Abstract

Academic Administration Bureau is a bureau considered asstandards for giving service to all students of Informaticsand Business Institute Darmajaya (IBI Darmajaya).Information system at this bureau plays an important rolein providing service to the students and is expected to beable to improve job performance and service quality. Forthe time being the implemented service information systemat Academic Administration Bureau has not been muchbenefited and not known whether it is in accordance withthe vision and mission of the institution.To make the service offered by the academicadministration bureau relevant to the business goal of theinstitution, it is required to know the conformity levelbetween TI goal and Institutional goal. To obtain theconformity level between TI goal and institutional goal, itneeds a measurement of conformity level between the twogoals by using COBIT 4.1.The result finding of the research is the conformity levelbetween TI goal and institutional goal is obtained andstands at Defined level because the average of TI processeshas been above the international level standard as 2.5(Guldentops, 2000). Even though the average of TIprocesses has been over the international level standard,there are still some TI processes below the internationalstandard, so it requires recommendation to increase theconformity between TI goal and institutional goal to reacha higher level.KEY WORDS: Maturity level, Expected, InformationSystem, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

The development and growth of the Indonesian nationbuildingwhich consists of various cultures and religionschanged the way the public life of the state and the nationof Indonesia. Social media plays an important role in theideological aspect, the social aspect, cultural aspect, thereligious aspects, and aspects of defense and security ofthe ethnic diversity of the community. Social media isthe social interaction among people in which they create,share or exchange information and ideas in virtualcommunities and networks. While the future of socialmedia is uncertain, current trends suggest that there theywill become increasingly widely adopted. Our researchfocuses on the perspective of the influence of socialmedia and the development of those aspects that affectthe people of Indonesia by using text mining andinformation extraction.Key words: Social Media,Text Mining Analytics,Information Extraction, Indonesian Social Media.

Abstract

Problems proposed in this study are: (1) How isthe learning process of introduction to Lampung scriptfor kindergarten students through ICT? (2) What aresupporting and inhibiting factors in the learning processof introduction to Lampung script for kindergartenstudents through ICT?The objectives of the research are: (1) to describethe learning process of introduction to Lampung scriptfor kindergarten students through ICT and (2) to describesupporting and inhibiting factors in the learning processof introduction to Lampung script for kindergartenstudents through ICT.This research was conducted at Rasyidul JannahKindergarten, Bandar Lampung. As the focuses of thisresearch are the kindergarten teachers and 24 studentsgroup B aged 5-6 years. This research took place in thesecond semester of the academic year 2014-2015. Thisstudy uses qualitative descriptive approach as theresearcher describes all the process related to thelearning process of introduction to Lampung script doneby the teachers through ICT. This study used aqualitative descriptive approach, where researcher triedto describe all the events in relation to the introduction ofLampung script done by teachers through ICT. Thefinding of this research suggested that ICT is effective tohelp these kindergarten students in the learning processof introduction to Lampung script. The supportingfactors in introduction to Lampung script learning are theteachers, the students and surrounding society whoshowed enthusiasm in the learning process. Meanwhile,the inhibiting factors are students’ difficulties inpronouncing the alphabets and some similar scriptwriting shapes. In accordance with this research finding,it is recommended for the management of earlychildhood education to provide VCD of Lampung scriptlearning animation and for the kindergarten teachers tocarry out teaching Lampung script using the VCD as partof teacher’s professional skills.Keywords: Learning, Early Childhood, Animation,Lampung script

Abstract

In the past time when ancient kingdoms still exist, Indonesian people have some unique methods in communicating and announcing important news of information in community. In the villages and some small cities, people applied these ancient communicating methods. It’s affective and cheap on cost. Until nowadays, those methods are still common. There is one most ancient method to announce information that related with community interest. The village leader goes to religion house such as mosque, church, or temple. Another way is implemented by knocking bamboo gong. For each sound of bamboo gong represents the vary occurred events such as the sounds for many times knocking is to fire, sounds with a bit long and a few times is to announce a theft case, different sounds are to inform citizens about the volcano eruption, flood, earthquake and other kind of disasters. Currently, when the internet era is emerging, the method to informing something important in the community is also done by internet. Moreover, Indonesia with area of 1,919,440 kilometer squares with 35 provinces and as an island country is a very big country in terms of range and population. The existence of internet eases the delivering information in the community.   KEY WORDS: information, ancient method, internet.

Abstract

Investment failure in the field of information technologyto improve the company performance mostly happensbecause the planning is maximal. One method toovercome this investment failure is by developing aplanning process of information system development,consisting of data architecture, application architecture,and architecture.The method used in constructing the enterprisearchitecture model is Enterprise Architecture Planning(EAP). EAP explains about data, application, andtechnology which will be required to support the businessprocess at the Human Resource (SDM) bureau where itwill be able to produce a blueprint for data architecture,application and technology as well as the planimplementation aimed at providing the needs withsustainable detail level in applying the idea of the systembuilt.In architecture EAP explains about data, application andtechnology to be used to support the business process atHuman Resource bureau where it will produce a blueprintfor data architecture, application and technology as wellas implementation plans aimed at providing the needswith the sustainable detail level in applying the idea tobuild the system.The construction of the enterprise architecture model ofSDM bureau at IBI Darmajaya is limited on employeeaffairs and not focused on the application or technicaldesign.KEY WORDS : EAP, Enterprise Architecture

Abstract

In this era medical record is focussed on how to arrange medical record document. Thestatus of manual medical record will be kept on the storage, the media like paper is very easy to be broken and lost. Therefore the information of  medical record data will be difficult to be gotten completely, moreover the file of medical record especially for using personal is not easy to be kept.How the people face the improvement in using the gadget and also smartphone. it should be cope with how to optimalize smartphone technology used by people by using correct information  media  in  the  implementing  electronic  medical  record  for  each  person.  This research  design  also  includes  the  technology  of  geographical  information  system  for  the spatial data of private doctor, hospital, medical laboratorium and related object for every using smartphone.This research will result the running application on the smartphone that can operate and manage individual medical record. It can be integrated online on the center of health and give recommendation and retrieval information about medical note for the hospital, private doctor or other health service. The invention of this application can process the medical record data from some deseases fast, more detail and easy, also the geographical visualization for the related health service.

Abstract

Company with medium scale has a problem in the recording business processes andfinancial reporting. With the increasing number of their transactions, it is not possible if it should always be handled manually. The purpose of this research is to determine the method of ACCURATE accounting information system implementation at mid-scale wholesale companies and to analyze the factors that influence the decision of a mid-scale wholesale company adopts accounting information systems for their business process. The method used in this research is by conduct a literature study and apply the method of implementation on the three mid-scale wholesale company. The authors formulate a right method of ACCURATE accounting information system implementation applied to mid-scale wholesale company, which through the process of needs analysis, setup database, and training. The authors also analyze and find the factors that influence a mid-scale wholesale companys decision to adopt an accounting information systems in the company, which is the background of the owner of the company, in addition to other factors such as price, time, and the scale and complexity of an accounting information system.

Abstract

Database of Road  and  Bridge-based  Geographic  Information  System  (DJJ-SIG) isresented in this paper is a system designed to manage data and information across the roads and bridges in East Java that is used by the government as the information society. In essence, DJJ-SIG allows users who have access rights to view, add, edit and delete data roads and bridges that can be managed online dynamic web based. DJJ-SIG to manage the data that consists  of  identifying  track  roads,  general  data,  the data  segment    and  the data  bridge traversed every road. This paper presents a software requirement  Specification which is based on the needs of users are involved in the system with a case  study in Dinas Bina Marga East Java.

Abstract

Public  Health  Center  (PHC)  Management  Information  System  (SIMPUS/SistemInformasi Manajemen Puskesmas) is one development of information technology in   health information systems that are managed by the health department. Department of Health in Indonesia to develop this SIMPUS since 2010. Examples of Jember District Health Office has implemented the SIMPUS in each health center so that the processing of data in health centers and report to the Department of Health can be efficient and effective. The number of PHC in Jember are 49 and have implemented SIMPUS  are  15 health centers.  SIMPUS The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of the method SIMPUS Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and test the variables of the TAM method influential or not in Jember Regional Health Center with statistical analysis using Spearman Rank test. The population in this study are 15 health centers,by sampling two respondents from each health center so that a sample of30 people at the responden. The results of this study indicate SIMPUS implementation assessment for Ease variable (Perceived Usefulness) is 85%, Variable Benefit (Perceived Ease Of Usefulness) is 89%. Usage and Attitude variables (Attitude Toward Using) is 87%. While the results of the analysis with Spearman Rank test the ease factor (perceived ease of use) related significantly to user attitudes Information System is the result of the calculation of the significance of 0,040. Benefit factors (perceived usefulness) significantly related to the attitude of the use of information system that is the result of the calculation of significance of 0.022, the benefit factor (perceived usefulness) related significantly to the convenience factor of Information Systems is the result of the calculation of significance of 0.000.
