MIN 15 Langkat in the form of interpersonal techniques with open, informative, persuasive, educational and instructive; 2) The media is used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat in addition to holding face-to-face communication also using information communication technology (ICT) using the WhatsApp application by creating a group for 15 Langkat Madrasah, this media is considered quite effective in carrying out madrasah development activities as a whole, including specifically the principal and teachers; and 3) Supporting factors for the effectiveness of supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers due to the emergence of a good sense of togetherness and kinship so far. This sense of togetherness and kinship makes a strong bond in the communication process in madrasas and there are no significant obstacles in communicating with supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of nagham al-Qur'an learning in the art of reading the Qur'an for children and adolescents at the Tilawatil Qur'an Development Institute (LPTQ) Medan City. Furthermore, this study also analyzes people's perceptions of the nagham al-Qur'an in Javanese style. In the process, this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data is analyzed in stages, starting from a preliminary study, conducting research, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, to the stage of reporting research results. The results of this study indicate that the basic nagham al-Qur'an learning material for children at LPTQ Medan City includes tajwid and makhraj letters, while for teenagers it is added to routinely study 4 (four) nagham al-Qur'an. The teaching is carried out regularly using the qiro'ati, sima'i, halaqah, and demonstration methods. The various types of nagham al-Qur'an include hijaz, bayati, shoba, jiharka, nahawan, sika, and others. The learning media used include microphones, speakers, and voice recording devices. Furthermore, there are supporting factors for learning nagham al-Qur'an, namely adequate facilities, systematic learning activities, the seriousness of students repeating learning at home, coaches and trainers who are experts in their fields, and support from the Medan City government. While the inhibiting factors include health factors, lack of concentration of students, and limited time allocation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic religious education in building the character of al-Karimah students at SD IT An-Naas Binjai. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method, as an effort to describe social reality in a complex and concrete manner. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies, as well as checking it with relevant scientific articles. Data analysis was carried out interactively, through the pre-observation stage (preliminary study), implementation stage, data analysis stage, conclusion drawing stage, to reporting research results. The results of this study conclude that (1) PAI learning planning as an effort to develop the quality of student character formation is carried out at the beginning of a new school year, in the form of meeting activities (deliberations), as well as concrete results in the form of preparation of teaching materials and lesson plans; (2) PAI learning is carried out in the classroom (based on the teaching materials and lesson plans that have been prepared) and outside the classroom (covering daily programs, monthly programs and school annual programs); (3) the way teachers evaluate learning refers to the results of student report cards, changes in student attitudes and behavior, and coordination with parents regarding student learning development; and (4) factors that influence PAI learning include school readiness, sympathetic attitude (teachers care), and parental coordination with the school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of inculcating character values in the subjects of moral aqidah for students of basic education level. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. The data collection techniques used were observation of learning activities in madrasas, then interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, as an effort to sort out the data needed according to relevance to the research theme, then the researcher presents the data to verification to draw a conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that (1) the character values contained in the aqidah morals lesson, the material of adab hanging out with relatives and friends and the story of the exemplary friend of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq ra. (2) the strategy applied by the teacher in instilling character is the internalization of values and habituation. (3) The most supportive factor in this activity is the teacher's strategy and approach to students, then other supporting factors also cannot be separated from a good playing environment and the most important support from parents. While the inhibiting factors are students who are less obedient to the rules that have been made, then the implementation time is not right, and the most important is parental support to participate in controlling their children at home and in their play environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to develop the character of elementary-aged students through the tahfidz al-Qur'an program at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Fawwaz Foundation in Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Collecting data sources through interviews, observations, and documentation. Sources of data or informants are the foundation, parents of students and students from the foundation. While checking the validity of the data is done through the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability, and certainty (confirmability). The results of this study conclude that: first, the implementation of character building in the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program is guided by the vision and mission of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fawwaz Foundation, while the implementation process goes through three stages, namely the tahsin activity program (reading improvement), tasmi' (memorization deposit), and muraja'ah (repeating rote) activities. As for the strategy, and evaluation through three approaches, namely teacher example, habituation, and tahfiz. Second, aspects of character building in the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program at the Al-Fawwaz Tahfidzul Qur'an Foundation, among others; religious aspects, discipline, willingness, hard work, and responsibility. Third, the successful implementation of character education in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Fawwaz Foundation, namely, First: the embedded values of religious character, discipline, high will, hard work, and responsibility of students. Second: the students' memorization achievement continues to increase.
