Abstract

There are so many public facilities (FasUm) and social facilities (FaSos) spreading all over the city. So that, many people do not know how to find and reach the location. Therefore, a mobile application becomes necessary to help solving problems in introducing and informing the location of those important facilities; thus, discovering and locating them can be simplified. This study aims to develop an android application providing information of public and social facilities. The application was built utilizing Google’s features consisting of Google Sign In, Google Places API, Google Custom Search Engine, and Google Map. The application was developed in several steps; requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application provides information, routes, related news, and location markers of public and social facilities from the app contributor and Google Services. The developed application has been compared with Google Map application. The result shows that it provides some features which are better than the existing app.

Abstract

AbstractTeaching plan is one of the obligations that must be made by lecturer before conducting any lecture because teaching plan will be used by lecturer as a reference in determining Learning Outcomes (LO) and providing recovery materials in each semester. Unfortunately, there are still many existing teaching plans in College which are still manually developed. Thus, they may undermine head courses and Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors to perform learning monitoring and evaluation in the department. This research developes a system application which facilitates lecturer in managing teaching plan recovery and facilitates the Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors in evaluating the learning effectiveness, the suitability of the teaching journal and the achievement of Learning Outcomes. The system is developed using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) and designed using a responsive Twitter Bootstrap template. The information generated system can also be used to support the cccreditation of Program Study. The testing process in this system uses blackbox testing to check the stability of the deployed system. The result of the test shows that all functions in the system runs perfectly, and the lecturers are more easily managing the Teaching plan, and the head of the Department can evaluate the suitability of the Teaching plan with teaching journal.

Abstract

PT XYZ Expo is a company engaged in the MICE industry (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition). The company has implemented an information system to facilitate the process of leasing building. Problems that have occurred in the operational activities is a discrepancy between the stocks of physical goods with the stock in the system. Audit information system is conducted to find out how the company coordinate operational activities and manages the existing problems through the evaluating the effectiveness level of information systems. The research starting from observation, then identify problem and collecting data, then determine the domain that will be used in interview, after conducting interview the author do analysis and also calculate capability level, last the author give a report and recommendation for feedback. This research uses capability model in framework COBIT 5 to measure capability level in each process. This study focuses on the process of DSS01 and DSS03. Based on this research, it was found that the sub-domains of DSS01 and DSS03 were at 2.4. The conclusion obtained from the level of capability level is PT. XYZ Expo has been running well and effective but still needs to make some improvements to improve the capability level.

Abstract

Companies not only need a strategy to implement the business process, companies also require IT strategy must be aligned with the business strategy. IT strategic planning can provide a clear picture of the future of the company, utilization of resources on the things that are important or quantitative in nature and can be understood by the environmental conditions that affect the company. a prestigious consultant believes the technology strategy developed at this time one of them is a green IT strategy. Green IT is seen as an innovation because there are many people who give new insights into the perception or green IT could affect the existing knowledge and experience in this case is associated with information systems and technology to become an IT strategy. Based on the above figures and tables, of each sub-system on HRIS, and aspects of green IT strategies are assessed, then the strategy aspect of the challenge (chalenges) is the largest sub-system of recruitment. Where is the part that the use of resources and information technology still requires energy and the amount is large and consistent with the hypothesis that in order to create green IT, the use of computer resources in an efficient way to improve the economic viability, social responsibility and environmental impacts can be realized by determining the right IT strategy (see table 1). while Human resource information system (HRIS) that can be created innovative by implementing green IT strategy. PT Pertamina (Persero) has implemented the system in improving the performance and reducing the cost and resources that are not needed. For example, excessive use of paper in the preparation of reports, information and workforce benefits.

Abstract

Incomplete (missing) of streamflow data often occurs. This can be caused by a not continous data recording or poor storage. In this study, missing consecutive streamflow data are predicted using the principle of information entropy. Predictions are performed using the complete monthly streamflow information from the nearby river. Data on average monthly streamflow used as a simulation sample are taken from observation stations Katulampa, Batubeulah, and Genteng, which are the Ciliwung Cisadane river areas upstream. The simulated prediction of missing streamflow data in 2002 and 2003 at Katulampa Station are based on information from Genteng Station, and Batubeulah Station. The mean absolute error (MAE) average obtained was 0,20 and 0,21 in 2002 and the MAE average in 2003 was 0,12 and 0,16. Based on the value of the error and pattern of filled gaps, this method has the potential to be developed further.

Abstract

Analysis on Pharmaceutical Management Information System (PMIS) application should be conducted for measuring or estimating the potential benefit purposes, observing potential problems that organization and its members might be faced, especially on pharmaceutical inventory management of a hospital. The results of the analysis may be used as the references in order to improve the existing potentials, so the PMIS will be able to carrying on the objective, vision and mission(s) of an organization. The HOT-Fit analysis model plays important role within information system namely Human, Organization, and Technology and harmonization among them in order to create Net Benefit from PMIS implementation. This research was conducted in Pharmaceutical Departement of Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta. This research was conducted within non-experimental quantitative- qualitative approach and applied case study framework. Questionnaires were analyzed by applying descriptive statistic methodology, Pearson correlation analysis, regression, multivariate statistic, and path analysis. Meanwhile, qualitative data were analyzed in order to establish the resume. The results of research showed that application of information system had not fulfilled the user expectation yet. On other side, harmonization among user-organization- technology really needs improvement to happen. There were strong correlations between Human-Technology and Organization-Technology. Human and Technology simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 88,7%. Human and Organization simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 87,8%. Organization- Technology simultaneously affected the Net Benefit by 75,3%. The most affective variable toward PMIS successful implementation were Human and Technology which means that certain improvement in the quality of technology & users ability would improve the probability to success of PMIS implementation in Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta. Keywords : Information system analysis, HOT-Fit, Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta
