Abstract

The development and management of flood-prone information systems is needed by many parties, especially the public. In this research, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) presents an approach to detecting flood-prone areas by combining it with a Geographic Information System (GIS). AHP analysis is used to determine the weight and value of each assessment criterion, and then the results are integrated into the GIS system to produce a flood forecast map. The results obtained show that mapping of flood-prone zones can be carried out rationally and consistently based on AHP by considering four criteria, namely land use, soil type, slope, and rainfall. The results of the analysis of the zoning map show that the areas with a high level of flood vulnerability are on the north and west sides. The area around the Lembar port has a high level of vulnerability. Eyat Mayang Village also has a high level of vulnerability. Locations with a high level of flood vulnerability, caused by flooding through rivers located not far from the sea estuary.

Abstract

Electronic medical records must adhere to the principles of data and information security, which include availability, integrity, and confidentiality. Medical records serve as legitimate legal evidence, thereby satisfying these principles both individually and institutionally. Consequently, the aim of this research is to explore the roles of law on medical records for data and information security. To achieve this aim, a systematic literature review (SLR) was employed. The Scopus and PubMed databases were chosen for their global recognition. Full-text articles from these databases were subjected to PRISMA analysis using Mendeley Reference Manager. The researchers collected 32 research articles by the categories of data protection law, medical records' law enforcement, and data protection law recommendation. The research findings indicate that the roles of law deal with the role of law in compliance and data protection, law enforcement and sanctions, a recommendation for improving compliance and data protection. In addition, the law is crucial for ensuring compliance and data protection in electronic medical records implementation in hospitals. However, compliance levels have not reached optimal levels. To improve security, awareness, and enforcement, collaboration with legal bodies, and educational initiatives are needed. Legislation like HIPAA and GDPR influence data protection measures, but penalties are insufficient. To enhance compliance, medical personnel should undergo rigorous training and improve oversight of health data management procedures

Abstract

Drawing on John Macionis' definition of sexuality, this study explores the increasing use of digital media as the primary source of information on sexuality among university students, driven by socio-cultural taboos surrounding discussions of sexuality and the declining role of parents in providing education and guidance on sexual matters.  It examines the impact of these socio-cultural factors and their implications for students' understanding of healthy and responsible sexuality. It also aims to provide insights for stakeholders in developing more effective and open approaches to sexual education within both family and educational institutions. This study was conducted using a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative data, involving university students in Bandung City. The result of this study suggests in many cultures, sexuality remains a sensitive and taboo subject, particularly within family settings. The lack of comprehensive parental involvement in sexual education further strengthens students' reliance on these digital resources. They seek information about sexuality through digital platforms such as websites, social media, and apps, which offer easy and anonymous access to various sources.

The calculation results obtained using the min-max stock level method, amounting to 14 items of fiberglass ship raw materials, were calculated, and the resin has the highest utilization value. The ending stock in 2022 for the resin is 195 liters, while the calculated safety stock is 2.08 liters. The Min-Max Stock Level method has not been implemented in the company’s raw material inventory. A website-based system is used to control the inventory system. Inventory system development is needed so that the inventory management system in the company runs effectively and efficiently. The quality of system development can be measured based on the ISO 25010 standard feasibility test. Based on three aspects of the ISO 25010 standard, the test results show the percentage results based on the functional suitability aspect of 100% for each validator, which means the percentage in the system criteria is acceptable. In the usability aspect, the percentage obtained is 92.2%, indicating that the designed system’s quality is included in the feasible criteria. In eight, the maintainability aspect of the inventory management information system is included in the easy-to-maintain category. The system assessment results based on ISO 25010 can be summarized as follows.
