Abstract

PLN Persero Rayon Duri berperan dalam menyediakan tenaga listrik bagi kepentingan umum, percepatan peningkatan pelayanan, sehingga dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien dengan tetap berfokus pada sistem manajemen yang berbasis pada kepuasan pelanggan dengan bantuan sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Pelanggan Terpusat (AP2T) . Sistem AP2T pada PLN rayon Duri sudah di implementasikan sejak tahun 2012 dan merupakan sistem administrasi yang mengintegrasikan seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan berbasis komputer, mulai dari pemasangan baru, pengisian data survei, pembayaran, pengelolaan data pelanggan serta monitoring secara berkala data-data pelanggan. Namun sejak di implementasikan nya sistem AP2T belum pernah dilakukan nya pengukuran terhadap performance sistem sehingga belum diketahuinya tingkat keberhasilan penerapan sistem AP2T. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran performance sistem AP2T menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard yang memiliki standar untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam mengukur sebuah kinerja teknologi iniformasi (Keyes,2005) dengan hasil pengukuran kinerja sistem tiap perspektif yaitu: perspektif kontribusi bisnis 81,25%, orientasi pengguna 75,46%, kesempurnaan operasional 80,21%, orientasi masa depan 89,90%. Secara keseluruhan tingkat kinerja sistem yang dicapai adalah 81,71%. Dengan hasil ini dapat dikatakan kinerja sistem yang dicapai sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

Adapting to the technological era, learning activities are required to reduce the use of lecture methods and can be enriched in the use of instructional media, the role of learning media becomes increasingly important. ICT is a program, for tools, manipulation and convey information. The learning process of PAI can further facilitate the search for information, manipulation, management and transfer of science or transfer of information, so that the integration of ICT in the learning process becomes an important role in developing students' thinking ability, developing skills in the field of ICT to smooth the learning process, ICT especially in PAI lessons, and transforming schools into creative and dynamic learning institutions so that students are motivated, always curious in PAI learning. Broadly speaking media can be classified into graphics, audio, silent projections, games and simulations. Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) in education has been widely used in many schools and learning institutions all over the world. However, the use of ICT in the Muslim world to improve the teaching and learning process is still limited. Indonesia as the most populace Muslim community in the world for instance, still does not have sufficient computer or Internet access in most of learning centers. This poses many challenges particularly in education. Young Muslims nowadays are caught between modernity and tradition. ICT can lead a Muslim to an ambiguous modern lifestyle and at the same time prying integrity of their identity. In some ways, Muslim youngsters are adopting technology with the aim to distance themselves from older people and traditional practices. On the other hand, there are some who challenge Western models. How should ICT education develop within an increasingly digital technological world? This article mainly highlights salient issues of ICT education in the Muslim world and the challenges of Muslim identity in the Internet era. It also examines the impact of digital technology on education for Muslim students and synthesizes ICT education from the Islamic point of view. Finally, some recommendations are appraised accordingly.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi telah mendapatkan landasan hukum melalui penerbitan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 81 Tahun 2010 tentang Grand Design Reformasi Birokrasi 2010-2025. Salah satu agenda Indonesia pada reformasi birokrasi adalah menciptakan Good Governance di Indonesia. Pada hakikatnya merupakan upaya untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan perubahan mendasar terhadap sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan terutama menyangkut aspek-aspek kelembagaan (organisasi), ketatalaksanaan (business prosess) dan sumber daya manusia aparatur. Perubahan pengelolaan sektor publik tidak hanya bertujuan memodernisasi institusi negara dan mengurangi biaya pelayanan publik, namun juga diharapkan untuk menghasilkan kerjasama yang dinamis antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat sipil dan sektor swasta. Salah satu usaha pembaharuan untuk menunjang reformasi birokrasi adalah menggunakan teknologi informasi. Usaha ini dinilai efektif untuk memperbaiki birokrasi di Indonesia. Information Technology didefinisikan sebagai penyampaian layanan dan informasi dari pemerintah kepada publik menggunakan sarana elektronik yang mempermudah masyarakat berkomunikasi dengan pemerintah dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan, mengekspresikan kebutuhan nyata masyarakat. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan manajemen perubahan dalam reformasi birokrasi dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pengembangan sistem informasi yang berdampak tercapainya efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Project Management Information System (PMIS) adalah suatu sistem alat dan teknik yang digunakan dalam manajemen proyek untuk menyampaikan informasi. PMIS digunakan untuk membandingkan baseline dengan actual project dari setiap kegiatan, mengelola material dan merecord catatan untuk tujuan pelaporan. PMIS digunakan untuk menggantikan pekerjaan proyek yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual. Masalahnya adalah apakah Project Management Information System yang telah diimplementasikan sekarang ini dapat memenuhi harapan dari Project Implementator ? Apakah PMIS ini dapat membantu mempercepat pekerjaan proyek ?Kendala-kendala selama ini sewaktu melakukan pekerjaan dokumen project adalah delay dalam hal pengumpulan hasil uji terima yang disebabkan oleh jarak pengiriman, banyaknya dokumen yang harus diproses dalam waktu bersamaan, banyaknya lembaran dokumen yang harus melalui proses approval dan inisiasi pejabat terkait, sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan effort yang tidak sedikit. Semua dokumen tersebut dikerjakan secara manual, baik dalam penyusunan maupun pemeriksaan awal. Permasalahan yang terkandung didalam pertanyaan diatas adalah object penelitian yang diharapkan dapat memberikan jawaban. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan survey kepada pemakai PMIS yang sebelumnya menggunakan sistem secara manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penggunaan model TAM didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa sejauh ini TAM merupakan sebuah konsep yang dianggap paling baik dalam menjelaskan perilaku user terhadap sistem teknologi informasi baru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah vendor-vendor yang terkait, staf admin project dan project Manager. Analisa dilakukan dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 6.0.

Abstract

AJB  Bumiputera  1912  is  one  of  the  Islamic  insurance  company,  where  the  products themselves  oriented  life  insurance.  AJB  Bumiputera  1912  has  several  application  systems, infrastructure, services, and ongoing management (lights-on) as well as the projects being developed. Management Party wants to know the benefits and impacts of lights-on as well as projects inthe company and also the value of her tuning of the strategic direction. The author proposes to analyze lights on the project along with New Information Economics method using four practices, namely Strategic Demand / Supply Planning, Alignment, Innovation, and Prioritization. The results obtained by the SWOT matrix the company has four referral strategies, namely Enhance  customer  relationships,  Expanding  market  share,  increase  work  efficiency  and  Improve relations  with  business  partners.  While  the  lights-on  who  were  in  stable  condition  is  a  platform (hardware & software), Maintenance, Training, Budgeting and planning. Lights-on is in a state of enhanced only when needed is the application of sharia E-plus, office desktop, Helpdesk and Network. Lights-on who are in a satisfactory condition include BIL application of Sharia, Web GL, and the Portal  Server.  The  project  is  a  project  that  should  take  precedence  over  the  VPN-IP  then Datawarehouse, DRC and the SMS Service.Keywords : Application Analysis, Project Plan, New Information Economics Methods.

Abstract

Abstract: Aim of this study is to examine both simultaneously and partially the influence of participation in budgeting, job satisfaction, job relevant information, and job motivation on managerial performance. The object of this study was the district court or Kejaksaan Negeri Wilayah Aceh (in bahasa) by involving the head of the institution (or kepala kejaksaan), the head of finance (or kepala urusan keuangan), treasurer (or bendahara) and employed staffs as respondents (n= 72 respondents). Primary data was mainly obtained directly from the questionnaires. The analytical method applied in this research was multiple linear regression. Results indicate that (1) participation in budgeting, (2) job satisfaction, (3) job relevant information, (4) job motivation had partially a positive influence on managerial performance. Meanwhile, (5) the overall parameter had simultaneously a positive influence on managerial performance.    Keywords: Acehnese institutional government, budgeting, district court, job, managerial performanceAbstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran, kepuasan kerja, job relevant information dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja manajerial secara bersamaan dan parsial. Objek penelitian pada studi ini adalah Kejaksaan Negeri Wilayah Aceh dengan melibatkan kepala institusi kejaksaan, kepala urusan keuangan, bendahara beserta staff Kejaksaan Negeri Wilayah Aceh sebagai responden  (n= 72 responden). Data primer didapatkan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran, (2) kepuasan kerja, (3) job relevant information, (4) motivasi kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan (5) keseluruhan parameter memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial secara bersamaan.Kata Kunci: institusi pemerintah Aceh, budgeting, kejaksaan wilayah, job, kinerja manajerial

Abstract

Microenterprises in Indonesia is showing increasing progress, especially the printing industry. This study wanted to know what is the description of printing business cycle, accounting records on financial transactions, calculation of production costs and operating income. Research method used is study case at CV. Ladi Collection through field observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. From study result in CV. Ladi Collection, there are 2 types of business namely screen printing and school badge production. Accounting recording has been done but only limited to Accounts Receivable Bookkeeping. Many of cash receipts transactions from cash sales are derived from screen printing orders and expenditures were not stored and recorded. Solution on production costs calculation for CV. Ladi Collection is using job order costing for screen printing service and job product costing for badge production. This research also produces Excel design For Accounting (EFA), which consists of 7 sheets of the navigation sheet, beginning balance, journal, ledger, income statement, financial position statement, and depreciation.

Abstract

Indonesian Muslims have tremendous potential to be a pioneer and world Islamic economic center. Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesia has made policies that encourage the development of the Islamic finance industry. Classic problems that hinder in the development of Cooperative Shari'ah is limited knowledge of the cooperative management in financial management. Recognizing these circumstances, it would require a new technological innovation that the managers of cooperatives Syariah that some of those who do not understand how to manage the financial well be understood and easy to apply. Therefore, it is necessary to design the automated information system with the technology, so that businesses in the Cooperative Syariah able to easily prepare their own financial statements, without having to understand the concept of financial management. The purpose of this study is the description and design accountable models of Shari'ah cooperative information systems. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is by arranging the Prototype Model.
