Abstract

Perpustakan sebagai bagian penting universitas,   berperan sebagai sumber pustaka dan referensi laporan Tugas Akhir(TA). Semua koleksi tersebut ditempatkan dalam ruangan tertentu sesuai dengan kategorinya dan data tersebut sudah terkomputerisasi dengan baik di dalam server database. Permasalahan penelitian adalah  pencarian dan pengidentifikasian laporan Tugas  Akhir  berdasarkan  topik  yang  diangkat. Tujuan penelitian ini mendapatkan akurasi klasifikasi yang baik menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan menerapkannya kedalam sebuah program. Abstract

Effortstoimproveemployee performance of Public Work Department of Lampung Province, implementedin the context ofhuman resource management, inorder to realize agood employee, as well as thequalityand vibrantin theline of duty. Employee performanceis influencedbyvariousfactors includingleadership styleandwork motivation. This research is quantitative, descriptive method verification, with a sample of 76 employees at Communications and Information Agency of Bandar Lampung. Collecting data by questionnaires, analysis of data using multiple linear regression model. The results showed: (1) leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance, the coefficient value of 0812 is if the leadership style enhanced the performance of employees will increase. (2) Motivation significant effect on employee performance, the coefficient value of 0786 is if the job motivation improved the performance of employees has increased. (3) The style of leadership and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of 65.9% ie when the enhanced leadership style and work motivation improved the performance of employees increased better.

Abstract

Internet banking allows customers to make payments online. Internet banking is also provided accommodation banking activities through a network of computers anytime and anywhere quickly. The issues in this research are How Legal Protection of Bank Customers in Cyber Crime Against Internet Banking,and how the Internet Banking Agreement Between Banks and Customers. The approach used in this research is normative juridical and juridical empirical. Legal protection for customers by administrative provisions and by the guarantee of deposit insurance. Based Administrative Provisions that explicitly protection or protection gained through the establishment of institutions that guarantee public deposits, and implicitly that protection is generated by the bank supervision and guidance effectively.

Abstract

This research aims is to know discover the effect of human resource, leader commitment, utilization of information technology, and internal control system on financial statements quality in Pringsewu’s Local Government. Respondents on this study were all employees of Pringsewu Local Goverment’s BPKAD. From 53 questionnaires handed off, 53 are valid to be processed later on. Analysis data used in this study is by SPSS 18.0 program. Statistic method used to do the hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing result shows these following outputs. First is, human resource has positive influence on financial statements quality significantly. The second, leader commitment has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly. Third is, utilization of information technology has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly. Last one is, internal control system has positive influence on financial statement quality significantly.

Abstract

The research is entitled “information management model towards connected government in Yogyakarta Special Province (Pemda DIY)”. The aim of the research is recommend the information model towards connected government concept in Pemda DIY. The study used a qualitative approach and soft system methogology (SSM). While data collection techniques used were depth interviews, observation, and foccus group discussion. The results indicate that information management in Pemda DIY govern sectoral each element and independently. Abstract

This study discusses about information security awareness measurement of civil cervant. Assessment of information security awareness determined using Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). MCDA method calculate the total value of some alternatives based on value and weight some criteria. The results showed that information security awareness’s level of civil servant in Government of Makassar is “avarage”. It means action probability required. Abstract

This system aims to make  public service information model-based mobile maps can be implemented and accessed by mobile devices based on Android by the community as an easy, inexpensive, fast, both internet connection and without an internet connection. The search method can be done by writing the search section by category and detailed information on a public layananan sought. The information presented has also done sorting alphabetically, place names were searched and sorting based on the distance of the location of the nearest public facilities around the search site with a maximum predetermined distance. Information searches can also be performed with the partition map information display area (the case study of Semarang). For information google maps (google maps), the Internet should be active, which shows the route search start position to the position of the locations searched, but if the internet connection is lost then the search position will be shifted to a position that has been determined in advance. The method used in this study is action research, ie the existing problems further modeling to provide real solutions. Application development begins with identifying the problems, development needs, build mobile applications, and testing applications whitebox and blackbox to deliver real results that can be utilized by users of the community smartphone community.Sistem ini bertujuan agar model informasi layanan publik berbasis peta mobile dapat diterapkan dan diakses dengan perangkat mobile berbasis android oleh masyarakat secara mudah, murah, cepat, baik secara koneksi internet maupun tanpa koneksi internet. Metode pencarian dapat dilakukan dengan menuliskan bagian pencarian sesuai kategori informasi maupun secara detail pada tempat layanan publik yang dicari. Informasi yang disajikan juga telah dilakukan pengurutan berdasarkan abjad, nama tempat yang dicari dan pengurutan berdasarkan jarak lokasi terdekat tempat layanan publik disekitar lokasi pencarian dengan maksimal jarak yang telah ditentukan. Informasi pencarian juga dapat dilakukan dengan tampilan informasi peta partisi wilayah (studi kasusnya Kota Semarang). Untuk informasi peta google (google maps), internet harus aktif, yang akan menunjukkan rute mulai posisi pencari hingga posisi lokasi yang dicari, namun apabila koneksi internet terputus maka posisi pencari akan dialihkan pada posisi tempat yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah action research, yaitu permasalahan yang ada selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan untuk memberikan solusi nyata. Pengembangan aplikasi dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan, kebutuhan pengembangan, membangun aplikasi mobile, dan melakukan pengujian aplikasi secara whitebox dan blackbox untuk memberikan hasil nyata yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat pemakai smartphone.

Abstract

Dissemination of food security information through website is one of the government services transformation to the citizens to strengthen the pillars of food security. This research to analysis of the quality dimensions of government website to dissemination of food security information that affect website adoption and user satisfaction that having an impact and benefits to the community and government organizations. The object of this research is the website of food security agency of the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The public including employee of state agency that visit the websites are the sample of research. The data collected using scale-6 Likert questionnaire through a paper based and online survey linked on the website. Data processed from 88 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results obtained shows website quality has not been optimal to reach user satisfaction and to adopted in order to dissemination of food security information. Some recommendations can used as guidelines for next development of quality website that provide benefits and positive impact on the dissemination of food security information.Diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan melalui website merupakan salah satu transformasi layanan pemerintah ke masyarakat untuk memperkuat pilar ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dimensi kualitas website pemerintah pada diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan yang mempengaruhi adopsi website dan kepuasan pengunjung website serta manfaatnya terhadap masyarakat dan organisasi pemerintah. Objek penelitian ini adalah website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Masyarakat umum termasuk Aparatur Sipil Negara yang mengunjungi website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert-6 melalui survei paper based dan online dengan tautan pada website. Data yang dapat diolah dari 88 responden, dianalisis memakai metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat belum optimal dalam diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan. Beberapa rekomendasi dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pengembangan kualitas website yang memberikan manfaat dan dampak positif pada diseminasi informasi  pangan.

Abstract

The research is entitled "Urgency of Government CIO to Actualize Information Management Based on Connected Government in Yogyakarta Special Region. The aim of the research is to know the importance of GCIO on the managing information process. The study used a qualitative approach. While data collection techniques used were depth interviews, observation, and FGD. The results indicate that the lack of leadership who serves as the top management and integrate the process of information management in DIY is not effective yet. The result contribution is an effective information management model with base GCIO as a key factor in the Government of Yogyakarta Special Province.Penelitian ini berjudul “­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Urgensi Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO) dalam mewujudkan Manajemen Informasi berbasis Connected Government di DIY”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji permasalahan proses manajemen informasi berbasis connected government di Pemda DIY untuk mengetahui pentingnya keberadaan GCIO. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah wawancara, observasi, dan FGD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen informasi Pemda DIY belum berjalan secara efektif. Salah satu sebabnya adalah belum adanya kepemimpinan yang berfungsi sebagai top manajemen dan wadah yang memayungi serta memadukan aktivitas manajemen informasi di Pemda DIY secara efektif. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dibutuhkan sebuah model manajemen informasi yang efektif dengan basis GCIO sebagai faktor kunci di Pemda DIY.

Abstract

Abstract. Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) have a number of prospective students is quite a lot. Based on data released by the BAPSI UNM (2015) that the data student candidates of UNM who passed the selection with SNMPTN SBMPTN selection as 3,791 people. If the prospective graduate students interviewed are normally it will take a long time and will certainly make students uncomfortable. Therefore it is necessary design an information systems to solving this problem. This research aim  to develop an information system to facilitate the process queue. The method used in this research is to use the three stages in the Software Development Life Cycle method namely Initiation Phase, Development/Acquisition Phase, and Implementation Phase. This information system development using PHP and CodeIgniter as a its framework. This design results will be obtained an queues and interviews information system that can be used to manage the queue and interview data. By implementing this system, it potentially reduce time to wait and the process of managing results of interviews can be obtained directly without a process of inputting interview repeat if done manually.Keywords:  Information System, Interview, Queue, re-registration of new student, Universitas Negeri Makassar.
